Đặc điểm của khách sạn.
Bolton Hotel có hồ bơi trong nhà, bồn tắm thủy lực và phòng xông hơi. Có truy cập Internet tốc độ cao có dây và không dây miễn phí ở các khu vực công cộng và điểm truy cập Internet nằm ngay tại khách sạn. Các tiện nghi hạng thương gia tại khách sạn 5 sao này bao gồm 1 trung tâm dịch vụ văn phòng, phòng hội nghị/phòng họp và dịch vụ xe đưa đón trong khu vực trung tâm. Tùy chọn ăn tại khách sạn sang trọng này bao gồm nhà hàng, cửa hàng cà phê và quầy bar/sảnh chờ. Nhân viên có thể thu xếp tư vấn du lịch/vé, dịch vụ cưới và phục vụ đồ ăn cho sự kiện. 142 phòng nghỉ tại Bolton Hotel bao gồm minibar và báo miễn phí. Giường có nệm có lớp đệm bông và bộ đồ giường cao cấp. Có sẵn danh sách gối. Khách có thể sử dụng dịch vụ truy cập Internet không dây tốc độ cao miễn phí ngay trong phòng. Absolutely perfect hotel with beautiful views and great amenities. One thing I thought that could be improved was can openers in hotel kitchens as apart from that they are fully equipped. II didn't want to leave and will definitely stay here again!

"The Bolton Hotel Wellington"
We booked this hotel due to the 5 star rating. The standard did not equate to any other 5 star we have stayed at. There were extensive renovations going on at the hotel that we should have been informed about. The central stairway and first floor leading into the very small breakfast area were sealed off and workmen were carrying out work for the duration […] of our stay. Our room was nicely appointed, fairly small for a suite, and clean, but equivalent to a 4 star hotel. A major complaint is that the shelf in the bathroom around the sink was the only shelf space and was so small that none of our toiletries could be placed anywhere in the bathroom, other than on the floor. The breakfast was very sub-standard. We both had extremely poor quality egg benedicts, which had a very fatty thick piece of ham in the middle. I ordered coffee, and was offered one luke warm weak cup, that tasted like 1950s coffee in Ireland before we knew how to make real coffee. The service was perfunctory and we were not offered toast, a refill of my coffee or asked if we wanted anything else- we heard other diners complain about their food, not an adequate standard of service for a 5 star. The saving grace was the location which is downtown Wellington, but this was not even close to the 5 star experience we were expecting. Đọc thêm

The hotel is undergoing significant refurbishment. This affects the restaurant and reception. As a result, breakfast is confined to a small dark room. We thought also that breakfast was expensive for what was available. Our comments should be read in the context that this hotel has a recent award for being the "Best Hotel in New Zealand". The room […] was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and attractively presented, however the furniture, though in good condition, was not top quality. We were unimpressed with the bathroom which was clean and adequate but not exceptional. Ours was, I believe, a junior suite and so had a living room and separate bedroom. Both rooms are adequate but not large. Overall I felt that the room was similar to those in the better standard of motel in New Zealand. The rate that we were given reflected the "work-in-progress" situation. We had stayed in a motel in Blenheim a few weeks ago where the room was equal in quality. In November we stayed at the Watkins Glen Harbour Hotel in New York state, also in a junior suite. The room rate, that we paid, was similar to the Bolton but the room and furnishings were far superior at the Watkins Glen. I realize that this is a somewhat "apples & oranges" comparison. i.e. capital city/rural. The staff were competent and businesslike and as good as you get in New Zealand. Wi-Fi Internet service is free, which is excellent: it should these days come with water and electricity as an automatic provision for the room but many hotels still make a (sometimes exorbitant) charge. Access requires that one obtains an individual password that is generated by reception. It would be helpful if this were to be mentioned in the room information. Đọc thêm

I recently met up with friends from Melbourne, in Wellington, and stayed in a 2 bdrm suite at the Bolton. It exceeded our expectations and we could not fault this wonderful establishment. We also chose to have their excellent car valet service. Highly recommended.
"pseudo 5-star too far city centre"
the staff were great and amenities were decent, however i wouldn't consider the furnishings/bed/finishes at 5-star; more like 4-star. it is located conveniently near the beehive and some northern office buildings, however at least a 20 minute brisk walk from the retail/restaurant district. very few restaurant/bar options nearby that do not exclusively […] serve the 9-5 business crowd. i would consider it again if i saw it at a very reasonable discount, but for the same price would look forward to trying the amora that has been recently refurbished. "Wellington Hotel offered wonderful accomodations"
The Bolton is a boutique hotel located near the parliment and other government buildings. Our room was actually a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen. The hotel is extremely well run and very clean. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly. I thought the Bolton was a very good value for the type of room we received. If you want […] to be in the heart of the dining/shopping, this may not be a good choice as the hotel is a little walk away from the action of downtown. We can't recommend the Bolton more highly - we made full use of all the excellent Hotel services but the complete kitchen in the Suite (including a washer/drier!) put the accommodation in a class of its own.
