Overall I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the room nice and clean, and I really had no issues with my stay except two. First off, when I checked in there was a sign saying the pool was closed, and the male at the front desk said it would be closed until July. It would have been nice to know this before hand, as I had a child traveling with […] me and he really wanted to swim (and honestly we booked that hotel for that reason, along with cont. breakfast). So that was disappointing. Had I not already prepaid my room, I would have stayed elsewhere. It would have been nice if you had a partnership with one of the other 7 hotels around you that you could send guests too for the inconvenience --say, Howard Johnson which is not only one of your other properties, but right down the street. The only other problem I had was with the TV in my room, it kept having a box at the bottom of the screen that the receiver needed to be replaced. Not a huge deal to me, but could be annoying. The breakfast buffet was average, but constantly understocked. My suggestion is, that when you need to refill the coffee pot. Have two. Refill another one to replace it, rather than running off with the only coffee pot for 10 minutes while you refill it. I will return to the property next time I come into town, but it won't be until the pool is fixed. Until then, I'll stay at other properties. Đọc thêm

There was a light out in our room that never got fixed, there were holes in our fitted sheet and it was very worn.

The hotel was comfortable but the pool and lobby area are under construction. Stayed two nights and they had just started on the pool renovation. Lots of daytime noise. Front lobby desk area also obstructed. Hotel is located off the Interstate but is located next to a hospital and medical complex area.

Spent a few hours at the Wingate Friday April 19th. My son and his friend were visiting Mizzou as perspective students. I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the hotel. I've stayed at this location several times over the past year and was surprised that it was only getting 2.5 stars. I now know why. The room I stayed definitely is in need of a couple repairs, starting with the bubble gum on the rug! Love the lobby & breakfast, but, beyond that I can't say much! They didn't even make my bed!

Apparently being remodeled which it definitely needs but was sufficient for my stay. New carpet is needed in rooms. Rooms large and comfortable. Look forward to seeing what the results are after the remodel. Personnel helpful and respectful.

Room was not so good. Dirty sheets, there was a dried booger on the "towels" card in the bathroom and even the comment card had something all over it. It seemed as though the cleaning staff just glances and straightens than actually cleaning. Breakfast was okay, dried oatmeal, cool and dry biscuits, little to no eggs that were dried up as well.

Hotel is good for a place to stay but a bit dated, needs an upgrade. Staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was the standard fare.

Nice place to stay quite, easy to get to , quick check in and out. The beds slept well. The only thing that would say that I didn't like were that the rug in the room had lots of spill stains. I would stay here again on my next visit to Columbia.

Not clean, no entry light, window could be opened from outside, dusty, loud air conditioner, no turntable in micriwave, smelled of cigaretts in hall and mildew smell in entryway and bathroom. I was utterly dissatisfied with my stay here! The staff was found to be very useless when you brought problems to their attention and unwilling to help. I can safely say I will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel again. We booked a king bed with pullout sofa and only got a king bed (which was actually due to a mistake by Expedia); however, my 18-year-old son had to sleep on a chair and ottoman because there were no available cots. We never got the extra pillow and blanket we were promised and we only had […] 2 towels for 3 people. Also, after taking a shower the bathtub took forever to drain which was very inconvenient. The free breakfast consisted of brown, grease-flavored gravy and the eggs were edible if you added enough salt and pepper. The only thing worth eating was the packaged cereals. Finally, at checkout we were asked if we got a bill under our door that morning. Surprise, surprise, we didn't get that either.
