A good hotel with nice personal. Location is excellent if you have a car. The area around the hotel is "sad" and does not give the impression of a safe even.

Nothing much to do in the surrounding neihbourhood,but close to my job ... I have not find a good restaurant near the hotel.

Good Novotel, close to RER and shopping centre, though limited in terms of local restaurants.

The hotel staff were helps and they let us check in early. The room was rather worn and with the help of staff (various calls) we were not able to turn off the airconditioning. The room was like being in the Artic Circle.

Hotel is at a good location for disneyland paris. Surrounding neighbourhood is not good. We got overcharged for the taxi to the airport which the hotel called for us and obviously gets some kind of commission from. 75 Euros for a 15 minute journey!! Pool was nice and quiet. Breakfast is overcharged.

I stayed at this hotel with my two young sons in order to be close to both Disneyland and the city centre. It was a 10 minute walk from the the station, once we found our bearings and about 20 minutes out to Disney. The hotel was very clean although there were some overflowing bins outside. Hotel is convenient to the RER station and a big shopping mall. About 10min walk to RER with pram and young children, (so not next to the hotel, but close enough). The room décor was a bit tired and there was no bath in the bathroom, but a very good shower. The Mall has lots of fair priced eating places; there is a food court on the top floor & McDonalds. […] If you plan to visit Paris centre a lot, then the hotel is probably a little too far out. It takes 25min on the train to Charles De Gaulle Etoile (Champs-Elysees not airport), but convenient for Disneyland. Neighbourhood is okay, but you may not feel safe walking in the dark from the RER to the hotel (the shortest route is through the mall underground car park, but in the day time it is very busy with shoppers and locals. Hotel staffs were friendly. This hotel has internal doors to the Hotel Ibis next-door, so you can use Ibis restaurants and vending machine without having to go outside. The taxi I got the hotel to order for me to take me to Charles De Gaulle Airport overcharged me. The fair the driver wanted was more than double that I paid for getting from the Airport to the Hotel. Hotel was nice and very convenient to the RER station and mall. Dont get conned into eating the breakfast though. They asked and I said, sure why not, then to check out after 2 days and have a 60 euro bill for breakfast for 2 adults for 2 days. It is just a typical hotel breakfast that cost a fortune.

I think for what we paid for the hotel it was worth it. I know we got a deal, but I would even pay a little more for it. I don't know what previous reviewers are saying about it being in a bad neighbourhood. The little town/city it is in, is beautiful. And the people there were friendly. The mall across from the hotel is very nice and well kept. There […] is a Mcdonalds in there, and the grocery store is a cheaper one that has hot meals you can take away, there is also another restaurant and bakery in there too. Not to mention plenty of stores to shop at. We actually went grocery shopping there and I am sure we saved a few hundred euros eating from there, rather then the hotel. But there are two other restaurants just down the street from the hotel, that are big chain ones that are a fair price as well. The only "bad" area we saw, was driving from the hotel to the highway. It was dirty and un-kept. But well, I have been to other areas of France, and I don't think its that much of an extreme. But it was run down, and not nice to look at. However, the whole area around the hotel other then that was very nice. The parking at the hotel wouldn't be such a bad price if you could get a daily pass... but every time you leave you have to pay it again. We did it the first night, and then parked on the street the rest. And had no problem. Everyone else was parked there, and the only other people around that area other then the people staying at the hotel were business people from around the other building. We didn't use the pool since it was so in the lower 20s while we were there. So I have no review on that. Overall, I would say its pretty fair for the price. The rug in the room had some stains on it, and housekeeping did cut corners a few times by hanging back up our dirty towels, and not refilling the coffee. There was almost never anyone at the reception desk. While the hotel offered parking, you had to pay for it. The tub in our bathroom didn't drain and the shower head was broken. When i spoke to the customer service representative, she didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer another room. Another customer complainedbreakfast (13 Euros) didn't […] have any tomatoes, sausage, or eggs and they were not refunded or offered any complimentary service. The hotel allows pets and when a lady who was allergic to dogs came to check in, she wasn't offered a refund when she cancelled the reservation. We drove around the hotel and there were piles of garbage, old baby strollers, clothes, and furniture alongside the road. Overall, I woud never recommend this hotel again. Đọc thêm

Le personnel est très sympa, la chambre est très bien, le lit impec. Les repas sont très chers, pour une qualité très moyenne. Le café est trop fort, mais le petit déjeuner est très bien, je vous recommande les salades de fruits. Allez manger à l'hotel IBIS à coté c'est bien mieux !!

Grand hôtel, peu de staff en week-end, garage intérieur qui ne marche pas, pas de parking gratuit, très longues attentes au bar ou à la réception avant que quelqu'un apparaisse enfin (jusqu'à 35mn d'attente), pas de chauffage durant la première nuit, froid glacial et on a croisé un gros rat dans l'hôtel.

Området ikke helt ok, men opvejes med venlige og hjælpsomme personale, som ikke er gode til engelsk, og at hotellet ligger tæt på en indkøbscenter, hvor rer togstation ligger i. Der er kogekande med kaffe og te, men desværre ingen microovn;(

OK uden at være prangende, pænt værelse med pool. Ligger ligger på linien til Disney. Man skal dog huske at bestille taxa til lufthaven, vi er udenfor Paris.

Vi er en familie på 4 som bodde her 10 dager i juli 2011. Hotellet var rent og fint, med grei beliggenhet i forhold til Paris og Diseneyland. Bassenget utenfor var oppvarmet og var spesielt populært for ungene. Betjeningen var imøtekommende og hyggelig. Kjøpesenteret som ligger likeved hadde stort utvalg og et greit sted å kjøpe ting på samme vilkår […] som lokalbefolkningen. Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold i Paris og bor gjerne her neste gang også. Godt hotel desværre beliggende lidt længere væk fra Paris centrum end vi troede - der går tog (RER) men ikke Metro til hotellet. Lækker morgenbuffet - forøvrigt med gratis servering for børn. Super dejligt med den forfriskende pool efter en varm dag med sight-seeing. Godt shopping-center ifm . stationen men ellers er omgivelserne typisk forstadsområde. Udemærket overnatningshotel tæt på Paris. Gode forbindelser til Paris med metro og RER som stopper lige overfor hotellet. God swimmingpool for børnene. Prisen burde dog være inkl. morgenmad.

Hotellet hadde bra standard og betjeningen var behjelpelig og kunne godt engelsk. Som vanlig i Frankrike er frokosten en svindel. Kostet mye mer enn det smaker. anbefaler alle på generell basis at når de overnatter på hotell i Frankrike å spare frokosten å heller kjøpe noe ute etterpå. allt var bra till utcheckning när de ville att jag ska betala extra 12 euro för city tax, varför ska jag betala tax där?

Très bonnes prestations et personnel sympathique

Fint hotell med fint och bra hotellrum för oss (2 vuxna & 2 barn). Det låg dock lite väl långt ifrån centrala Paris för våran smak (zon 4 på pendeltågsskalan), det var krångligt med RER (pendeltåget) med barnvagnen då stationen inte hade någon hiss eller rulltrappa när man skulle mot Paris (det fanns dock rulltrappa när man åkte tillbaka) Stationen […] låg ca 5 min ifrån hotellet om man gick genom köpcentrummet som ligger ett par hundra meter över gatan. Just området mellan hotellet och köpcentrummet var ganska ruffigt och smutsigt, men ingen störde oss på våra promenader till och från hotellet. Personalen kunde engelska = stort +. Personalen var även hjälpsamma på alla sätt och vis, bokade taxi till hemresan mm. Bra WiFi uppkoppling som funkade bra hela tiden. Att åka Taxi till busstransfern till Beuvais (bussterminalen låg nordväst på Paris ytterkant) kostade 70 Euro (med dricks) och gick väldigt smidigt (ca 25 min) eftersom hotellet låg nära motorvägen! Hotellet kan rekommenderas till alla som inte behöver nyttja pendeltåget med barnvagn/rullstol och kan tänka säg att betala lite mer i tågkostnad då det ligger i Zon 4! Đọc thêm

Hôtel à recommander pour aller à Dysneyland, car un peu loin de Paris en RER( fatigant.) Le dimanche soir de Pâques, le service restaurant était composé d'une équipe réduite et ils ont été rapidement débordé par le nombre de clients. Pænt hotel i moderne stil, med en god cervice. Vi var 4 psn (2 voksne og 2 14 årige piger) som brugte hotellet som udgangspunkt for en byferie, hvilket vi gerne gør igen. Den ydre rengøring i området kunne være bedre, men det er fransk standard, men hotellet var til gengæld fint og pænt. Meget tilfreds, specielt i forhold til prisen.

Boede på hotellet over Nytår 2010/2011. Hotellet var fint og med flinkt personale, som altid var venlige og hjælpsomme. Standarden af værelset var ok med fin seng og badeværelse. Der var heller ikke en finger at sætte på kvaliteten af rengøringen. Var selv i bil og benyttede mig af en tilhørende p-kælder, som ikke kostede alverden. Hotellet ligger […] ca. 5 min. gang fra et stort indkøbscenter med et utal af forretninger. Ved centeret ligger metroen også, som vi benyttede os af for at komme ind til centrum. Det tager ca. 20 min. Alt i alt et godt hotel til en billig penge, hvis man gerne vil bo lidt væk fra centrum. Đọc thêm
