Very close to I-80 eastbound (like 200 feet). Plenty of parking. Good outdoor lighting. Friendly staff. A few long-term residents on the first floor, but they were all friendly. Room was okay. King bed, nice bathroom, two TV's (?), two lamps had NO bulbs, air-conditioner was poorly operational-wise. Nice blackout curtains. No security problems at all. […] Breakfast was waffles, toast, English muffins, oatmeal, dry cereal, fruit, milk, tea, coffee, apple and orange juice. Nice, clean dining room with big tv. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE We booked a room for 2 nights. As soon as I walked into the lobby I knew there was something not right with this place. The place reeked of stale cigarette smoke and some other smell just as offensive. The girl at the front desk was helping what I later learned was one of their “long term” residence. This guy was so stoned […] I don’t know how he could stand. The room was small and smelly. The sink in the bathroom was plugged up and the towels were ripped and frayed. The carpet was pulled up in places and the lid for the toilet was gone. They replaced it with a piece of fiber board. The rooms look uninviting, bare walls. The bed was too hard and screechy. The breakfast is until 9 and they won't let you in at 8:55. But location is good and the price isn't expensive.

The management was not great, even though we told them about the broken bed(broken spring and hole)there was no action. It was embarrassing that they do business but there was a problem on their facility. First time we saw a hotel it was like that.

The first problem we encountered, is that the hotel is set back in from the street and very difficult to locate. Upon checking in and going to our room, it was like a meat locker, very cold. Turned on the heat, but only got cold air for some time. When the heat did finally arrive, the thermostat did not work on the heater, so you had to turn off the […] heater completely, once the icicles melted. When you sat on the bed you settled about two feet into the mattress. Needs to be replaced. They offered breakfast in the lobby from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Sleep in, you will be better off. It was not at all what I expected. I chose this particular hotel because I needed a place in that area and it was the only one with a hot tub. But it didn't matter because the hot tub was not working and the hotel staff didn't know why nor did they care. None of the staff that I spoke with seemed to understand what good customer service or good public […] relations were. On top of that, I thought check in was at 2:00p.m. but they said it was at 3:00p.m. and they couldn't do anything about letting me check in an hour earlier with not apology for the inconvenience. This was my second time here. And everything is great except the smokers who all hang out by the door to the parking lot. So much smoke it comes back into the hallway and lobby.

The staff is fine and the price is very affordable. Our room had a wet carpet which we didn't notice until after we returned to our room in the evening and took off our shoes. We informed the hotel staff the next morning, they seemed surprised and intended to contact the manager. Beware, the inexpensive on-line rates do not include the microwave or the refrigerator. Noisy, next to the freeway. if you're looking for a quick in & out without a spouse this is okay.

I was very suprised to find my self in the middle of a a hard core dopper hang out. In never saw more waisted people in my life. We had blood an who knows what else on the walls in our room. Someone even fixed a broken chair in the room by stuffing an old bloody dope sack in the broken part. I ran out of that place a day early and didnt say a word. […] It was as bad as it gets... did not like breakfast. At first we did not get the room I asked for. So I went right to lobby. The girl said they are booked up. A young standing by her said let me look. He find just what I wanted. room was great.

The Hotels walls are way to thin, you hear every door that shuts, every foot step, but most importantly the beds are "horrible" I had to be moved from my 1st room, because the springs were coming through the bed. My second room almost the same thing, but beds need to be replaced.

ALTHOUGH THE ROOMS WERE NOT TOP OF THE LINE QUALITY. THEY WERE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THEY OFFERED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. WE WILL CONTENT ENOUGH TO RETURN.

not so good. no tv remote in room and tried to call front desk but phone did not work. housekeeping doesnt seem to understand the do not disturb sign and continued to try to enter room while i was in the bathroom. The staff not very professional, could not distinguish staff from hotel guests. Most likely would not return. Would pay more for a hotel […] stay with staff that is more professional. Đọc thêm

The people at front desk very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and air conditioner worked great. I found the bed not that comfortable, thought I had read they had memory foam mattresses. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

Bedspread a little "tired" looking. Very noisey at night with people getting off elevator and talking loudly walking down hall. "Breakfast" choices a little disappointing.

I thought it was terrific that people had their dogs with them and was only sad I didn't bring mine. The only thing I thought could have been nicer would be to have a larger pool but I realize there wasn't room for a bigger one. (Then again, I didn't use it.)

Very difficult to locate after dark and driving long distance. Was not signed in any way and I had to ask directions from the Howard Johnson's next door.

Room was clean and affordable. Very noisy due to the pool being open and used after 10pm. Reserved a king bed but got two queens and wasn't informed at check in.

Although the room was clean and acceptable for the price. The air conditioner in the room was so loud I had to turn it off and sleep on top of the sheets in the heat to be able to sleep. I complained to the desk staff but nothing was done and I was advised there were no other rooms available. When I turned the AC off I could hear it in the rooms on […] both sides of me. The refrigerator was also very loud. also there was a small bottle of shampoo and lotion in the room, but no soap, I went to the local Safeway and bought my own. The iron did not work in the room. Front desk had me go get one from them. They wouldn't bring it to me. The mattress in the room, we could feel the springs in the bed. Their continental breakfast they offered would have been OK but the toaste they had didn't work. Had to use the microwave to heat frozen waffles and English muffins. Stayed 2 nights, acceptably clean room, old tube tv but worked, beds were a little old and worn but worked for us and the price was right. 3 restaurants are easy stroll.

I got a really good price on this hotel. I was happy with the service. The room was clean. They provided the usual colonial breakfast as expected. The hot tub was out of order not that I would have used it any way and our bathroom light was acting like an annoying strobe light. I can't really blame them as I didn't mention the light to them for them […] to fix. I would definitely stay here again. They probably deserve all 5's if it weren't for the 2 things needed work.
