The room smelled like Doritos. The carpet was dirty, and so was the furniture. However the bed seemed clean. Hotel staff were nice though Overall, would not stay in this hotel again.

Ordered a single king size bed, smoking, ground floor. I was sent to a room that was non-smoking and had two double beds. I was sent to the next room and had to go back to the desk a third time to get an ashtray. The cleanup lady was great though. AJ was the one on the desk during my check-in.

Doing genealogy work that carried me to Selma, Dallas County. I spent two nights at this motel. The room was clean, house keeping was great. Thursday night was nice and quite with restful sleep but Friday night all heck broke lose. We asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking, the air conditioner did not work (90 degree days), floor was wet and filthy. They changed us to another room the next day (as they were full the first night). The staff did there best, but it was disappointing...

It was a vry uncomfortable stay. The carpet is beyond nasty, and gross. I did not even want my dog to touch it. We wore shoes until we went to bed. Considering the rooms have carpets, they must use a deodorizer for them. The room was nice and clean enough for our quick overnight stay. The linens were very clean. However, the carpet and upholstered chair were pretty nasty! Our 3 year old had black feet after walking on the carpet! The continental breakfast was good and very kid friendly. It was definitely okay for the price!

Where do I start with the Jameson Inn. I booked a single king. When I checked in, I was informed they were all out of kings. She said she could put us in a room with 2 queens, but the lock was broken on the door so we would have to go to the front desk every time we wanted in the room. So she then 'upgraded' us to a double queen with a mini-fridge and microwave. When we got in the room the 'queen' beds were really full beds. mid grade hotel not worth the price. The rooms were clean but old furniture and stains on carpet. The room key would not work. A lot of road noise as it was outside rooms. cheap breakfast
