La Quinta Inn and Suites Great Falls - Great Falls

We stayed here after a late flight in to Great Falls before heading north the next day. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast was just what we needed to start the day.

Very good and we enjoyed the upstairs lounge over looking the main lobby. As well the two queen beds were very good.JFM

Pool is very warm - great for kids. TV has over 100 stations and 30 HD stations. Great for kids and sports. Breakfast was good and had lots of variety. This is a nice hotel by the Missouri river, a little off the beaten path. There is an excellent restaurant next door. It is definitely a newer and nicer La Quinta Inn and Suites than the norm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful spot, the MacKenzie River pizza co. Restaurant beside is amazing! Make sure to try their "Moose drool" beer or their "Cowboy coffee" beer. As for the hotel, it is very nice, staff were amazing and very helpful. I definitely recommend and will stay again next time we are in Great Falls, Montana.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and can't ever complain. We would like if the continental breakfast was open a bit longer as we are late risers and never make it in time :) The rooms are always clean and comfortable!

This is the best hotel in Great Falls hands down rooms and staff are wonderful. The location is great right on the river. Mackenzie River Company restaurant right next door is GREAT!!!! Shopping is close is every direction.

I stayed here before and found it to be very good overall, however this time I was very disappointed as we were there for two days, on the second day after returning from our day, we found that the room had not been cleaned. It was late so we never got anybody out to clean it so we stayed in a dirty room, this totally defeats the purpose of staying […] in a hotel! Also when we went down to the pool area, we thought we would enjoy the suana, to our demise the smell was just horrible, so needless to say we will not be returning to this particular la Quinta! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Both my driver to and from the Airport and the lady attending to breakfast each morning was delightful. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly Have stay there for the past 4 yrs and will go back in the future.

I've stayed at a few different hotels in Great Falls having to travel from Calgary once a month and my experience at La Quinta has been the best. The beds were amazingly comfortable and I was absolutely impressed with the "contential" breakfast. This hotel has the BEST safety attention I have ever seen. The elevators are behind doors that automatically secure during emergencies. The "exit" signs are posted on the ceiling AND near the floor, so if it became necessary to crawl to an exit, they would be easy to locate. Also, the laundry facilities (two washers and two dryers) were in a room decorated and themed and also had plenty of space to sort and fold clothes. Lovely and quiet right next to the river and within walking distance to two restaurants. The only thing i can think of is there was no bedside lights on the outer side of the beds.

the hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The competery breakfast was also good. The only draw back was the dogs barking early in the morning.

The fellow at the front desk helped us so much with a map by marking all the shopping centres and locations were that we needed.. your breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding and the gals working there are awesome, so friendly and helpful....we will definitely stay again.

Very clean, relatively new building beautifully situated close to the banks of the mighty Missouri River. The hotel has lovely grounds adjoining the river walkway and bicycle path. We were impressed by the gorgeous flowers all around the ouside of the building. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice, good value for the rate. However upon arrrival found out that our room had been smoked in. The front desk was very helpful in finding us another option, which turned out okay. Awesome scenery !!

The staff was super friendly. The rooms are ok. VERY small bathroom. You can walk the path along the river and walk to Applebee's.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant.

dogs are free, standard 2 queen room quite small, firdge and mocrowave in room, staff very nice, good breakfast, too much air freshener in pool bathroom area very overwhelming

Pretty nice place. No real complaints except room was above pool area. Somewhat noisy until midnight and that was a Monday night. Nice Flatscreen with many channels and HD. Beds were good. Bathroom good with a good fan. I don't understand why most hotel rooms don't have fans. Breakfast was good with Biscuits and Gravy and Waffles. Would stay here again […] just not next to pool area. Overall we had a very nice stay at La Quinta. The only issue was that our room was VERY warm despite having the AC on high all night. We opening a window but the noise outside was a little too much for us. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel overall was fairly quiet, even though there were many dogs and families with small children […] staying at the same time as us. The pool was open 24/7 which would have been convenient but there were quite a few families with small children which we just weren't in the mood to deal with. Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Microwave and fridge in room. Continental breakfast is typical of most places, only goes till 9 AM throughout the week. It's nice that you get a paper slid under your door every morning. Whole hotel is non smoking. Small thing, but I would prefer to have had glass coffee cups and real glasses as opposed […] to paper and plastic. No Tea left in room either, probably could have asked for it. Ask for a room on the river side, it would be a nice view. Our original booking was only for 1 night, wanted to check out the place before we committed to longer. We did book a 2nd night and had to do it through the website as the hotel's rate would have been higher. I just called the toll free #. It was nice to have wireless in the rooms. Most comfortable bed EVER!! The combination of bed & bedding was exceptional. Crisp new bedding on a cloud like mattress. Very friendly staff and complimentary breakfast was great with lots of variety. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker all in-suite and appreciated!

Nice no-frills hotel. Awesome LCD TV with access to all A/V inputs. Comfy bed, good breakfast: lots of options. Were repainting door frames when we were there. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Staying on the road (instead of river) side wasn't a big deal. Sink (drain) in room was dirty.

Overall this is a nice clean, comfortable place to stay but the are others that are the same price that are more convenient to restaurants and stores. I called the hotel prior to booking to ask about a shuttle to the airport and free parking. They said "YES" no problem. Upon arrival we were told that the airport shuttle does not run on Sundays; and […] we could not leave our vehicle there for "free parking" .
