Was booked for a 3-day stay at this hotel; but, the hotel only input 2 days into their reservation system. Took 30+ minutes to locate my possessions (still in room) and straighten out THEIR problem.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and very nice. Our room was clean and even had cute bedding! Couldn't hear the highway traffic, and we were a few blocks away from delicious restaurants off of Belt Line.

Next to Interstate, but quiet due to layout. Comfortable bed, HDTV and a recliner. No luxury hotel but a solid deal. Breakfast is mainly cereal, bagels and waffles - no protien but okay. One of the few places where the desk chair is actually tall enough to work on your laptop.

its ok, nothing fance. if your staying in north dallas I would stay there again

This hotel was fine. The beds were comfy and it met our needs for a one night stay. This motel is a very old but is in well kept condition. The best thing about the room was the awesome water pressure in the shower. There is nothing very close to this motel as far as food or shopping, and that was a bummer. Slow internet connection. Bathroom not great. Other guests were rather rough and stood outside of rough drinking beer and talking loudly. Room was nice enough and for the most part quiet. Not my first choice next time I am in the area but I would stay there again.

nobody spoke clear english the pool was dirty and had bugs floating in the water. the front desk clerks was very nasty and had a real attitude. they skip cleaning my room and lied and said that i had a do not disturb sign on the door. all in all it was horrible at the sleeze inn the fridge or microwave didn't work.

The Staff made all the difference in the world, they all were very helpful from the lady who helped me find Dealy Plaza to Brannon who helped me with everything else. I hope to see you all real soon! Dr. C...

We chose this hotel because it was close to where we needed to be early the next morning. We've stayed at many LaQuintas before and although this is an older location, we were pleasantly surprised by the condition. It was clean and comfortable...just what we needed and for a good price. Nice for the price, but it needed a few updates. The carpet was old and a little smelly. Also the bathroom fan was very loud and annoying. Other than that it was good.

Arrived very hot and tired. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Pool very clean and much needed. Recommend highly, and will stay again if need arises.

Clean hotel, and the room was very good. Needed a document printed, and was told one thing one night, and repudiated the next morning when she said "he has been working here very long." That instance ticked me off, and colored my feelings about LaQuinta.

Choose this hotel because it is pet friendly - no fees, no weight restrictions - and because it was close to where I was having a job interview. Front customer service lady was excellent when we arrived, got a refrigerator and microwave at no cost plus a late check out. Room was clean but toilet didn't flush properly. There are no chain known restaurants […] around the hotel, there is a chase bank behind it and bunch of offices. We went to a chillis which was like 7 miles away. The next day, the service was not so good, gentleman in charge of the breakfast did not supply plates or food fast enough. Breakfast was good, I would only recommend to provide cream cheese for the bagels and some jam for the bread? They only provided butter. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel recently. It's close to Sam Moon Trading Co and (a few miles away from) Grapevine Mills Mall, where we had plans to go shopping. The hotel room was very clean, with a nice flatscreen TV, pillow-top beds, blackout curtains, and the a/c was already on when we got to the room. Nice, friendly, clean, good breakfast. I liked my stay here - not such easy to find but it´s worth to search for. Highly recommended!

The 2 queen beds were actually fulls. The room was on the small side, but for half of what I pay most 2-3 star hotels a night I'm not complaining. The pool was clean. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, some pastries, yogurt and fruit. My kids and I went to Dallas for a couple of days and this hotel was conveniently located. It was a great room for the price. Other commented about the neighborhood in the reviews I read prior to staying there, but I never felt unsafe or that it was in a bad location. the front desk staff was terrific. They made every effort to resolve a mistake made by the booking company.

The only complaint I had was that Fox News was on in the lobby. Beyond that, it was great for our needs and at a good price.

This hotel was just what we needed. The doors are all on the outside and you would think it would be loud because it is right next to the freeway, but it wasn't! We went over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was pretty close to everywhere we went, Grapevine, Arlington, Grand Prairie, downtown Dallas, very nice that it was off a main highway, made planning to and from locations very easy. The staff was very helpful and courteous, never with an attitude, seemed genuinely happy to help. The breakfast was good, kiddos […] loved the "Texas" waffles, big hit. Room was a good size to crash for the night, we pretty much left early and came back late so the size of the room is not of great importance to us, but it did have two queen size beds that accommodated our family of four nicely. The only bad thing I would say is in the second story area above the lobby area there is a bit of a musky smell, but I think it has to do with age, since the area itself was quite clean. All the pros far outweigh that little con, so I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to lay their head after a long day, and I would go back should I go to Dallas again in the future. :) Đọc thêm

This hotel is for those looking for budget accommodations in NW Dallas. It allows pets with no deposit and very little hassle. It is extremely convenient ; being a short drive from the Galleria or Downtown areas. The cleanliness and comfort...well, it's a La Quinta, it was clean, but no frills. Not the safest area at night. Hotel needs some upgrading. Breakfast lacking very few items to choose from.

Good price for the location. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Room was spacious and clean. Fast internet access.

Wish they had more towels, then just 3.

Access is very tricky. Surrounding neighborhood is not a nice area.

The price was great and the room was comfortable. I did not have an complaints. The room was clean and the location was easy to find.

I choose this hotel for it's modest price and apparently unfussy but presentableness (is that a word). The Continental breakfast was a little sad (all carbs) but the room was clean, the front desk staff friendly and there was geniunely free WiFi for my laptop. I found the experience with this hotel more than satisfactory. Chris
