Ideal location near ski lifts and supermarket. Although a bit worn, condition of all equipment was good, our stay was comfortable.

Stayed here at Christmas with Thomson. Just a weekend break this time. Rooms and facilities are a bit dated but great location. Wanted a room to get showered in for a late flight home. Only option was €50 for late check-out. Staff could have been more helpful.

Main complaint would be lack of cooking utensils. Apart from that I think it needs a bit of tender love and care, i.e. decoration, shower heads not working properly. Little things but things that get you down....!!

Great 2 bedroom apartment - overlooking the slopes (so close we could hear the ski lift entry beep). Very spacious apartment - with ensuite's and enough kitchen gear for us to cook for 4 hungry adults. Lockers down below via the lift then walk out onto the slopes. Olds furnitures , kitchen not well cleaned and not good room isulation (both noise and weather) Gym with many rusty and broken equipments , swim pool with no much for kids surrounding fast food and take away of poor quality to be avoided on evening, restaurant and Pizzerie are Ok Hotel very near to the sky plants .

We booked as the service included a Health facility (Sauna spa and Pool) included, nowhere was there reference to a charge. Of course there is a charge and also a charge for towels as one cannot take room towels to the facility. The Hotel had closed for the season (ski) and we were put in an Apartment which is what we booked but there was no Internet […] available no matter what charge, we were advised we had been upgraded but could not be shown the room we should have had to match our booking (we felt the room we had did match the booking). Superb location for ski people, weather can be colder but unbeatable for access to slopes. Apartments dated and several things not functioning properly but for the price one cannot complain apart from a charge insisted for the Health suite despite no mention on the website of this charge (others ..parking, internet access were mentioned as charges, Internet as mentioned was not available as the Hotel had closed for the main facilities. 2nd week April. Very convenient location, close to ski school, so perfect in that way for young children learning to ski. Apartment was spacious enough but furnishings were tired and we needed a European adaptor to use the equipment in the kitchen!

Great location, steps from slopes. Car park right under the apartment. Butcher in block does great takeout roasts. Pub la cage aux folles is best for the 5 o'clock drinks, with complimentary bruschetta, olives, etc. Not much else in area though. Despite some dodgy reviews we found the apartments fine.If you were a family looking for a quiet stay you would probably find them ok. the only issue we had was people walking the corridors early in the morning wearing ski boots. the sound travels like you would not believe!

Tourist class apartment hotel, much noise in- and outdoor. Max 3 star cafeteria restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff in reception and restaurant very slow and with very little knowledge. Price per room far to high. But good location in the valley next to skilifts.

Tha appartment in the Monte Rosa building was very spacious and comfortable. Unlike in most French appartments we have stayed in, bedding and towels are included in the price and beds are made up for arrival. The one disappointment was the kitchen facilities. There was only a two ring hob and the kitchen in general was poorly equipped- lack of cups, […] bowls and no dishwasher! There was no inventory charge or final cleaning charge (despite the information saying there was) - so a bonus there. La struttura non è nuovissima, ma pulita. La posizione è perfetta, sulle piste da sci ed è dotata di bar, ristorante e negozi nelle vicinanze. Il paese è a 5 minuti a piedi. L'unica nota negativa è la piscina non compresa nel prezzo, ma a 9 euro a testa.

レジデンスにスキーで6泊したが、レジデンスそのものは非常に快適であった。スキーバスの古い時刻表を提示されたのにはまいったが、その他レジデンスからもらった情報は簡素的確であった。事前に間取りなどの情報が入ると更に良い。ホテルズドットコムの事前の対応があまりよくない、旅行者心理を理解していない。直接ホテルとやり取りしたほうが正確だ。

Vi bodde i en liten lägenhet som dock räckte bra till oss två. Läget var helt ok med nära till liftar och skiduthyrning. Duschen var usel med bara minmalt med varmvatten. Badkaret var täckt av vit kalkhinna. Bra som halkskydd men knappast fräscht. Wifi fanns att köpa och fungerade då endast i recpetionen. Och dessutom till hög kostnad, 2013 borde inte […] detta kosta extra överhuvudtaget! Even though perfect for doorstep skiing, Planibel remains a place I will only recommend to families that are 100% into skiing. My wife who also appreciates a day off the slopes, was not really tempted to, due to the rather soulless sourroundings inside the Planibel. The hotel itself might be nice, but the apartment complex was, at its best, uninteresting. […] The swimming pools were ok, but dressing rooms were worn out and the price of using the pool, did not match the quality. La stanza nel residence è confortevole, con soggiorno, cucinino, divano letto, camera da letto, disimpegno, grandissimo balcone e doppi servizi completi. La dotazione in cucina è migliorabile nella stoviglieria; niente lavastoviglie ma microonde piastre elettriche e bollitore. La pulizia è buona; la mobilia ha una patina di "usato" che non compromette […] però la fruibilità. Problemi sul versante insonorizzazione e tranquillità della locazione. Il residence è per tutti coloro che non hanno pretese e che vogliono stare al centro di la Thuile in una posizione strategica sia per le piste che per il centro. Monolocale pulito e ampio; noi eravamo in due (una coppia), ma il monolocale è perfetto anche per coppia con bambino.

Al di la' della posizione,assolutamente comodissima per sciare e dei servizi molto vicini,come supermercato e negozi,ho trovato la camera molto squallida,poco pulita e poco attrezzata. Armadio piccolo,nessun cassetto... Il bagno e' in ordine perche,' credo, di ristrutturazione recente. Si potrebbe migliorare!!!

ho soggiornato nel residence con mio figlio. siamo arrivati la sera e l'accoglienza è stata buona. arrivati nell'appartamentino abbiamo subito notato due lampade non funzionanti. il mattino dopo ho tentato di preparare la colazione ma il fornello elettrico non funzionava. ho dovuto usare il micro onde e meno male che avevo un adattatore per la presa […] perchè altrimenti sia il forno che il bollitore sarebbero stati inutilizzabili. fatto presente in reception sia le lampadine che il fornello sono stati sistemati (impossibile comunque da utilizzare per la pasta perchè non in grado di far bollire l'acqua). dopo ci siamo accorti che anche la tv aveva qualche problema ... in pratica il cavo non arrivava alla presa dell'antenna, tra l'altro si trattava di un vecchio apparecchio e nel dubbio che non prendesse canali (e a dire il vero non particolarmente interessati) abbiamo lasciato perdere e non abbiamo segnalato la cosa. qualche problema nel trovare il deposito sci perchè il residence si avvale di quello del noleggio e non di quello dell'hote e siamo andati avanti indietro prima di capire chi aveva le chiavi e dove si trovava. molto buona la posizione attaccata agli impianti. comoda la presenza di bar , ristorante (mangiato bene) e supermercato. tutto sommato il soggiorno è andato bene ma non si tratta sicuramente di un 4 stelle. la résidence au pied des pistes est très bien placée. le studio étais très propre et bien équipé, si ce n'est le manque d'un four et d'une cafetière. par contre zéro pointé pour le spa mal équipé et vétuste. le restaurant de l'hotel "la raclette " ne sert des raclettes que sur réservation de la veille ce qui est un peu dommage. les commerçants sur la […] résidence sont sympas et font du séjour une réussite dans son ensemble.
