Location is good. Height view is good. Room is good. Music on TV is excellent on unit 1. Band playing is excellent although a dance area will be required. Breakfast is good.

good locatiion however the room was far from being clean the main hotel was run down and need of a refit. For the cost paid i could of got a far better hotel in the same location.

Has got to be the worst hotel in pukhet. Old run down and service is non existant. Please remove from accommodation options on the web site.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in phuket. I have been to Thailand in excess of 20 times and this was the worst hotel and service.

We were nervous after reading some reviews but everything was great. Don't understand what the fuss is all about. Location is good, 5 minutes to shopping and about 10 minutes to the beach. Check-in was smooth. Our Deluxe room on the 19th floor was large, clean, well-decorated with an amazing view. Well worth the upgrade. Better views from the lounge […] and restaurant on 24th foor. 1. This hotel is located in the nightclub area. That means every (YES EVERY) night, from 11pm to 5am, YOU WILL HEAR AND FEEL the music thumping from outdoor nightclubs (No sound restrictions apply in this holiday island. No (NO) room in this hotel is immune to the noise. Unless you can sleep through a storm - find a hotel at least 3kms away from the […] nightclub area. We stayed in on the 21st floor and even with curtains and air-con, the noise came thru the walls / windows EVERY EVERY NIGHT. 2. "Patong pong" effects the pool area severely. There is a local water treatment plant BEHIND / THE POOL. Guaranteed, your stay at the pool with be effected. 3. The staff are typically THAI - indifferent. The service is cold. If there is any request, they suddenly don't speak your language. 4. Dont bother to book tours through the hotel tour desk. They add almost twice the price of tours that you can book at the local shopping centre desk ! 5. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS HOTEL - it hasn't been kept to the standard you're expecting from all the glossy photos. Rooms look aged, as does all the other parts of the hotel. The only fresh looking part of the hotel . . . is their website. 6. This hotel is used by Russian tour companies - that means the hotel is filled with Russian tourists - and if you have experienced Russians abroad - you'll know exactly what I mean. 7. This hotel used to be a grand hotel back in the day. But now the hotel needs a great deal of TLC as it seems to have been neglected for the last 30 years. The windows are covered in bird poo and don't look like they've been cleaned for 5 years. Our room was OK, location OK, breakfast was less than average. The morning i checked out i forgot my favourite shirt hanging up in the wardrobe and called the hotel two hours later when i remembered, to inform them i'd left it by mistake. They said that it wasn't there. I called again and again but the shirt never turned up and house keeping said they found nothing. Then they started to get annoyed with me that I kept (politely) calling. I told them I'd leave a bad review if my shirt didn't turn up but they didn't seem to care. It was obviously my mistake, not house keeping's. That has left a sour taste in my mouth and for that reason I'd not go back. It was only two hours after checking out i called, not a week later when the shirt was likely to get misplaced and the house keeping had just cleaned the room. Đọc thêm

The hotel is older than it looks in the photos, however, clean and convenient. Our room was in Royal wing level 4. The only downside was the long walk from the entrance to our room. I had booked a room with a king size bed and I was going to ask for an extra rollover bed for my 9 years old son. It was very comfortable to stay in and the staff were super friendly. House keeping generally wouldn't come until 2 or 3 in the afternoon which was sometimes a little annoying but we were on the highest floor.

Review is on the Paradise Wing (Superior Room) not the Royal Wing. This wing does not seem to have been renovated for some time. However it is kept clean and tidy and the hotel is in a good location near a large modern shopping centre. Lots of small shops, massage places, money changers and eateries nearby. Staff don't speak a bit of English. Bed was as hard as a cement floor. Bathroom was covered in mould. Walls were paper thin. Staff were so rude and not welcoming. Took about 35 mins to check out and Didnt even explain to us why. When we checked out they didn't say thankyou or did you enjoy our stay. Just asked for the amount of our mini bar costs. Wifi […] is hopeless. Worked 1 day out of the 8 days I was there. Hated every minute there. When we checked in they didn't say welcome or explain anything to us where anything was. Nice hotel, pool is excellent, the lobby great, but the bathroom has black mold all over the tub and shower. Room smell like wet cat and can't really do anything the staff don't understand english. Also they charge you for towel that was dirty, but the room was dirty.....had to clean it my self with bleach and we got charge for dirty towels!!!!!

An excellent and well maintained hotel, the staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you, a really enjoyable stay, the facilities are excellent.

This was our second stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa and as usual it met all our requirements and standards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms immaculate any problems or requests were dealt with efficiently. The breakfast was good with good selection. Buffet dinner was also good with plenty of selection.

We have just returned 22/9/12. The hotel was in a great location. There are three main ways to walk from the hotel to the main road that leads to Bangla Rd. One passes through a standard road/alley with a boom gate, the second a plaza with fountain and the third via an alley/road that turns into a male gay bar area at night. Walking through this section […] at night is easy and the boys are friendly. The royal deluxe room is where we stayed, the bathroom has been renovated and the room some renovation. The decor was pleasant. We had a raised futon style bed. Be careful of shins at night in the dark hitting the platform for the bed. We found the staff accomodating and efficient. We particularly found the pool staff to be friendly and efficient. The pool is one of the better ones that I have seen in Phuket, after 5 tours there. You can't beat the value for money for this hotel. The breakfast was ok. It catered for all nationalities and beliefs. There was no bacon on the menu, limited cereals, no bananas in the morning, but again still representing value for money. Breakfast was included in our room price. Pillows are too high and hard, Staff tried to find a better one for me, without success. If you need a soft, thin pillow take one from home. Noise at night was not noticed in the royal wing. Our room was on the far side of the alleys and the buses at the front of the hotel. Our room was 3517. Would I stay there again? Yes ! Đọc thêm

A superb stay in a clean and feature packed hotel, Excellent dining facilities with an included buffet breakfast. Close to main shopping centre and night club district. Helpfull and pleasant staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. Will return to this hotel in the near future.

Staff were fabulous and very helpful, the room was cleaned and restocked daily. Pool area was fantastic. We went as a group and were very pleased. The hotel location was so close to everything and it was quiet at night although it was right near the "gay party district". We would def stay there again.

hi. the hotel very good location. big hotel, room nice,. but dissapoint with the airport tranfer fee 800 bat, as we are guest must give us a good price.. food are too pricy at casablance restaurant,,.....we choose this hotel mainly location.

The Staff were very good and the rooms kept clean only one down side is if you get a room facing the street you can hear the noise but after our first night we asked to be moved and it was no problem and they were very helpful. Thank you to them all

When we book this Hotel we asked for a nice view and was put on the 23rd floor, what a view but we did not have a balcony so I went down and requested if we could be moved so we were moved to the 10 floor much better, this hotel is close to everything.

I really had a bad a experience with the hotel. The hotel is not clean as i expect, the shower had mold the bathroom wast to dark. Another thing i didnt like about hotel is that there is there is not security at all mean that ane person can get on the elevator or around the hotel and not been ask nothing, i think that the hotel suppost to have more […] security because is a lot prostitution around the area. Finally and not last at the check out the accuse me that i drink one of there drink and askinf me to pay something that i never touch, knowing that i went to the supermarket to buy my own drinks and food. Although the location wasn't too bad I believe ppl need to be made aware of the area it is in. It wasn't a problem for us as we are not homophobic however we weren't aware as to where it was. The staff don't speak much English at all which made it very hard to ask questions. We couldn't sleep till 3am as the music from the clubs was loud. People need […] to be made aware of this. The hotel is in need of a make over. Rooms need upgrading, only a limited number of english TV channels. Pool area is nice however also needs work. Good location for shopping and Bangla Road. Tour booking desk was very helpful.

Hotel was nice. Streets leading to hotel are full of male massage and gay bars. Room was nice, recommend for anyone. View from 25th floor great to see all of patong. Pool lovely but a little dirty, floating bits. Shopping centre 5 minute walk. Quiet don't hear much from 7th floor. Overall a nice hotel, would recommend.

Was a pleasant stay. i Would stay there again, the hotel is located in a great location. Just minutes from the beach, the shopping and the night life! Everyday the rooms would be cleaned, which i really like.

Would definitely recommend - rooms are spacious & clean. Pool area is fantastic and all staff are very friendly. Only con - would be nice to have free wifi access in the room (you can access free wifi in the lobby).

It is well situated and within walking distance from most shopping venues. The staff at breakfast struggled to understand and got the order for eggs or omlette wrong at times. Maybe too many requests while cooking. Coffee,sugar and creamer in room not always replaced when used. Small things really that can easily be fixed.

Excellent location close to all the main attractions ... JungCelong, Bangala Road, close to the beach. Staff are absolutey beautiful & acccommadating, fantastic to deal with. Hotel is a little dated in appearance but do not let this put you off.

The Hotel is in need of TLC but we noticed renovations have started just prior to our departure so that's great. Generally we were happy with our stay there. The hotel is in a good position and accessable to all amenities. The staff were always helpful and generally pleasant. The disappointing factor was our hotel was booked from 19th May and we arrived […] at 2 am the following morning as arranged however when we came close to our departure date we asked the hotel if we could keep our rooms until 5pm as we had a late flight which they agreed to and then promptly charged us a fee.
