The stay was good. I wish the gym was open later/earlier and I had a hard time with the room temperature.

WOW... beautiful hotel...best in town. The location is superb...right next to the main shopping area with lots of restaurants. Staff was VERY polished and clearly used to dealing with demanding guests...they collected my train tickets for me.

Full 5 star service offered in a genuine and friendly manner. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off. The room was excellent, the staff and concierge service faultess. Free first class shuttle service to airport. Royal Club room was large with complimentary bowl of fruit and water daily. Room had an extra door for soundproofing. Would stay again

Two days with the family well spent. The hotel is easy to access, steps away from the pedestrian zone of the Haute Ville, everything is within easy walking distance. If you have some time, relax in the beautiful park behind the hotel.

The hotel, its staff, and the location were all outstanding. It was very comfortable and spacious and the staff were excellent. The bathroom was much larger than the average European bathroom. Centrally located and easy to get to the airport. the piano player at the bar plays many different genres. nice bar (little smoky) with some fine Belgian beers like Orval in stock. the breakfast spread is great (little steep at euro 29 per person) with Champagne.

the hotel is in a very good location, i booked and paid for the Royal Club double room but when i checked in the receptionist gave me a normal standard room and when i asked her she said no there is no Royal Club, i then had to show her the print our of my booking and she went and changed my room. it's a very good hotel and i would recommend it for […] anyone goes to LUX, the only negative is the TV in the room is so small as on the size of the computer screen. 公園横の昔ながらの快適なホテルでした。家族がモーニングコールをお願いした所、１度目のコールの後、１０分後にもまたお電話を下さり、コーヒーまたは紅茶のサービスが必要かも聞いてくださったそうです。フロント、レストラン、ポーター、すべてのサービスが素晴らしく、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。中心地にも歩いてすぐでした。夜も治安は良さそうでした。日本語のチャンネルが２つありました。

Las ventanas no se pueden abrir. El aire acondicionado hace ruido. Siendo correcto, había algunos detalles de mantenimiento que no se esperarían en un *****. La cama daba un poco la sensación de una tabla mullida sobre muelles. Cómoda, pero no con una sensación de comfort mullido. Las almohadas eran buenas, de plumas. El equipo de la habitación era […] bueno, sobre todo la pantalla. La relación precio/calidad es difícil de juzgar pues Luxemburgo es una ciudad cara... pero la sensación es que defrauda un poco. Jeg bodde en uke på Le Royal i oktober 2012 i forbindelse med et kursopphold i Luxembourg. Rommene var svært behagelige med gode kontorfasiliteter og behagelige møbler og senger. Renhold av rommene var også upåklagelig! Servicen på hotellet var også av ypperste klasse! Det var nesten så det det ble litt for mye, spesielt i frokostsalen der 3-4 kelnere […] bukket og nikket fra man kom inn til man gikk... 折角3か月以上前にTwin Bedsで2部屋予約したのですが、初日は両方共Kingsize Bedでしか 対応して貰えず、翌朝荷物を纏めて外出せねばならず、疲れました。 5つ星とはいえ、ロビーの狭さにはがっかりです。

Ottima posizione, personale eccellente. purtroppo l'hotel è molto datato e potrebbero migliorare gli arredi. La SPA anni 70 è ormai desueta . Peccato ! Non merita le 5 stelle anche se lo consiglio a tutti e ci tornerò personalmente. Altri hotel scelti presso Expedia sono migliori. Il servizio Expedia è eccellente e cerco di viaggiare solo con voi.
