Nice hotel although in the middle of nowhere so we had to eat at the hotel. Had free shuttle to the Messe in the morning but not evening. Breakfast was limited.

Great hotel, finished to a high quality and the restaurant is just excellent! Although be warned not to share a room if traveling with friends or colleagues...the shower is a glass cubicle in the corner of the room...very stylist but not for the shy! Oh, and no tea or coffee making facilities :(

the best thing about the fleming's hotels is the staff, they are the best by far from all my hotel experinces. but all the rooms need of upgrade, beds are not comfortable, tv and mini bars are also out dated. Over all this hotel is good for business travellers.

We went in Sept. There was NO HEATING & the front desk agent said "Oh maybe it is broken let me come & check". Next day another FDAgent said that since it was summer the hotel's central heating was not on. We asked what summer it's 50 degrees. Agent replied, " Well in Germany this is summer". I mean come on. Their breakfast was delicious w great selection; however, we asked for decaf coffee & they said that they were out of decaf. So they we asked everyday for the next 6 days, & they were still out of it. OK SO YOU GO & SEND SOMEONE TO BUY SOME! The first night 4 dinner, the menu said that the Tagliatelle w shrimps was w a lemon sauce. So I made sure that there was no cream. What I received was a curry creamy pasta. How can you mess that up? Also we had dinner in the dining room a few days later and throughout dinner. The waiters were hard to find, eventhough there are 10 tables in the restaurant. Therefore, other than the breakfast servers all of the other employees are bad. Also, if you're going to offer free internet do it properly where it does't cut out every few minutes or charge for it! Overall my stay at the hotel (3 nights) was good, however I do feel that there is room for improvement. I arrived late at night and when I got to my room and had unpacked all my stuff, ready to go to sleep, I realised that the toilet did not seem to have been cleaned. As I was too tired and already undressed I did not bother though to have this sorted. My stay there was during a very big exhibition and thus the hotel was very busy. This was especially felt at breakfast time. It was very hard to find a table that was clear of used plates, cups, etc. It seems that they were totally understaffed to deal with the amount of people wanting to have breakfast. The hotel was a decent four star. I booked a queensized bed with single occupancy but was disappointed to find I only had a small duvet and one pillow. The food in the restaurant was good but the service was slow and unattentive.

The Fleming hotel met almost all of my expectations whilst visiting Germany to attend a fair at Messe Frankfurt. It was close enough to the airport, offered a free morning shuttle to the Messe, free wi-fi and a great breakfast. Rooms and all areas of the hotel were of a very high standard. The shower position and layout would be an issue if sharing a room with a colleague, but as I was travelling alone it was not a problem. Choosing to eat each evening at the hotel I would have appreciated a slightly more extensive menu, food was good, but not exceptional and I would have liked a little more choice, maybe just a 'special' each evening. The hotel was pretty nice, modern and clean but the only thing is the showers, they were in the middle of the room and it was glas. Basic hotel located off the beaten track in Frankfurt, but not too far from public transportation (about a 5 minute walk). Small rooms, but very clean, and also friendly staff. Recommended for a short stay if you aren't looking for frills.

The place is clean, modern and outfitted for business travelers. My only complaint is that it is not as close to the Frankfurt Airport as I was led to believe and it was not as convenient to other restaurants so you are pretty much their captive for meals. Beyond that, I was quite satisfied.

Having chosen this hotel purely from the Expedia website and now knowing anything about the Flemings chain, i was plesantly surprised with how nice this hotel is. It was clean, modern and had a lovely bra and restaurant (even if some of the staff were a bit hit & miss!). I arrived by taxi from Frankfurt airport. It cost around 27 Euros and about 10 minutes, so quite a convenient location. There was a tram station a very short walk away (about 2 minutes) but I didn't use public transport. Check in was smooth, the receptionist explained when breakfast would be served and the whole process only took about 3 minutes. The […] room I had was on the first floor and was spacious and very clean. There was a desk + chair, a large bed, a flatscreen TV, minibar, safe and toiletries in the sink area. I thought the glassed shower right in the room was an interesting feature, all fine travelling alone (as I was) or with a partner but I would not recommend for friends as one of you would have to make yourselves scarce whilst the other showered! The toilet was in a separate cubicle and everything functioned well. I ate dinner in the bar downstairs, as a vegetarian I was not impressed with the menu - the only choices were tomato pasta or salad.... They served me a bread basket and olive oil and balsamic vinegar first. The meal itself was not too impressive, they need to work on their menu and options... Breakfast on the other hand was excellent. I ate in the main restaurant which was a nice setting, hardwood floors and nice seating. A choice of eggs was available with teas and coffees - brought to you to your table. Je garde une excellente impression sur cet hôtel, la gratitude et la spontanéité sont vraiment de rigueur auprès des employés. Alla periferia della citta' ma ben servito dalla metro. In pochi minuti puoi andare al centro. Sicuramente il tragitto tra la metro e l'albergo fatto di notte e d'inverno non e' dei piu' sicuri. Albergo pulito, camera un po' piccola anche se ben attrezzata. Bella la doccia a vista, ma va bene solo per chi viaggia da solo o per chi ha un'ottima intimità […] con la compagna. Da rivedere il bagno chiuso e cieco. Penso che il prezzo sia un po' alto rispetto a quanto viene offerto, considerando anche che ci sono stato in bassa stagione. I had to book this hotel because others are full during the messe. But this hotel gave me a happy surprise. Room was big, clean and comfortable. I didn't expect it but the restaurant was excellent. Please try the nice food there. The hotel is located near the subway, easy to access downtown. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
