the hotel ppl was very nice, but the noise would wake u up all hours of night. and people rough housing in pool hurt our granddaughter. they messed up our room at first so we had to wait to get the room we ordered.

I was in town for a wedding from about 4 hours away. I just stayed one night. The room I reserved was a king suite. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was efficient and personable. I am in this area several times a year on business. I was a little disappointed that the room only was one room when it was called a suite. But it was nice to have the kitchen facilities handy. Overall clean and friendly staff.

Best hotel experience ever. It was just amazing. Didn't want for anything!!! I have zero complaints for this location and would recommend it to anyone. Next time I think I'd like to stay a little longer :)

Wonderful staff, the hotel was very nice and well kept. The room had a few spots that could have used some minor maintenence such as a chipped tub and some grout that needed repair, but nothing really bad. We were here for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to do was a 15- 20 minute drive. The room was very clean and we enjoyed having the kitchenette in the room. I would recommend this room to anyone business or family travelers

Ideal for long stays. Mini Kitchen has full size fridge, rangetop, microwave and yes a dishwasher. They even supply all the utensils you might need for cooking and serving. The only drawback is they only offer King size bed suites. The rooms have a sleeper sofa for additional guests so if you're a family of more than three/four tops this may not be […] the place for you. We liked just about everything about this hotel--location, size and comfort of our room, cleanliness of our room and free wireless. The only problem (and it was on Monday and Tuesday, not Sunday) was that the breakfast room attendant spent more time on the phone than on replenishing empty juice and coffee dispensers and clearing and wiping off tables. […] Her lackadaisical attitude brought down the service rating of the hotel. Location, Location, Location. Not a great neighborhood. Very difficult to get to because of construction which they did not mention when booking. The construction work, complete with jack hammer, started outside the hotel at 7:00am. Terrible experience.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Although the construction made it hard to find the enterance, it was well worth the money.

This was the first getaway for me and my boyfriend. We had an excellent relaxing stay. Only thing was the head housekeeper was a bit rude and came to clean our room @ 8 in the morning.Totally ignoring the DND sign. The staff is extremely friendly. There breakfast buffet is nicely prepared and they offered free dinner three nights a week.

We were very pleased with out stay. There was a great selection for breakfast. We always had friendly people answering our questions and providing extra towels and linens as needed.
