Good budget hotel close to the pyramids but far from the airport. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper, as we had loud music from a nearby nightclup till 1am 2 out of 4 nights on weekdays, and a Mosque very close with very loud prayer calls. Helpful staff .

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We stayed in one of the suites with a view to the pyramids. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The rooftop restaurant has a spectacular view. In the end this was with entrance fees totaling 400-450EL + a meal + car and driver, and a guide that spoke good English. So in reality 350EL=45€ for guide and driver/car for a full day. Come on.... If you are in Cairo to see things and not only lay around the hotel, this is a great bargain. Carpets filthy, walls dirty, skirting boards never been cleaned, pulled out the bed and was thick with dust.
