Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown - Vancouver

Excellent hotel to stay at prior to a cruise out of Vancouver. Only a 10 minute walk to the Port. Very clean hotel with customer-oriented staff. Huge bathroom with a bathtub and large walk-in shower. No hesitation to stay here again.

I usually stay at the Sheraton or Hyatt in Vancouver. I waited too long to book my hotel and found the most reasonable rate at the Marriott. What a lucky find! Not only was it right next to the finish line, but it had fantastic service! A smiling face at every turn, great rooms and a lovely pool/hot tub. very comfortable stay. Walking distance to Robson street & Granville street for all the shopping & restaurants. Hotel was VERY clean, well maintained, great service & amenities - pool, hot & dry Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, showers, towels.... I will definitely stay here on my return trip to Vancouver and i recommend this hotel over and over again

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay with them comfortable. The room was spotless. Loved the walk-in shower the best. Would definitely stay again here on my next visit.

In general: Everything and everyone was great!!! Disappointments: The jet tub (jacuzzi)was not hot at all. The restaurant service and food Saturday morning was not good.

The hotel was great but the room on the fifth floor did not feel safe due to the patio access. The patio should be locked and only someone with room key-card should have access. There should be complete silence, especially at night but there is a constant noise. There is bright light which enters the room from the hallway even after all the bedroom […] lights have been turned off and the blackout curtains are closed. It is difficult to sleep with the lights on. The water pressure of the shower sucked. A ten minute shower takes 1 hour due to lack of water pressure. The food in the restaurant was amazing but the waitress was rude. The front desk requires more staff as they kept me waiting on more than one occasion. Got a great corner room with sweeping views, but I could not get the room to warm up. The heater would only seem to blow cold/tepid air. Thankfully the bedding was ample so I slept comfortably anyway.

Great location, close to stations, restaurants and waterfront. Staff always very happy to help with information on tourist attractions, local travel etc. allowed me a late check out for no extra cost and stored my bags until I was ready to leave. Great hotel in every aspect and I can unhesitatingly recommend it with 5 stars.

Everything top notch, except for the fact that they charge $16 per day for internet use in the room whi to my opinion is uncalled for in these days of modern technoligy. Also this fee is for one device only, so for a laptop, an Ipad and two Iphones in our family we had had to get 4 inlog codes and would have cost us over $60 per day.... After complaining […] they charged is only $15 total which was very nice again. All in all we had a great time in this beautiful hotel in a great location. Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and found it to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. The King size bed and flat screen TV were added touches to the room. The only complaint would be that you have to pay for WiFi in your room and we were charged for a local phone call to our friends. Great service. Food was an unexpected surprise. Service was prompt and friendly. It is not as stylish as a high end hotel - a bit typical if Marriott but given the price was altogether perfect!

The hotel was in a great part of downtown that was also close to the convention center. The room was nice, bed comfortable and i had a great view of the harbor.

Excellent service and exceptional room with prime view of waterfront.. The porter was very friendly giving us suggestions for dinner and stroll to view sunset. Close walking distance to the cruise port. Close to restaurants. We definitely would stay here again if in the area.

When we arrived on Friday 14th we were quite early due to have come from a cruise liner that docked at 7.30am. We were treated very well by the Reception Staff (Nicola) and wre advised that we could leave our suitcases with her till our room was ready. We love the location of the hotel. It is convenient to everywhere. The service is good as well. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the harbour. We absolutely enjoyed it.

What a wonderfull 4 night stay at the Marriott. The room was real cozy with a kind size bed and good view. Staff always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel, a little pricier but still not a bank breaker, totally worth it.

We had an excellent time at your hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent as was the service & all the servers we had in the bar or at the restaurant went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Pinnacle Marriott was a great location, walkable distance to the water, Robson St, Downtown, and Gastown. It was reasonably priced for such a close proximity to all of these locations.
