Awesome place to be. came in on a cold friday night, had two single beds as a room, asked for a possible upgrade. Was willing to pay extra, but they pushed us to the maximum superior suite for free. Bellboys were polite and very good at making smalltalk

Well kept, clean, and comfort. Free of strangers.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Good location within walking distance from the Hong Kong check point. Only issue is the vibration noise from the disco till late morning causing difficulty to sleep.

We travel to Shenzhen for shopping once a year. The Century Plaza has been a great stay every time. It is only about a block from the Lowu Shopping Mall and about a 15 minute walk to the Dogmen Shopping Area. The rooms have always been clean and the service excellent. Located in the heart of LuoHu - conveniently located for shopping, copy-shopping, night-life, dining, ... The Shenzhen subway and border station to Hong Kong are just around the corner. That's more or less all positive to say about the hotel! Rooms are clean but may be smelly and noisy (enjoy the beats from the hotel's night club). Ask for another room! Employees […] are untrained or incompetent - but friendly. Check-in and check-out is slow. Service in the hotel's restaurant is slow and the food quality is average at best. Just two blocks from the Hong Kong border and surrounded by a vibrant city life, this hotel was clean and the staff was top notch. I have a friend in the city and she said it was the best hotel to stay for the amazing low cost. I won't stay anywhere else.

it is truly a four star hotel and location is excellent near the boader check point to HK

We only stayed one night, but the room was ok. We had some dim sum at the second floor which was rather good. Shops nearby.

l'hotel è certamente molto comodo sia per la stazione ferroviaria sia per il centro.Il peronale dell'hotel è/sarebbe molto disponibile se non fosse per il problema che la maggior parte di essi non parla ( o meglio conosce solo alcune parole principali ) di inglese. Il segnale wi fi che viene offerto solo nella lobby è molto scadente e cade spesso. La […] manutenzione sopratutto delle camere presenta molte lacune. La biancheria del bagno viene sostituita tutti i giorni e anche il letto è puntualmente riordinato. 以下の点において新都酒店は日本からの出張者にとって大変便利だと思います。 ・羅湖イミグレから近い。 ・香港空港⇔ホテル直通の乗り合いタクシーが出ています。(香港→深圳は一度乗り換え) ・深圳市内、東莞への企業訪問に使うチャーター車の手配をしてくれます。 ・徒歩数分圏にウォルマート、複数の日本料理屋さんがあり、もう少し足を延ばせば日式居酒屋が多数入居する旧西武ビルがあります。 ・部屋の清潔度、サービス、セキュリティ、立地等、総合的に見て満足度は高いと思います。 ・

サウナのマッサージもいいですよ。 特に足底マッサージ。日本でいうフットマッサージ。 48RMBと値上がりしましたがまだまだ安いです。 足の疲れがとれますよ。50RMBのチップが必要です。 アジアのいいサウナでは当たり前です。

空調ダクトより下にあるナイトクラブの音楽が夜3時まで響きとてもうるさかったです　2回うるさい旨をクレームしましたがナイトクラブに言うと言っても、やはり同じうるささでした

羅湖駅に近いホテルという事で家族3人と宿泊しました。 本当は香港に宿泊する予定でしたが、この時期は宿泊費が高いため、すぐに香港へ入国できる場所という場所で選びました。 フロントスタッフは英語が堪能な人が多いので、片言の英語でチェックイン/アウトできます。 ちぇっくイン後、部屋に入ったところ、クイーンサイズのベッドが一つだったため、フロントへ相談したところ、快くツイン ベッドの部屋へ変更してくれました。 このホテルにはプールがあり、無料で使用できます。子供はここのプールが気に入り、1日に2回も入りに行きました。 羅湖駅までは、子供連れで歩いて約10分ほど。スーツケースなど重い荷物を持つ人は、有料ですがホテル専用の車で駅まで 送ってくれます。 唯一、不満だったのは妻。このホテル内でマッサージを受 […] けたところ、終了した途端にスタッフからチップを強請られたようです。 それ以外は特別不満は無く、気持ち良く過ごせるホテルでした。ただ、中国/香港での旅行経験が少ない人は繁華街のホテルを お勧めします。 Đọc thêm

酒店位置不錯，可惜房間設備太舊， 花洒力度不夠， 洗手盆與牆壁裂痕更顯得破舊， 吹風機性能令使用者煩操， 希望有改進。

Creo que el Century está algo quedado en su insfraestructura. Mientras que su ubicación puede ser cómoda para algunos, mientras que incómoda para otros. Estar cerca de la frontera con Hong Kong es sin dudas un beneficio para muchos.

The hotel promise to delivery a free water. This "free water" the bring you to the booth room. I toke the water with standing outside of the minibar and payed 45 USD for. When it was cold outside the hotel air conditioning system was on max. Guys don't understand different between cold and warm. One small expresso in the lobby coast 7 usd! I will never […] ever comeback there and NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!
