Red Lion Hotel Seattle Airport - SeaTac

This a well-run hotel convienient to the airport & there is a free 24 hr shuttle ato the airport at the hotel. The hotel needs up-dating. It is seriously old-looking, but comfortable. There is no restaurant in the hotel--a serious problem for a busy traveller.

Good shuttle service to and from airport...friendly, informative drivers. Fine location for our one night layover. Ate at nearby restaurant, 13 Coins...exhibition cooking was good...and entertaining.

This is an older hotel needing some updating. The staff is courteous & very helpful. The location is good & parking is free. A free shuttle runs 24 hrs to & from the airport. There is NO restaurant in the hotel, & the adjacent restaurant has limited hours.

All in all, a lovely stay. We stayed there to catch our plane the next morning and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the shower was divine!

Room decor is bland, but unit was clean. Shuttle to/from airport was always available. Ate next door in a modest looking restaurant, but food was excellent and moderately priced.

We were just looking for somewhere close to the airport because we had an early flight leaving in the morning. The shuttle and counter staff were super polite. The room was huge and the beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever had staying in a hotel. Plus they have perks and you can earn points if you are an Alaskan Airlines member.

It was very comfortable and very clean, but parking is not free like other hotels close to SEATAC. Probably won't stay again because of that.

This hotel is good option if staying near SeaTac. We got in really late. It was close to the airport, easy to find, and a good deal. Also, the parking was only $10 for the night, compared to $20+ at other area hotels.

The room was clean and it was nice to have both a microwave and a fridge in the room. However, the hotel could be much better. The bathtub and bathroom are narrow and over-all small. How great it was to find such comfortable beds after a long flight. The shuttle from the airport was a welcomed sight at 2 in the morning. Polite desk clerk...mid-night snack...hot shower...over and out. Perfect!

Shower in my room not working properly. But for an overnight stay, Red Lion was worthwhile. Very good shuttle service.

Adjacent Gregory's Grill had excellent food - good burgers, good seafood fettucine alfredo, and comfortable near modern seating. Red Lion was well appointed, comfortable lobby (people watch and able to get work done), free (fast) wifi and well sized rooms. Good quality for money, especially in Seattle and so close to airport.

Convenient hotel to stay before leaving, airport is right there. Very thin walls an ceiling, hear every footstep. Shower sprays everywhere and really loud.

The rooms were clean, but smelled due to age. The building is older, but the interior finishes are updated. Service is good, and the hotel shuttle service travels FREQUENTLY and works well. Biggest issue: The doors let through way too much noise. You can hear people clearly talking next door and in the hall.

This hotel has everything you need if you are flying into Seattle and need a place to rest that is close to the airport. Their shuttle service was timely an professional, the hotel is very clean and quiet, and the room was spacious.

Great place to stay and there's a free shuttle to the airport and other nearby sights. My room was HUGE. Fridge and Micro for added convenience. Friendly staff.

Overall our stay was satisfactory. The rate was very good. One elevator was out of service for maintenance. They did park my vehicle for free in the adjacent lot because there lot was full.

Hotel was nice and clean, well care for. However, walls are paper thin and it was extremely noisy in the morning. No sleeping in at this location.

The room was great. The only problem was the plumbing. I didn't get much sleep because every 20 to 30 minutes there was a guest flushing the toilet, taking a shower or turning on the sink. The customer services was excellent - only 10 minutes from the time we called them from the airport to the time we were waiting at the elevator to go to our room. Quick friendly transport and even faster checkin which was very important at 12:30 at night! great, convenient but the heating system was AWFUL! was over 85 degrees in my room. unable to reduce that number even with the window open. the front desk said nothing when i told them but the shuttle driver reported that it is a common complaint due to the age of the building and the old heating system.

Got in late and had to listen to 4 rooms taking showers after midnight. Totally didn't sleep good at all.

We are very satified with our stay. Only complaint is they charge you to park your car in their lot. That makes no sense to me.

The Red Lion is a bit dated, but totally satisfies basic needs passing through.Staff quite friendly. Restaurant attached convenient.I like walking fron SEA-TAC after being on a plane.

Great place to stay for a night and leave your car while on vacation. Master Park, which handles your car, is very friendly and efficient.

This hotel was convenient for an overnight stay after late flight and early morning flight. the bed was super comfortable, but the shower pressure was pretty poor and had to rinse off in the faucet and the walls are REALLY thin.

This was a fantastic overnight on a way South for Spring Break! We got in very late but the check-in was fast and efficient. We bought snacks from the check-in counter and quickly received a rollaway bed that we needed in our room. The beds were large and very comfortable. Main thing that keep this from being perfect is a lack of parking we had to drive around for 10 min for someone to leave they never did so I asked the shuttle bus company and they let me park in a area that wasn't even a parking spot.

Selected this hotel due to proximity to the airport to pick up family. As soon as I walked in the lobby it smelled like cleaning chemicals, the Mouldy smell in the low ceiling hallway on fifth floor was even worse.
