Although listed as a 4 star hotel this is really a 2 star- maybe Best Western have a different rating system. A bit tired and in need of a refit, though they were just starting work on the dining room so maybe things will improve. our room was large, and had good, albeit noisy air conditioning. I booked this room because I was disembarking a cruise ship in the morning and my flight was not until that evening. This hotel was a safe location to store my luggage while I enjoyed a day in Rio. When I booked the hotel, I requested an early check-in because the website showed a check-in time of 2pm. I also called the hotel and was told they were […] booked to capacity and it would be unlikely they could accomodate the request. To my pleasant surprise, I arrived at 10am and they said my room was already available. STAFF The personel at the front desk spoke great english and were very helpful and friendly. They warned us that streets in Rio are not particularly safe and that we should keep our cameras out of plain sight as we walked around. However, we ignored this recommendation because it seemed safe and we didn't want to miss a picture. Everything was fine. The hotel has free internet and you get a code at the front desk. The internet worked well both in the lobby and in the room. It was quite fast and better than expected. ROOM The room was very simple and had 3 beds. The sheets were clean and everything was in good repair. The floors were not particularly clean, but I have no major complaints. The beds were very firm and maybe not the most comfortable, but I didn't sleep there so again no complaints. The bathroom was large and had a large shower, but no bathtub. The towels are old, thin, and a bit scratchy. They only provide a dispenser of hair/body wash. There is no bar soap, shampoo, or conditioner. You might want to bring your own shower products if you stay here. Electrical outlets in Rio are European style 220v, so bring an adapter if you plan to plug anything in. There was only one outlet in the bedroom area, inconveniently located behind the beds. Overall, the room had an odd floor plan (long and narrow), but was larger than I expected. Very neat place, good safe location, somewhat slow but very thorough stuff, friendly and capable. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel between Christmas and the day after New Year's Day. It is in a great spot that if you are going to attend Reveillon on Copacabana Beach on NYE because it isn't in the thick of things, but it's walking distance from all of the fun. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but a comfortable walk. I would not stay there again because i would rather be a bit closer, but if i would not mind recommending it to friends. We felt very comfortable and safe. The continental breakfast was beyond my expectations. Apesar da boa localizacao, o servico em geral do hotel deixa bastante a desejar! Os travesseiros sao velhos e muito ruins. O ar condicionado do quarto e antigo, barulhento e nao refrigera o ambiente direito. O servico de quarto tb e bastante falho....A camareira retira as toalhas usadas e simplesmente nao repoe outras limpas...voce fica literalmente […] sem toalhas. O destaque maior fica pela localização do hotel que é bastante conveniente! No entanto, o serviço do hotel em geral é bastante regular. Os travesseiros são péssimos, de má qualidade! O ar condicionado é antigo, barulhento e não gela direito. O café da manhã há dias em que está bom, há dias em que está muito ruim. O serviço da camareira tb deixa a desejar. […] Por duas vezes esqueceram de repor as toalhas do banheiro, nos deixando sem ter com o que nos enxugar. Os quartos da frente são um pouco barulhentos, recomendo escolher os quartos dos fundos. Bom custo benefício, bons quartos e bom café. Adoro a disponibilidade de wifi gratis. Bom serviço de atendimento

Achei que encontraria acomodações e serviço de um 4 estrelas, pelo que estava pagando.Pura ilusão. Serviço de quarto negligente (uma pizza demorou mais de uma hora, e isso porque reclamei após 40 minutos), nada de vinho depois das 11 da noite (as garrafas ficam guardadas no restaurante, que fecha a essa hora). コパカバーナビーチから徒歩数分でメジャーな観光スポット（コルコバドールの丘など）にも近く、市内へ行くバスの本数も多い。 ホテルの部屋の質は普通だったが、清潔だった。お湯もちゃんとでて、シャワーの水の出はとても良かった！ ホテルの人のサービスも悪くなかった。

GOSTEI DA LOCALIZAÇÃO, DO CONFORTO DAS CAMAS, DO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ E DO SINAL DO WIFI, PORÉM ACHEI QUE O HOTEL ESTÁ PRECISANDO DE UMA REPAGINADA. TÁ COMEÇANDO A FICAR DECADENTE. A TV É ANTIGA E A LIMPEZA DEIXA A DESEJAR.

O hotel está a poucos minutos da praia de Copacabana, e próximo de restaurantes, farmácias, aluguel de carros e outros comércios convenientes. O café da manhã é excelente, mas o serviço do restaurante do hotel durante o almoço deixou bastante a desejar. para quem busca o hotel como um ponto de apoio, ele é excelente pela localização, tendo em vista a proximidade do aeroporto, centro, shopping e dentro da zona sul.

Excelente opção, pessoal atencioso, excelente quarto, recomendo.

Das Hotel liegt nahe beim Strand. Die Sehenwürdigekiten Rio sind sehr gut mit Bus von dort zu erreichen. Shoppingcenter zu Fuß zu erreichen.Vile Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Freundliches gut informiertes Personal.

QDO CHEGUEI OBSERVEI QUE UM DOS CRIADOS MUDOS DO MEU APT TINHA SIDO RETIRADO. RECLAMEI VARIAS VEZES E NAO FUI ATENDIDO NEM ME DERAM NENHUMA SATISFACAO. NAO TEM SENTIDO UM HOTEL DAQUELE NIVEL NAO TER DOIS CRIADOS MUDOS NO APTO, AINDA MAIS QUANDO AS DUAS PESSOAS GOSTAM DE LER. TINHA QUE DEIXAR MEU LIVRO E OUTRAS COISAS NO CHAO.

Hotel com bom atendimento, limpo, otimo chuveiro, otimo café da manhã, otimo travesseiro! Não tenho do que reclamar!! Recomendo!

Excelente hotel. A única coisa que não gostei é que não fui previamente informando acerca do check out e da intolerência neste sentido. Saí do hotel às 16:00h e tive de pagar meia diária.

Estadia de 3 dias foi muito bom, com o cafe da manha excellente com grande variedades de comida, fruitas e sucos. Recomendo este Hotel a todos que vao ao Rio, perto de tudo e das praias de Copacabana, Ipanema, Arpoador,Botafogo,Flamengo e tambem Praia Vermelha que localizada ao lado do Pao de Acucar. É um hotel simples, mas que atende muitíssimo bem a quem procura bom atendimento, cortesia, conforto, instalações limpas e completas, boa cozinha, sem fazer questão de muito luxo o que só seria possível em hoteis muito mais caros. Fiquei muito satisfeito, com tudo e especialmente com a elogiável delicadeza e conveniencia de terem permitido que eu fizesse […] o check-in muito antes do usual assim como o check ou as três da tarde sem nenhuma taxa adicional, porque tive a sorte de eles não estarem precisando do quarto, fiquei realmente muito satisfeito com isso. Deixa a desejar quanto a serviços e atendimento quando se trata de hotel 4 estrelas. Hoteis de 4 ou até 3 estrelas de outras redes são melhores. O ponto positivo é a localização mas não vale o valor em relação a hoteis próximos em outras quadras.

Preço adequado ao serviço. Muito melhor que a rede concorrente. Mantém o padrão que a rede tem nos EUA. Satisfaz para o fim que se destina.
