Hotel directly on the beach. Beach towels and loungers free of charge. Decent room with large bathroom. Very good breakfast. Ten minute drive to/from the airport.

The air conditioning system on my floor was not operational. There was no technician available to repair the system until the next day (he completed the repair 20 minutes before I had to check-out). They did at least provide ice and complementary water after I requested it. Overall the staff were really helpful & friendly. The hotel was very clean. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Vey quiet as it was December, but the staff were very polite, chatty and helpful and I got great service for a very good price. Superb value, but will be a different story no doubt in high season.

Lovely place with the sea laterally 1 min walk.. the hotel has private beach with umbrellas and sun beds. Rooms are nice and clean. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not bad at all. So we will be back to stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and for the first few days when there were few guests staying we recieved a personal restaurant service with the offer a freshly cooked omelette or english breakfast but this wasn't possible after the hotel became busier when the additional menu items were laid out on the restaurant. The location was quiet and peaceful but […] right on the seafront which had no traffic along the prom. Getting to Thessaloniki was easy with a frequent bus service and simple fare structure (made easier by the ticket machines on the newer buses having instructions in English). Ratings speak for themselves! Lovely hotel in an excellent location close to airport but without the noise. A little way from city centre, but easily accessible by bus or taxi. Only thing that could be improved is the public/guest internet access service - PC very old and could do with upgrading, as could the wireless connection itself.

Great hotel! Beautiful location right on the beach, loveley clean rooms, and helpful staff. There was secure parking and a pretty good breakfast (be sure to take some of the bacon outside to the cute resident beach dogs...) Great beach for swimming. Really glad to have stayed there. To boot - the place was easily accessible to the airport.

All in all, best value around. The staff are all really, really nice and that's what makes this place great. The food is also excellent. I stayed there for two nights on the way two and from Cyprus. The beach is nice enough and perfect for kids as the water stays shallow for quite a way out and there are tiny waves. In short, stay there! Hotellet ligger i Perea, et kvarters taxitur fra flyplassen. Du går rett fra hotellet ned til privat strand. Fin standard på rommet, god rengjøring hver dag, og ikke minst veldig behjelpelig, hyggelig og serviceinnstilt stab, som tar seg tid til deg og svarer som best på alle spørsmål. Die richtig guten Jahre hat dieses Hotel zwar bereits hinter sich gelassen, aber dennoch ist es sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit(spricht bei Bedarf auch deutsch). Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen Balkon zur Nebenstraße, war nicht weiter dramatisch. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Das […] Frühstück war super, recht große Auswahl und es sah alles sehr lecker aus. Die Gegend hingegen ist nicht grad "der Renner". Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und dafür ist es, mit Mietwagen, völlig okay. Aber vorsicht, wenn man eine Woche Urlaub oder mehr dort plant. O hotel é ótimo, sem reclamações, talvez apenas para o café-da-manhã que me pareceu muito simples, sem opções. Tive a impressão de que o hotel estava bem vazio e isso explica (não justifica) a falta de zelo com o café-da manhã. Outro aspecto a ser levado em consideração: se você pensa em passar a maior parte do seu dia em Thessaloniki, esse hotel não […] é uma boa opção, pois é preciso tomar dois ônibus para se chegar ao centro da cidade e isso leva cerca de uma hora. Greit å vite at man ikke skal ta bussen til Thessaloniki da hotellet ligger helt den andre veien - så taxi fra flyplassen er å anbefale. Reiser man på høsten kan rommene være litt kalde , men helt sikkert et førsteklasses sted å feriere på sommeren - tidlig høst og sen våres. Servicen og gjestfriheten helt førsteklasses

Ve var tre venninner som ønsket oss sol og varme. Ble så positiv når vi så at hotellet lå 10 meter fra stranden. Super strand og super frokost på hotellet som også var veldig bra. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

EtHotell med en diskrè luksus leste vi i en brosjyre på rommet. Dette syntes vi var en god beskrivelse. nyrenovert i fine duse farger. En serviceinnstilt og profesjonell stab som der de fleste behersket flere språk. God mat og en perfekt beliggenhet til stranden og hyggelige små tavernaer.

Hôtel uniquement séparé de la plage par une promenade et néanmoins calme. Plage petite mais agréable. Pas d'ombre, parasol indispensable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et excellent.

Το ξενοδοχείο σε γενικές γραμμές είναι πολύ καλό, δίπλα στη θάλασσα, και το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Νομίζω όμως ότι το προσωπικό δεν είναι και τόσο επαρκές. Ίσως αν είχαν 2-3 άτομα περισσότερα η λειτουργία του θα είχε καλύτερα αποτελέσματα.

Grei standard ifht til norsk hotelstandard, middels stort. Grei størrelse på rom og veranda. Ligger sentralt i Perea som er preget av gresk turisme. Ta buss 79 til Ikea busstation og deretter 72 til Perea. Kort vei fra busstop. Fine restauranter og strand kafeer langs med bilfri strandpromenade som benyttes i stor del av lokalbefolkningen. Spennende […] å oppleve så mye gresk moderne lokalmiljø i motsetning til hva en er vant til. Det gjør at mange snakker litt lite engelsk (sjarmerende). Kort vei til bakerier, butikker og svært billig rutebuss (buss 72) med forbindelse til alle ruter (Ikea busstation). Var flere ganger på Cosmos kjøpesenter (buss 36) og i Thessaloniki (buss 3) på shopping og kultur. Også mange andre muligheter for turer f.eks til Halkidiki. Forhåndskjøpte bussbilletter er best. Hyggelig og serviceminded hotellpersonale, moderne bar- og restaurantområde. Privat og populær strandområde rett utenfor hotellet, kun krav til kjøpe kaffe eller andre drikkevarer som "leie" for solsenger. Sanden var litt skitten med mye sigarettsneiper. Mange greske turister på hotellet, en god del Øst-Europeere, noen bråkete russere som ikke er hotellets feil (da de dro ble det veldig hyggelig).
