The room was very clean and well maintained, however it was kid's friendly. We had a 10 month old child. We were given very small rooms even though I told them that I would be happy to pay more for a larger room.

The room was very comfortable with friendly staff. Front-desk were able to speak English and help us with our queries about getting around, which was very helpful. The area which can be improved, however, is the wifi. It wasn't very stable and we were only able to log on to 1 device at a time.

The hotel was everything expected from a ¾ star, buffet breakfast, internet, etc. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious. Pool needed some cleaning maintenance, but was serviceable. Good area for walking – about a 15 min walk (via Rue Augusta) to the Av Paulista, and 20 mins (in the other direction) to the town centre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk people were gracious efficient and extremely helpful. Dalton, Vinnie, Daniel and Elias went the extra mile to arrange things for us. The breakfast each morning was excellent featuring many of the local fresh fruit , coffee, and other local delicacies. We would stay here again.

I arrived 6.30am from the airport - I did pay extra for the time until check-in but it was very reasonable. The room was better than I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and as it was my first time in Brazil it was much appreciated. It has a reasonable pool but could do with a small bar area in the evening. A jollier bar / breakfast […] room would be good- but there are lots of places nearby - particularly the local bakery - amazing!! Overall and for the price - very pleased indeed. Very basic hotel for the price. Beds are small and hard. No coffee maker in the room, only water bottle. Here we are in a Brazilian hotel, with only instant coffee available in the room. Second morning they did not bother to give us any more instant coffee. Called housekeeping and waited 15 minutes for the instant coffee. Finally, I jumped on my clothes […] and went down to the lobby looking for a cup of coffee! Another 15 minutes and they finally brought coffee in a silver container. It got cold fast. The front desk staff was very helpful; above and beyond the call of duty. They assisted me in contacting a store where I had made purchases and needed to follow-up on an item that had not made it into my carry-out shopping bag. This was a clean and well maintained hotel - but not one I'd ever return to. Only the front desk staff speaks English, so it was very challenging. The hotel is located in a very good and peaceful neighborhood of São Paulo. Shopping mall is 2 blocks away. The hotel looks good at first glance, the staff is courteous and the room is spacious. But, it is a bit dated and maintenance seems not to be the hotel's forte. After staying in Sao Paulo for about a week- our stay in this hotel was a treat. The hotel staff were very sweet and spoke english very well (which helped me a lot). They gave us great directions to several places and they were very eager to please. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to access Wifi without difficulty and […] it was free with our room. The hotel also gave us one free breakfast (which was delicious) and allowed us a late check out at 1430 without charge as long as we joined their free rewards program. The neighborhood surrounding Tryp is very hip and safe. There are many shops (including a large shopping mall) and several very nice restaurants- including a must-see street not too far away from the hotel with a to-die-for sushi tasting and a cute market with good eats. Being my first time in Sao Paulo, I would recommend this hotel as it is in a neighborhood that is easy to navigate and it is very comfortable. the hotel is of good quality It is located in a residential area and thus would never find it without an address since no big sign is available. need an iron and ironing board in each room need a list of the TV channels in each room

O hotel é bem localizado, bonito, porém esperava mais do quarto. O banheiro é pequeno mesmo no quarto premium, e a porta do box não estava fechando. O café da manhã é muito bom. Tive um problema no check in: cheguei às 15:00h e não tinha quarto, mesmo com a reserva paga. Ouvi do atendente que nós poderíamos esperar na recepção! No geral, gostei muito do hotel. Bem localizado, bem cuidado. Minha única reclamação é a água GELADA da piscina... Fiquei nesse hotel justamente por causa da piscina grande que vi nas fotos. (Tenho recomendações médicas para nadar todos os dias.) Num hotel desse porte, o mínimo de se esperar era que a água fosse aquecida... Virar picolé na água ninguém […] merece. hehehe O tempo nem estava TAO frio, estava até quase calor lá fora, mas a água da piscina estava GELADA. Então minha sugestão é aquecer a água.
