The hotel is located on the airport property, so the shuttle arived very quickly. I was able to check in early and they were more than helpful with providing an area map and instructions on how to ride the subway, which is only across the park (5 minute walk). I was disgusted that they wanted an additional charge of $9.95 per day for internet use. Seems like gouging when our internet service at home is only 25 bucks for the whole month. It was a shame you charge for parking at the hotel when you have an underground garage that has plenty of room for parking for your guests. This hidden fee will be the reason I will stay elsewhere in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained. The staff was excellent, helping us with any question. We had one issue with a lunch in the restaurant and it was taken care of promptly. The central lobby and restaurant are light and open, giving a very open feeling […] to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding...not your average cereal, toast and juice. My only hesitation is the slight hassle in transportation. In order to get to the subway, you have to take the shuttle to the airport and then the silver line bus to the metro station. It will take about 30 min total and can be a bit annoying. But that little detail (so nice not to have to rent a car) would not prevent me from choosing another hotel next time. This hotel would be my automatic choice and I would look forward to going back. We travel across the US for business so we really have perspective on what makes a great buiness hotel. Clean, friendly, valet only available parking - but car was pulled up in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was busy with tourists, but the selection was extraordinary and there were places to sit where you didn't feel/hear the crowd.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the continental breakfast which was free was great! When we needed an extra bag or shampoo they brought it to us right away. When we went out at night the shuttles conviently took us to the train station. It was a wonderful stay and I would return to this hotel again!

My family had 10 bags. My wife took care of my newborn baby. I know we arrived around 2 AM. But, this hotel is a named hotel. Where was a porter? I delivered all my 10 bags by myself. After the dawn, I did it again when I checked out. It's really terrible.

If you are overnighting at Boston Logan there are better options to be found on the airport property in the same price range. The room itself was a nice size, but pretty bare bones overall. Calling the rooms suites is a stretch. The airport shuttles are efficient and responsive.

Great stay, thank youd with this hotel. We visited Boston to take the kids to museums and Aquarium. It was weekend so we parked on the street, the subway station is a short walk and we felt very safe. The service was A plus and the full breakfast was great. We will stay here again when we visit Boston.

I had to change our stay due to the airport being closed during a winter storm and Embassy Suites allowed the change under their adverse weather policy. Very grateful for that.

The stay was great. The hotel is really close to the airport and is clean. The free shuttle is a nice feature. To get to the subway is a bit of a hassle but the shuttle can take you there or you can walk through lower end neighborhoods to get there in about 7-10 minutes. Aside from that, great stay!!

The internet access works fine and anyone on business can work comfortably in the room.
