Room was clean enough and the staff ok plus the breakfast was passable, however the air con was terible the room was so hot at night untill about 5 am whem it eventualy cooled so much you woke up freezing.; hense 2 nights little sleep. I was suposed to stay one more night as a stop over but booked another hotel instead

On the negative side the rooms are tired and need to be updated, the dining room staff seem to be bored and the breakfast buffet is repetitive and after 8 nights stay it all became quite boring but these negatives were far outweighed by the positives. My room was […] a junior suite and although outdated , it was very comfortable , plenty of room to spread out , the bathroom was very clean , showers plenty of hot water with good water pressure , the bed was clean and comfortable and the house staff were quite , friendly and efficient. Overall I was extremely pleased with the hotel and its location is brilliant. During my stay there was a " festival of food " held for 6 nights with lots of music , people and of course food stalls. No Vietnamese coffee (more like Americano), not allow to take any food outside even my half eaten banana. I was eating on my way out, they stopped me and asked to finish inside the restaurant. No good morning greeting nor smiling. 6.Room- Small bathroom but spacious in living area. 7. location- a lot of travel office, near for the open bus(it is just 1min walk) if you travel with long distance bus. Good restaurant near by, 10min to market or malls. 8.Day trip service- hotel has luxury trip only which is 3-5 times more than outside. They said it is luxury but it is same service. Stayed at liberty 4 for 3 nights while passing through Saigon. We booked here given it was much cheaper than other hotels in the area & i guess we got what we paid for. Was clean and functional and good for showers and sleeping however not the type of place you'd expect luxury from. We had a leaking aircon but the room stayed cool and staff were helpful […] in booking tours & recommending resturants & keeping us safe from dodgy taxis etc. Perhaps stay clear of the bar if you are after a relaxing drink & it had very much a male party vibe and the spa/salon was nothing special. My second visit to this good hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. It's in the heart of the 'quartier routard' (backpacker district) but offers a smoother, calmer experience than a guest house for a very reasonable price. Rooms are comfortable, the staff give you a warm welcome and the breakfast buffet is very good.

The primary reason I choose this hotel was location. You can walk to many attractions in HCMC. It is also close to connecting bus lines if you wish to tour vietnam. ベトナムは初めてだったのですが、とにかく人々がすごく親切です。このホテルのスタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切で、ベルボーイの方は出入りの挨拶はもちろん、帰りのタクシーに乗る前もぼったくられないように「絶対に○ドル以上は払ったらダメですよ！」って教えてくれるし、とても気持ちの良いサービスでした。　あと、口コミで「朝食がオススメ」と書いてあったのですがその通りで、洋風中華風ベトナム風のチョイスが豊富で味も美味しく（デニッシュパン系だけは美味しくなかったですw）、大満足でした。立地も中心地でマーケットにも近いし近くにコンビニ、カフェ、旅行会社色々あって便利です。それでいてこの安価は超オススメだと思います。
