The hotel itself was very nice. However the service was terrible. I requested a late check out and had some one knock on my door at 11:38am. After I called the front desk and asked once again for a late check out of 3p (which included and extra fee) I received another knock on my door at 12:30 from the cleaning staff. At this point I decided to just […] check out of the hotel. While I was gathering my things and making sure I did not leave anything behind I recived two additional knocks on the door with threatening tones from the front desk and cleaning staff all while the phone rang repeatedly! I was very shocked at the level of unprofessioanlisim and the complete disregard of privacy! I paid for me entire stay several days prior to my check in and was willing to spend more for a few more hours due to my flight leaving late that evening but was treated as tho I was burden to the entire staff. They also had three minors working with the cleaning staff during my entire stay. I was overall very displeased with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues! Đọc thêm

Room could have been cleaner. Especially the bed comforter that was stained and dusty. Our room had a jacuzzi which we didn't use but we would have preferred a small couch or extra chair instead. The room was large but there were empty walls where it looked like furniture was missing. My stay was ok, except when enterin the room, furniture pictured was missing in the room but management ensured the missing furniture was placed in the room before my return. The room also had a bad odor and the floors needed vacuuming. I would recommend the hotel to local visitors but not to out of state guests seeking a great experience. We spent two nights at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but need more lighting. The pool area needs updating. The hot tub was hot, but the pool was too cold, and the elevator was very slow and scary sounding. Service was ok.

A great place for an overnight stay. Helpful staff-gave me directions when I got lost. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was unfortunate, but a pleasant stay.

The pool was said to be 84 degrees but to me and my 8 yr old who loves swimming it was cold my older son came to visit us and he said water was cold. I couldn't swim it was to cold. Water in tennessee pools are really warm very nice.

The hotel was value for money, not bad not great, but more than adequate. $50 a night less expensive than the chain hotel next store, but ironically that's the nearest good place to eat.

When we arrived and ask the clerk to please look up our members number we were told he could not. Then told us we could use the computer in the lobby to put it in. If we could put it in we wouldn't need the number! we have never had problems with them looking up the number. Then later, my hudband went back to the room early because he wasn't feeling […] well. When I went to the room my key wouldn't work, so I went down to the desk and he started making a new key card. I asked him if he would look up the room to make sure I had the right one. He said" thats pk, I trust you". I said but sometimes we can be mistaken, he said" well you'll know when you open the door and someone else is there, laugh!". well back I went and it didn't work. I was very dissappointed in the room. The kitchenette was nice, but the jacuzzi tub was not very big and it was not clean. There was lint in it when we ran the water and when we turned the jets on, a bunch of hair came out of the jets as if someone had shaved in the tub and it had not been cleaned out. The bed looked nice, but when I got into it I noticed […] the sheet had small holes along the side of it and did not cover the entire side of the mattress. The mattress cover was showing on the side of the mattress and was badly ripped. The handles on the dresser was not put on straight. The room was spacious, however, the toilet had been used but not flushed when we arrived. The pull-out couch looked like it had been used, but the sheets not changed, and there were no pillows or blanket on hand for it (we had to call to get some). The thermostat did not work well and was not intuitive, and there were no instructions on how to set it […] to make it work. Once properly set by maintenance, it did begin to warm the room, but failed to ever make the room comfortable, even after running noisely all night. We had to move to another room because the first one had a light bulb that was burnt out and there was food on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up yet. The second room was fine. The ice machine didn't work on our floor so we had to go ask where to get ice. The stairway was freezing.

This particular hotel had a very helpful and friendly staff. Our breakfast was great and our table was even cleared by the attendant. Our room was spacious. The entire hotel was clean and decor was attractive and warm.

Every time we left the hotel we had to go back to the front desk in order to get our key cards reactivated or get new ones. This was a huge pain as there were times we came back late and had a sleeping child. When I asked I was told that this is normal, however I don't think this is reasonable.

Overall, the location is perfect for our scheduled trip to a ski resort. We may say, this is simply the best hotel we have stayed on in Michigan. The room was so clean and the beds were so comfy and the service is prompt and breakfast was so good too. We would absolutely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommendable for families.

When I first arrived at the hotel to check-in, there wasn't anyone at the desk - even after I rang the bell. I wandered around the lobby and eventually, someone came out. The room was large and everything worked fine. There wasn't an overhead light, which was odd though. The fitness room and pool/hot tub was nice. Good hotel overall.

We stayed there because it was close to an event at WMU. Water in the pool was a bit cloudy. Breakfast was perfect since there was something for everyone. It has a VERY slow elevator. Convenient to US131 and WMU with a lot of restaurants close by. Thank you to the very nice staff!

Area of couch/refrigerator/outside sink had no light! There was no light in the ceiling, no lamp, or anything to relieve the gloom. No light over "kitchenette" sink. The room was HUGE...very clean....free breakfast (big choice) not just continental. Friendly staff. Great deal for the money.. We were there to visit the WMU Campus and it was right down the street from the hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels in the past and recently - this was by far the best hotel. In my opinion, the cost of the room was well within standards, the cleanliness was excellent and the staff was very accomedating.

I really liked the location of the place. But, unfortunately, the place needs some major work to update it. The floor actually sagged in my room. This is another one of those hotels that badly needs remodelling. There were stains on the carpet, on the bed spread, on the chairs, and on the towels. There was mold in the corners of the bathrooms. The toilet stood on a slant. I had to go down to the lobby to get the remote control for the tv. Cleaning service did not take out the trash and barely […] made up the bed. I feel this hotel is needing an update. The room was very nice in that it was very roomy. However, it was very dated. Also, it had a kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave which would have been nice, but there were no dishes and no paper towels or dish towels. Most people don't carry these things with them when traveling.

We were in a 2 queen bed suite. The room was verry spacious and very comfortable. The wireless internet was easy to access and use. The pool was jsut the right temperature and the hot tub was as well. The pool area was nice as well,not just a cramped secondary thought like some hotel pools.
