Good location,near all transporation. Noise barrier is not so Good, was disturbed by the neighbours in the mid of night. Lobby is big and nice. We have been upgraded to the huge room, but the lighting is not enough.

TERRIBLE - No air conditioning - unit was broken and they did not fix it after I made them aware of it three times. The maid service was not good. Overall I would not recommend it or stay there again!!

I was going on a trip to Montreal for my birthday, and booked 2 rooms at a decent price, pre-paid on hotels.com, for myself and friends. Once I got to the hotel, however, they charged me an extra $100 fee at check-in, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. Worst shower I've ever had in a hotel, very low water pressure with an inconsistent temperature. […] The TV remote didn't work. And, there were no heavy drapes in my room. The front desk clerk was cheerful and nice. Check in was easy. The elevators are fast enough and the parking garage had ample room for large vehicles. We went to a hockey game and the Bell Centre was about 2 blocks away. St. Catherine St was also 2 blocks away - several restaurants within the same distance - we ate at the Bar-B-Barn on Guy St, 1 block […] away and that was great. Hotel is always friendly and reliable. Spacious rooms. Very close to Concordia University so the neighborhood and nearby restuarants are not the finest, but a good variety and affordable. I thought when I got to my room that being opposite the elevator would be a noise issue; it was not. Perhaps the hotel was not full on those 2 nights? The hotel is convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars. In a street facing room, the street noise could be loud in the night with sirens, car horns etc. There were some areas of the hotel that could use some upgrade but our room on the 8th floor was very comfortable. I went to Montreal for a Canadiens game and this hotel is within walking distance of the Bell Centre. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, pointing out great eateries tourist attractions.

If I wasn't told once but 10 times remember no smoking in your room...The lady at the front desk was not the most pleasant when we checked in...also was there no mention that we would have to pay for our parking in addition to our night stay!

For the price I paid and the location I was in the hotel was good. It is not fancy but the heat was on at all times and everything worked. No complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at the hotel was very nice and very helpfull. I think hotel needs a little TLC regarding bed sheets and TV but location was very convenient next to Concordia residence.

For me parking was a big issue because most places told me parking would be outside or a block away. This ones got underground parking.

I was just in town for one night, but they did upgrade me to the "executive" floor. Very nice room, although the view wasn't much to the south (just of the condos next door). Location seemed pretty convenient, was able to walk to a good coffee spot on Mackay.

we checked in the Executive room which was clean and comfortable, however it was a bit chili at night. Overall it was very good and close to everything that matters.

Just the parking guys didn't speak English and didn't want to try too. The other staffs were helpfully. Well located hotel, good food and bars around. The hotel is clean with good service. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Goooood price for downtown location. Clean .Large rooms. Underground Parking just 30$ for 3 days & two nights. Close to Old Port, Shopping, Museums, Restaurants. Willing to come back in summer.

UFC trip so was looking for close distance to Bell Centre. Great location 10 minute walk. Modern hotel, very clean. Stayed in a Standard King room, decent size. 1 block from Ste Catherine, 2 blocks from Bell Centre. I stayed two seperate nights the same week. The King sized bedroom had a larger tv and supplied a bath robe whereas the tweo queen bedroom had no robe and a smaller TV. Good value for its central location downtown Montreal.

The staff is great!.. however the hotel's decor is very old and the structure is old. maybe it's my personal taste but it's not modern at all. when i booked the room it was rated at a 10 but i would give it a respectful 4
