A comfortable hotel in a great location for Parc Asterix. Great menu and a good value breakfast.The Xbox in reception was a plus factor for the children!

Novotel have lost their heart and soul. It is now just a basic travellers rest with nothing unique to recommend it. The food is poor and prices are excessive for what's on offer. This hotel is perfect for a theme park stopover or if you are just passing through. Typical Novotel, the hotel and grounds were clean and modern. We found this hotel to be comfortable and a good place for a family to stay. We had a large and comfortable family room which was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful when you could find them. The food was buffet style and tastey. The rooms were clean and in good order. I woud definitely stay there again, though I would choose to eat elsewhere as a better selection would be nice.

Room was ok except for a slight smell. The smell seemed to go away after a few mins. Location was just 10 mins from CDG airport. Restaurant on site was good for all needs.

WE are a family of 5 and stayed overnight at this hotel on the last leg of our vacation. I chose it on the basis of an Expedia search for a hotel close to Charles de Gaulle airport as we had just arrived from the south of France and are scheduled to depart for the US the next day. The location was a big disappointment. It was nowhere close to the airport […] and in the middle of nowhere - no accesible public transport, restaurants or anything to do nearby. We arrived at noon: my kids were tired and hungry and the kitchen was closed until 7 pm! We noted some pastries and juice in the lobby - I thought it was a nice touch , much like what US hotels would do for their guests. After we helped ourselves, we were rudely told that was not for us. I offered to pay for it, of course, but felt unwelcome, embarrassed and slighted. We are seasoned travellers and have never been made to feel this way! We were happy to check out. Next time, I will book a hotel in Roissy. I just wish that when I searched for an airport hotel, Expedia could have made a better location recommendation. we stayed at this hotel on our way to Disneyland Paris after getting the eurotunnel over from the UK. It's 3h from Calais,just north from Paris and just off the highway making it easy to find. I choose this hotel as it was close to CDG for our morning flight back to Canada and because i was familiar with the hotel chain. The location was fairly good but the hotel was not up to the standards of other Novotel hotels. It was more like a motel - two floors, no elevator. I commented on the difficulty of taking luggage up the stairs and the woman at the front desk carried one of the bags upstairs to help us. We have been in many hotels around Europe And this hotel is not one of the average let alone a four star one. The hotel DOES NOT worth the money and should be rated 2.5 star to a maximum and forgiving 3 Star at the most. Disappointed at the least.

Hotel is well situated if you want to spend 1 day in the Asterix park before you leave France via CDG. Train station in 5-10 minutes drive from hotel where you can park your car for free and take the 35 minute train to Paris downtown.

Service cuisine un peu dépassé lorsque les clients arrivent en même temps, ce qui se comprend mais mon estomac ne voulait rien savoir. La navette pour le parc astérix est très appréciable mais l'absence de navette pour la gare RER de survilliers est un […] gros manque, d'autant que l'hôtel est isolé de tout. La visite de Paris serait super géniale si nous avions ce service de navette comme pour le parc (heure de dépôt et de retour). Rien à redire sur l'état des chambres mais nous avons connu un vrai soucis pour rejoindre l'hôtel.... Le sîte indique la proche station de RER et nous avions choisi cette option pour arriver sur le lieu. Malheureusement à 21 heures, aucun taxi présent sur le sîte et malgré 3 coups de téléphone à l'accueil de l'hôtel, personne n'est parvenu à nous trouver […] une solution.. Nous avons finalement du faire le chemin à pied avec nos 11 bagages et nos 2 enfants..... 45 minutes dans les rues de Survilliers sans que cela ne semble pour le moins anormal au personnel de l'établissement....
