.We had a great stay the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in upon arrival which was 10AM. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. We love the location because it was a 3-5 minute walk to Aventura Mall and Publix grocery shop.

Great hotel for the Aventura Area. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. Modern facilities and very comfortable. You could also walk to Aventura mall which was very convenient.

Strange that there wasn't a closet for hanging clothes. There was a metal hanging rack in the room next to the bed. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk,, she just shrugged. Room was clean.

Friendly staff, great location, spacious room. We had a studio room, fine for two.

The staff not helpful. My booking requested two queenbeds. I was only referred to Expedia. It´s my understanding that I stay in a hotel and receive their service not being referred to my travel agent. Not professional. Also I asked for a late check-out and they were not cooperative. The cleaning personnel knocks at 8 in the morning on the door to […] ask for cleaning. AFter opening they told me I should put the sign to avoid. It's right across the street from Turnberry Isle, a famous golf resort. The view was great location upscale neighborhood. Good stay.

It seems more of a motel than a hotel. It's small and not so clean. The bathrooms are too small.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Room had all necessities in kitchen. Took long time for housekeeping to clean room and hotel abit dated and room was quite musty smelling.

I recently had surgery and stayed here to recover for 2 weeks then fly home. IN EVERY WAY, THE WHOLE STAFF WAS HELPFUL! Anything I needed or wanted they supplied! Definitely, gonna stay here every time I come to Florida from now on!

The receptionist were SO RUDE. And they collected a package for me and kept telling me that it was NOT there. FED-EX called to confront them and they would not answer the phone even though I was standing in front of them. After rude comments flying from 2 of the front desk staff, the manager who's attitude was even worse, blurted out "I have the package". […] I was SHOCKED and very Disappointed in the way I was treated and handled. The next evening I asked for a wake up call and I NEVER received it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. It is already expensive. Đọc thêm

Stayed at Residence Inn for business. Convnt location near meeting. Also walking distance to giant Aventura mall. They have everything!

The hotel is comfortable, has good accommodations, and free wi-fi, parking and breakfast. The location is also very gook, beside the Aventura Mall and 5 minutes by car from 3 nice beaches.

O hotel superou a minha expectativa. O quarto amplo e confortável, limpo, cozinha completa e o atendimento excelente, todos muito atenciososo e simpáticos. O cafe da manha semelhante aos demais hotéis americanos da mesma categoria. Para família e excelente, recomendo.

Estuvimos 7 noches y nos sentimos muy comodos. Todo resulto como lo que habiamos visto en la pagina. Tener el mall Aventura a solo unos pasos, me encanto!!!! Cumplio con todas nuestras expectativas.

Este es un hotel maravilloso si lo que buscan es ir al Mall o trabajar en la zona de aventura y aledaños. Esta limpio, los cuartos son cómodos y los desayunos por las mañanas están incluidos y están bien.

Só tive problemas no café da manhã, pois a quantidade de pessoas no hotel era muito maior do que a quantidade de mesas, não comportava todos. Tivemos que tomar café nas mesas externas, que estavam molhadas e sujas, a sorte é que não estava chovendo, mas estava frio.

Hotel excelente! Área comum muito bem cuidada, corredores muito limpos e perfumados. Os quartos dispõem de cozinha completa (geladeira duplex, fogão, microondas, cafeteira elétrica, pia com triturador de alimentos e lava-louças) e todos os utensílios (talheres, pratos, copos, xícaras e panelas). Toalhas e produtos renovados diariamente. Atendimento […] cordial, funcionários muito educados. Muito próximo do Aventura Mall, Walgreens e supermercado Publix (dá para ir a pé). O único detalhe é não possuir 2 camas double. Como éramos quatro pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças), nossos filhos dormiram no sofá-cama. Se fossem 2 camas dispensaria o trabalho de montar o sofá-cama todas as noites. Isso, no entanto, não compromete a qualidade do Hotel nem nossa satisfação. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, mas dispunha de cereais, ovos mexidos, leite, chá, café, sucos, pães e waffles. No geral, nossa estada foi muito boa e, com certeza, voltaremos! Đọc thêm

O hotel e muito bom,limpo, novo etc. Os 2 únicos detalhes êh que o café da manha, incluído, e muito fraquinho, e o local menor que o nr de pessoas que freqüenta! Outra coisa êh que esquecemos uma carteira, agenda eletrônica e 2 celulares, e logo que percebi , tipo 1 hora pôs check out, entrei contato e não senti que deram tanta importância a minha urgência! […] Imediatamente passei um nr de cartão credito para que fosse enviado para mim o mais breve possível, mas percebi que eu estava dando um trabalho para eles, que não me ajudaram a solucionar e sim estavam prontos a justificar, que como era sábado (28/jan) que só poderia ser enviado na segunda etc... Hotel muito bem localizado, proximo a supermercado, farmacia e shopping. Todos os funcionarios nos atenderam muito bem, principalmente a recepcao, os carregadores e as camareiras. Recomendado!
