Definitively the best hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. Excellent service, great breakfast. Clase to underground and most important sites of the city. Highly recommended.

The Berlin Marriott is a modern, well kept property that is consistent with Marriott standards. It is located within a1-minute walk to the Tiergarten, 10- minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate, 15-minutes walk to the Reichstag, 5 minutes to the Memorial to Murdered Jews of Europe (the official name), 5-minute walk to the Sony Center, and 15 -minute walk […] to the Topography of Terror Museum. There are many restaurants in the area. If you wish to take the subway U-Bahn or S-Bahn then you have to walk 8 minutes. The rooms have large floor to celling windows for plenty of natural lighting. The Berlin Marriott is a much better value than its sister property, the Ritz-Carlton which is just across the street. Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Christmas markets on the doorstep and close to the S and U Bahn. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and the breakfast was amazing and i loved the fact it lasted until 3 on the weekend perfect for a lie in :-)

I booked 4 rooms , 3 people in each , as per expedia website I booked each room with 2 double beds and I paid for it. But at the hotel they did not have those room so they gave us a smaller double room and put an extra bed(uncomfortable) in the room, which is not what i paid for. the hotel is in a great location for the Brandenberg gate. and checkpoint charlie..The hotels a very plush place and great room with a view over Berlin, though the misty weather cursed us all weekend. spoiling the view, theirs chunks of the wall dotted all around locally, serving a reminder of the past.

Good business/leisure hotel with an excellent location. As a 'business' hotel it needs to offer free internet as EUR 20 per day is very expensive. The coffee shop across the road offers free internet. Breakfast also expensive.

This was a great location for central sightseeing. We walked to most places of interest, but the hotel was situated between 2 S-Bahn stations, giving easy access to areas further afield. The room was good, but having upgraded on arrival to one with king sized bed, plus a portable bed added for our teenager, space was quite tight. The room was clean and the double/triple glazing (which was a "must"), was efficient. The hotel itself was clean and modern and the staff helpful. Great hotel and a very friendly staff. The only downside is that wireless internet isn't free in all rooms. For such a nice hotel wireless gotta be free. Everything else is perfect.

Poor allocation of room on arrival, room smelt of smoke and my requests on booking had been ignored. The hotel and bar areas lovely. No tea and coffee facitities in room.

Overall was good stay, nice room, good food, friendly staff. Navi a bit older, so could not find hotel easily, had to call twice to get from potsdamerplatz to hotel

On the positive side the location of this hotel is ideal for to start seeing the sights of berlin and is only a minute away from the u bahn and s bahn and your 3 mins walk to the brandenburg gate and you have the tiergarten next the hotel, the breakfast buffet is the best i ve had in all my travels and breakfast is served till 3 pm on weekends . The […] down side of the hotel was that we found the bed clothes soiled when we pulled backed the covers, we got no slippers or sewing kit , the toilet paper was not of any quality and the toiletries was one of each shampoo shower gel and body lotion for two people to share. you had to move towards the TV for the remote to work there was also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room The checkout time is 12 and we removed all our bags from room at 11.30 and went to breakfast but didn't return key's till 12.45 after breakfast the receptionist wanted to charge 20 euro for the extra hour that we had not handed back our key's but after 5 mins of explain g were we where for the hour she left us off the extra charge. In all this is a lovely hotel and great location but the sheet issue and the lack of promisied extras in the room and the receptionist left this hotel down Đọc thêm

They charge me for 3 days of Internet use for a total of 60 Euros when I only used the Internet 1 day. They acknowledged that I have only used 1 day of Internet service but tried to tell me that the price was already included in the daily rate and could not back it out. We spent a nice weekend in Berlin. The best thing in Marriott was excellent service and excellent breakfast. What makes our stars to stay in 4 is the low pressure of shower and some problems in the cleanliness of our room (dirty spot in the curtains and readily dirty carpet towel in the bathroom).
