Greeat location for a long wknd to shop and see all the sites in Lille whilst being right next to the Eurostar for collecting your bags just before returning home.

A good place as Lille Train Station is just right in front of the hotel. Staff provided very good service including where to shop and how to get from onen point to another.

Fantastic location for metro system and shopping mall,5 minutes to old lile by metro with tubes every couple of minutes.Staff here are very helpful and speak fluent english.
"Convenient and spacious"
Nice modern and spacious hotel conveniently located across from the Eualille train station. Short and pleasant walk to the main shopping district and the old town. Despite being on a busy street (during the weekday), the room was quiet. Only downsides were that the restaurant was a very expensive dining experience (for the type and quality of meal […] served) and there was "residual" waste (no doubt from the previous guest) left and dried on the shower screen Overall pleasant experience and would defintely recommend for short weekend stays to enjoy the sghts and some shopping (as in our case). un seul peignoir a disposition pour deux et troué!!! mur en face du lit avec d'énormes taches suspectes, beignoir douche impossible de passer en mode douche! personnel qui vous fait attendre longtemps dès votre arrivé, poussière sur tout les meubles de la chambre on se damande si il font le ménage! et quand on leur explique ce qui va pas on vous répond […] "je vais le faire partager à l'équipe" donc aucune solution!!! pourtant nous sommes un jeune couple sympa et pas pointilleux c'est pour vous dire! pour un 4 étoiles et vu le prix de la chambre c'est décevant il faudrai retirer au moin deux étoiles le cadre de l'entrée ne fait pas tout! Dans l ensemble , une prestation très convenable, dommage que l accès à l hôtel est assez compliqué ainsi que L hôtel ne dispose pas de parking proprement privé.

impossible d ouvrir les fenetres dans les chambres l air est vicier et la climatisation donne la sensation d etouffer.La literie n'est jamais aspirée correctement par les femmes de ménages (je leur ai pose la question puisque je ne supporte plus les acariens ) Le service au petit dejeuner limite cavalier : personnel trés bruyant !
Hôtel très satisfaisant par contre, il est dommage de devoir payer des taxes d'hotel supplémentaire.... petite mauvaise surprise

A big disappointment for a four star hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working and it took four trys and insistence on a cooler room before being moved. The lotion in the bathroom was half full. The carpets are disgusting and lastly, our breakfast order was completely wrong.

Entre 2 TGV, Eurostar ou Thalys, rien de plus agréable que de passer une nuit dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel se trouvant à 20m de l'entrée de la gare de Lille Europe. Le style très moderne et sain rend le séjour agréable et plaisant. Personnel aimable. Je recommande vivement !
"Bel hôtel"
L'accueil reste néanmoins à revoir : 15 minutes pour un check in, de longues sonneries avant une réponse pour commander au room-service. Au delà de ça la chambre était impeccable.

Une chambre double, tres agréable, tres propre, une belle vue grace à la baie vitrée. Une mention toute particuliere au lit dans lequel nous dormions particulierement comfortable ! A 2 pas de la gare, franchement rien a dire !
