Disappointed that we had no hot water in the morning because their water heater was broken. Their staff was not friendly. GPS did not recognize their address. It would of been nice to be instructed on what address to punch in for the GPS.

The hotel was nice and booking on Hotels.com was effortless. Unfortunately we wanted early check in to make an early business meeting. We arrived at 10:30am but was told that no rooms were ready. I like that price and location of this hotel. The accommodations were very fair. Room was very comfy.... only problems (not hotels fault) noisy in the hallway, near the elevator on a Saturday night. I would suggest requesting a room away from elevator or bring your ear plugs :)

Loved just about everything here: great, friendly staff, super comfy bed and pillows, quiet heater fan, nice decently-priced breakfast spread, late breakfast and pool hours. Hotels was perfect, but directions to get in very tricky!!! It is the second driveway!!! Navagation said you are there too early !!!! Bus stop is 2 blocks over. Not too bad. The room and location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, and so close to New York with the bus being right around the corner. The employees at the counter were soo nice and super helpful. Plus the price was great!

The hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Not a bad location but the bus trip was more along the lines of 45 minutes to the city and that is only because of the traffic. I dont think you can find a hotel that's nicer than this one any closer to New York. Everything was adequate. However the heater was very loud, and kept us from sleeping. So we tried turning it off. Good alternative to Manhattan Hotels-Only one exit away from the Tunnel Little hard to find with all the service roads etc but thats typical for the area Note -the restaurant is not operational at night which is usually a big plus.Would stay there again

My family of four had a great night , the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The store in the lobby was conveniently stocked with snacks, drinks and anything you might have forgotten. Staff was wonderful , provided us with menus for pizza . I would say there breakfast although great was expensive.

Good hotel but little far from amenities. They requested that if you wanted sheets changed, to leave a card on pillow. Did this every morning but bed got made with same sheets and no sheets were changed throughout our entire stay of 3 nights. Staff friendly and hotel was overall good

Bus Stop to go over to NYC was right down the street, only $3 and change each way, ran late into the night. Staff was very nice, helpful, kind. Brought up extra towels and linens when we needed them, said good morning each morning when I was getting coffee. Great place to stay, highly recommend!

The hotel is average. Not at all what I expected from a Hilton. It is a standard hotel with a big name. The major issue for me was that the decription states "A New Jersey Transit bus stops right outside the hotel, for convenient access to the Times Square area. Hop aboard, and you'll be in the city in about 15 minutes." This is a huge lie. You have […] to walk 2 blocks while dodging traffic (there are no side walks) to get to the nearest bus stop. It took me over an hour to get to Manhatten, not 15 minutes. As for the room; it was clean but the remote didn't work. the replacement remotes didn't work either. No one seemed concern to fix the problem. Also we never received the extra towels we requested multiple times. Lastly, the hot tub never got hot. The front desk staff was the best thing about the place they truly tried to help, but even one of them said (in regards to the bus stop) "Tell the guy in the tie. We have asked him to remove it, but he says taking it off will be bad for business." Sad that the staff cares more than management. Would I stay here again? Only if everywhere else was booked. They have horribly uncomfortable beds and when I called the front desk they told me that was all they had and that there is a lever on the side to make it softer or harder....I did not sleep the whole time I was there but did not have the time to relocate myself! We were going to NYC for the night and didn't want to pay the high prices for the city hotels. We got a great deal at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. The location was great, it was a 15 minute bus ride (except rush hour is about an hour) and it only costs $6.40 roundtrip. I work in a hotel so I have high standards when I stay places and this place did not disappoint. The room was clean, it had all the amenities we needed and the staff we did come in contact with were friendly. The hardest part is the directons they give you for riding the bus.
