Hotel I rated as 4, clean and convenient for shopping. But I am disappointed when I landed at the airport Regal hotel shuttle bus counter. I asked for shuttle bus to the hotel. My name is on the list but not given a free seat. My previous trip, I stayed Regal hotel at Tsim Sai. I was given free shuttle services. Why certain branches given free shuttle […] but not Regal at causeway? For this, I think the policy should change. So long customers name are listed, they should entitled to use hotel shuttle services. If not, what is hotel shuttle services for? Isn't it a services for hotel customers? Location is great, much within walking distance, close to the metro. Every taxi cab knows where the hotel is. Hotel lobby was grand, spacious, impressive with gold accents and detail. Check-in procedure seemed to try and find new and creative ways to add more to your nightly stay (add on breakfast, pay for an upgrade for king size bed, pay for internet, […] combo deal for internet + breakfast)... really just wanted to check in. Hotel room was nice, comfortable bed, loved the bay window, however lacking some fundamentals. Our shower did not drain and everytime had still water up to the ankles. Bathroom also didn't have a ventilation fan to take out moisture, so the bathroom got very steamy, making it impossible to dry your hair afterwards. The lack of power outlets was also annoying, we only found two by the desk. Would be fine if you travel solo, but not if you have two people and multiple devices to charge. So overall the hotel served its purpose: very nice, clean, comfortable place to stay... however lacked some in-room conveniences. Đọc thêm

the location on this hotel is very good , but the room need more cleaning , the funny thing is they clean most thing but they didnt clean the dust on the all the table feel like is not complete .

room was clean and neat and spacious though rate was a bit on the high side,. location was good. only negative point is the service as the staff was not friendly and courteous.

Great room. Comfortable bed. And good facilities in the room. Received an upgrade from my original room - not sure why. Though the one niggle is that I booked a smoking room, then found out that it was non-smoking on the 34th floor when I got in. No options available. The room was very nicely appointed but cramped. Rooms in HK are small but this was made smaller by the addition of extraneous furniture. The A/C did not work in the room so my room gravitated between freezing and burning up. There were numerous mirrors everywhere which I think it was to make the room bigger. Regal Hotel has become very popular with the Chinese tourist because of its strategic location. As such, you do have to wait for a while for checking in or checking out. Be prepared to stand in line for service can be a little slow during peak hours. However, because of its location, you will never be too far from good food and great shopping. The hotel is located at the center of "Actions" in Hong Kong island. Great shops and great restaurants are just steps away from the hotel. It is not that far away from the Central District (where my meetings were). It was just 20 mins drive (by taxi). Staying in the hotel allowed us to see more about the city at night. The Regal Hongkong Hotel is the most tacky hotel I have ever stayed in. The furniture and decor are simply awful - brass/gold/mirrored tat all over the place. The main lobby lounge is impersonal and uninviting and there is no set bar area. The 1st floor cafe does serve good food in a bright and plasticy type environment. The 31st floor Rivoli restaurant […] - though having stunning views - has to be seen to be believed in terms of just how tasteless someone could have decorated a restaurant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates tasteful and design that does not simply make you feel queasy. The rooftop swimming pool was OK. Location is great. It's within 2 blocks of the metro, and is very close to HK Time square. Hotel looks nice but a little run down, but not so bad that I would not go back. I will consider this hotel for my next trip.

From the time we arrived, we greeted by nobody, no bell boy no nothing to help us carry the baggages not even the I'm sorry we Can't help you kind of smile, the queue is as long as hongkong traffic jam because only two persons were active the other two just stand like a greek statue without the Grace, and when we complained the so called Manager on […] duty just describing a manual book Hotel which we didnt care to hear and him insisting us to hear him out, so we Just left the hotel and throw away the reservation to moved to adjacent Rosedale Hotel, which by the way much more friendly, so this is the bigest sorry I have ever done in my life. Older interior with carpets on the room floor (not nice). First I got room 1507 which was old style, had poor cleaning and with an unpleasant smelling. Got new room 1620 which was quit good. Central location in Causeway Bay. Near to subway and Sogo.

過年入住，地理位置相當方便，地鐵、 soho、用餐不到5分鐘，機場快捷免費接駁車直接到飯店門口，不需提著行李滿街跑，房間也比想象中大，兩張單人床可各睡大一小，適合一家四口或老小，我們還放了一張雙人氣墊床，空間ok,值得推薦。

ホテルの周囲にはＢ級グルメから地元マダムの行く高級レストランまで揃ってます。 地下鉄の駅まで徒歩数分ですのでとても便利。 エアポートシャトルも停車しますので空港への移動も楽チンです。 香港島での宿泊は次回もここにします♪

酒店设施挺完善，就是房间小view不好，酒店装修比较老土：）度假不提倡，如果只是想在sogo一带购物，还是挺方便的

旧正月に４泊しました。 エグゼクティブクラブルームの利用でした。３３階の部屋からはビクトリアパーク・花市の様子を見れ、また屋上のプールからは旧正月2日目の花火を見ることが出来ました。 部屋の広さはまぁまぁでしたが、ベッドがクイーンサイズだったので、４歳児がいる３人で寝るには狭かったです。が、エキストラベッドを入れることが可能です。 空調は冷房のみ。さすがに寒かったので、オイルヒーターを借りました。それで充分暖かくなりました。 お風呂はバスタブはありますが、シャワーブースが別になっていて、日本人的には？？な作りでした。アメニティーはロクシタン。 エグゼクティブラウンジでいただいた朝食は、割りとおいしいと思います。街の景色を見ながら静かにのんびりいただけます。 立地は良く、旧正月前・旧 […] 正月中も買い物・食事には困ることはありませんでした。 一番の問題はホテルのフロントで、愛想というものが全くなく、部屋の料金に含まれているサービスの説明も何もなく鍵を渡されただけで驚きました。３１階のエグゼクティブフロアのフロントも対応はイマイチ。 ただ、他の各係りについてはスマイリーで気持ちよく対応していただけました。 あと３３階だと３１階で一度乗り換えが発生するのでそれが面倒でした。 Đọc thêm

3人で泊まれる部屋があると表示されていたので3人で申し込みました。しかし、部屋に入ってみると、タオル類も、スリッパも水も2人分しかありませんでした。1泊目の夜に、フロントに伝えたところ、タオルは補充されましたが、2泊目、3泊目も同じ状況でした。1泊目に伝えたら、翌日からは改善されるのが普通と考えていたのですが・・・。立地は、コーズウェイベイなので、とても便利でした。残念です。

以前、香港に住んでいた関係で日本人観光客が余り宿泊しないCauseway Bayのホテルを選びましたが、料金（今回は割引適用あり）はホテルのグレードとの比較では大変満足行くものでした。 ホテルの部屋も基本的には満足出来るものでしたが、髪の毛が落ちているのが目立ったり、ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの交換が遅かったり（なくならないと換えてくれない）、コスト節約を徹底しているのが若干目に付き過ぎる感じがしました。

利便性と特別なサービスを目的にこのホテルのエグゼクティブルームを選びました。 ほかのレビューでスタッフの接遇対応があまり良くないと書いてあったので不安でしたが、私が関わったフロント・ハウスキーパー・レストランスタッフ・コンシェルジュ・ドアマンはHelpfulでとても心強かったです☆ 部屋にあるエスプレッソマシーンを使おうと思ったらお湯が漏れてきてハウスキーパーを呼んだのですが、すぐ駆け付けてくれて対応してくれました。その場でtransformerも頼みましたが、嫌な顔せずにすぐまた持ってきてセットしてくれました。 部屋を出て出掛けるときに会うハウスキーパーも笑顔で挨拶してくれましたし、レストランスタッフもメニューの見方を教えてくれたり食事の具合を聞きに来てくれました。 専用フロアだからかと思 […] いましたが、GFのフロント・コンシェルジュ・ドアマンもいい人でした。 タクシーがなかなかつかまらなかったのですが、ドアマンはホテルの先の道の外に出てタクシーを呼んでくれました。 チェックアウトした後、支払い料金に間違いがあったのですが、コンシェルジュはリーガルシャトルバスを追いかけて訂正に来て謝ってくれました。 不便なこと、分からないこと、不安なことがあったら、落ち着いて尋ねたり助けを求めたらちゃんと対応してくれます。 Đọc thêm

コーズウェイベイの端に位置し、タイムズスクエアやSOGOも徒歩圏内、地下鉄も近いのでお買い物メインのひとにおすすめです。 バスタブも大きく、シャワーブースが独立、バスローブ設置、ボトルウォーターが二本ついてくるのが嬉しいです。マイナスは、フロントが小さく時々並ぶこと、スタンダードの部屋のアメニティがイマイチでした。

유명한 Causeway bay부근이라선지 길 걸어 다니기도 힘들 정도로 꽉찬 인파들 땜에 단순 관광은 괜찬으나 비즈니스용으로는 글쎄요^^^^ Executive Floor에 머무르는 혜택으로 무료 아침식사는 깔끔하고 추천할 만하나 아래층의 보통방과 프런트 로비등은 몰려드는 중국 관광객들로 분주하기 이를데 없음.

Kan rekommendera att uppgradera till Executive-rum. En femhundring extra för väldigt bra rum (större, fräschare och på 32-34 våningen). Särskild incheckning på 31:a våningen, frukostbuffé, afternoon tea, fruktkorg på rummet och öppen bar med mat och tilltugg med butler inkluderat. Superbt värde och mycket hög klass på service.

El internet no es free para usuarios, no hay muchos canales de TV libres en otros idiomas, casi todo esta en chino, Es un fastidio que no se puedan usar las sillas del lobby, no hay donde sentarse en el lobby. No hay toma de corriente con adaptadores no chinos, si quieres tienes que pagar.

Hotel staff in front deck are very unkind.

部屋に絵画のあるホテルは優雅な気持ちにさせてくれました。ショッピング街も近く(そごうまで徒歩3分)妻は夜遅くまで買い物を満喫してました。

Hotel af udmærket standard - ingen problemer af nogen art. Ligger i gåafstand fra shopping v. Times Square og 5 min. fra effektiv 'underground' men ligger ellers lidt 'i den ene ende' af Hong Kong Island. Velholdt pool på tagetagen (35. vist) og meget fint fitness center. Morgenmad dyr i f.t. kvalitet og udbud - spring den over!

사실, 이 호텔로 결정하기까지 많이 망설였다. 왜냐하면 다른사람들의 후기가 별로 좋지 않았기 때문에. 하지만, regal hongkong. 호텔 모든면에서 좋았다. 위치 최고. 서비스도 좋고, 인터넷무료, 시내전화무료등 royal platinium손님을 위한 배려가 좋았다. 특히 첫날 아침에 불편한게 없냐고 물어보고 조금 방이 좁고 춥다고 했더니 바로 조치해 주었다. terry라는 직원 특히 많은 도움이 되었다. 매번 다른호텔에 묶었었는데, 앞으로는 홍콩여행은 이 호텔을 이용하겠다. 31층의 이태리식당 최고. 옆건물의 din tai fung, 과 fusing도 추천한다.
