President Hotel - Bonn

everything is perfect except one thing. it is really too noisy to have good sleep. It is ok for 4th floor but bad for lower,e.g 2nd.

Constructed in standard single corridor concrete box style a good walk from the city centre, the President has no pretentions. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful but this doesn't always work. I asked for a quiet room but found myself in possibly the noisiest room in the hotel. (The hotel is effectively on a bridge above an autobahn.) They did not tell me however that even though the room was prepaid, each day a cost of over 100 Euros would be held on my credit card. I had a mixed experience here, and would have recommended it based on the reasonable price were it not for the front desk staff's dismissive attitude toward my concerns about excessive phone charges. After being charged 10 euros for 5 minutes worth of local calls, I pointed out that there had been no explanation of the charges either a) in the informational […] guest booklet in the room or b) when I had contacted the front desk to ask about making local calls. I said I would not given them any trouble about paying, but thought that the hotel should be more transparent about the ramifications of making local calls. I thought that was a reasonable stance, but the front desk clerk merely proceeded to lecture me about how their "automatic system" is never wrong. Riiiiight. Also, stuck to the phone's receiver was a green thing that looked like it had come out of someone's nose. I scrubbed it off with soap and water, but did not let the handset touch my ear. Finally, this is NOT a 4-star hotel. More like 2.5-star. Still, if you are looking to save, are looking for utilitarian lodging in a good location, and don't mind pretending that your room is truly clean, then this is the place for you. Đọc thêm

To me, the main drawback of this hotel is the absence of a free wi-fi network for the guests. There is a wi-fi signal inside the room but the access is paid (4.95 euros per hour).

Had to pay for internet connection and it was expensive. Made me feel like they were cheap. More and more free internet connection is standards.

The hotel is ok. Rooms are relatively small, but ok too. Guests have to pay for WiFi access additional 35Euro, but that is traditional for Europe too.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and competent. The room was pleasant and clean. The hotel is also located well - there are plenty of restaurants around. It is also within easy reach of Hauptbahnhof.

No good value for money

There was noise from the street traffic outside which didnt bother us but might have prevented some from sleeping.

このホテルは、かわいい素敵なホテルでした。ただ最上階までのエレベーターがないこと。またシャワーの水圧が弱いことが、唯一の不満でした。でも、また泊まりたいホテルです。

Отель не тянет на европейскую четверку, но чистота в номерах и невысокая цена вполне компенсируют этот недостаток. Расположен не далеко от центра, рядом магазины и кафе. В общем простенький отель без притязаний. Если вы окажетесь в Бонне, там вполне можно остановится на пару дней.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels, die ich während meiner Deutschlandreise erlebt habe, nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Hotel macht auf mich eher den Eindruck einer besseren Jugendherberge. Und vor dem Duschen habe ich sogar noch einen Haarbüschel im Ablauf entdeckt. Dieses Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstrasse 4 Spurig. Die Zimmer sind nicht genug gedämmt Unmöglich Ruhe zu bekommen. Nächtliche Besucher sind sehr laut. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr teuer

het hotel ligt vlakbij de botanische tuin, in op een kilometer van the Museum Mile van Bonn. voldoende winkeltjes en restaurants in de buurt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und von dort kam ich sehr unbeschwert an alle für mich wichtigen Orte. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Hotel ist grundsätzlich sauber. Zimmer allerdings recht alt; Matratzen weich; Fenster direkt zur Schnellstrasse/Autobahn; Bad sehr klein; Duschkopf und -hängevorrichtung waren defekt, musste in der Hand gehalten werden; Nur Empfang freundlich; Servicepersonal (am Abend) bei Rückfragen unfreundlich/hektisch. Ein gepflegtes Business Hotel an etwas versteckter Lage direkt über dem Autobahnzubringer, ohne dass dies aber störend wirkt.

The room was clean and nice. The price was also reasonable. Only disappointment was that breakfast, which was not included in the price, was a bit too expensive.
