Eurostars Plaza Acueducto - Segovia

Loved the location and a great hotel. But parking cost 15 Euros a day which was more than I expected.

We stayed here our night in Segovia. You can see the aqueduct from the room. The staff was friendly enough. The bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed we slept on in 5 weeks in Europe. Breakfast looked thin and unappetizing, so we passed on it. Parking was extra so we parked on the street.

Great location, close to the the old city and all the sites. The hotel staff was fabulous and very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The fitness room was well maintained and an appreciated bonus. The underground parking was convenient. I can't comment on their breakfast, as we always walked to the village. This was a last minute reservation and I could not have been more satisfied! This was a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price. This hotel is 100 yards from the aqueduct. Great room, great location, great price. Hard to beat!

There is a local bar/disco that stays open until 4AM on Friday and Saturday nights and is located adjacent to the hotel. Young people congregate in the street and enjoy shouting and singing until 4AM. We got no sleep, as our room overlooked the street. The location is good - right next to the aqueduct. Unfortunately the room was small and pokey. It was barely big enough to fit the bed in.

Hotel halls and rooms stunk. Odor was so bad we needed to sleep with the window open in cold weather. Hotel claimed the odor came from an adjacent restaurant. Nonetheless, the smell was unbearable. Staff was friendly and gave us a free breakfast to compensate, but you can't put a price on a good nights sleep. Hotel is a two-three star hotel, tops.

I loved my stay at the Eurostars Plaza Aqueducto. The view of the Aqueduct from the room was perfect. The room was very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful with directions. The breakfast was delicious. I have traveled quite a bit for business and stayed in many US hotels. Thank you Eurostars!

A view of the famous Aquaduct from our window, 100 yards to pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants, bars, attached parking garage for a fee...10 Euros. Breakfast available, Burger King next door....easy to drive to, park and unload luggage from garage to elevator.

The hotel staff was cordial and competent. However, I had booked a room with multiple beds and they had a room waiting with one large bed. The staff had changed this to a different room with two beds, but it was a room next to the elevator. I was not impressed being put next to the elevator since we needed sleep before out 5am wake-up time. Being next […] to the elevator turned out not to be the worst of the situation. Apparently, a wall of the room is shared with the shaft of the elevator and this allowed the noise of the elevator mechanism to be heard in the room each time it moved. Perfect position, just a few yards from the Aqueduct. Easy to find(using satnav). Staff helpful and very polite. Bed comfort moderate but room size adequate.

The only thing going for this hotel is it's good location right next to the famous aquaduct. The rooms are just featureless boxes, the beds uncomfortable. Only stay here if you really need to be close to the aquaduct! The hotel was really close to the aquaduct. It was fantastic. The view of the aquaduct at night was stunning. The hotel was really modern,clean and well presented. The staff were really friendly. One of the receptionists took so much trouble to help us with railway station info, and trying to generally help us. Thet were really excellent communicators. […] The room was just brilliant. We only had breakfast there, not evening meal. The breakfast was nice. This really was just a great find, I would really highly reccommend it to anyone, and Segovia is a fantastic town to visit. The hotel is situated in the very centre of Segovia. We were lucky enough to have a room with a view over the Roman aqueduct. Very clean room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will certainly be going back to this hotel and will recommend it to my friends.

We stayed here for two days and were very pleased with the hotel. It is perfectly situated, within one hundred metres of the Aqueduct itself, and from there to the other end of the old town, is only a fifteen minute walk. This takes in the Jewish quarter, the cathedral, and the Alacajar, all well worth visiting. There are lots of places to eat within […] easy walking distance, consequently we didn't eat at all in the hotel. Parking is convenient, just take a ticket from the machine, and the underground parking door opens, and you are in. Parking is expensive, but no more so than any other city centre hotel in Spain. As stated in many reviews this hotel is ideally situated. Had a room on 4th floor at far end next to a lift which was a bit of a worry at first thinking of the noise but this was never a problem. Disappointing view even though we were near the front.Room was a nice size and very clean with all usual fittings.Bed was very firm but managed to sleep ok […] with no outside noise. Bit disappointed that we had no bath but the shower was a multi nozzle unit that sprayed high pressure jets to different areas. Wi fi worked fine in the room. Breakfast was very good and was included in the price which is well worth the extra. As we had a car full of our belongings we chose to pay for the secure parking which is underneath the hotel.The parking charge was 14 euros a night including tax. The parking is secured by a barrier so car should be safe but it always appeared to be open for pedestrians to gain access to vehicles although we had no problem. We stayed in Segovia at another "4 Star" hotel highly recommended. We were so disappointed that we expected little when we came to this Hotel in Segovia. We were very surprised to find that it was much better. Location was great and could see the aqueduct from hotel room. The complaint I have is that the curtains and the general area smelled of urine. Very unpleasant. So, not sure just how 'clean' the room really was.

We found the location of this hotel ideal situated as it is right next to the Roman aqueduct. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast ideal for us. Garah¡ge parking onsite at an additional cost was a plus for us.

What this hotel may lack in character it makes up for in myriad other ways. This hotel is located right next to the aqueduct, and a short walk from the other sights of Segovia. Restaurants are also a short walk. The location is next to a plaza with bus/taxi service to either of the two train stations. We arrived before check-in (straight from flight over and train ride to town), and the receptionist found us a room that was ready to be occupied immediately. She must have taken pity on us for how tired we looked. My only complaint is that the second night we were there the air conditioning stopped working. If it were summer, I would have gone down to the desk to complain, and I feel certain they would have fixed the problem. But it was May and not that hot, so we just opened the window. I have been to Spain at least ten times over the past 12 years; this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had. Excellent location, just in front of the Roman Aqueduct, acroos the bus stop. Travel from Madrid by train and resched the hotel by bus. It's a chic boutique hotel, that looks and smell like new. In my next visit to Madrid, I rather stay at Segovia's Eurostar Hotel....Great value!

This hotel was terrific in all respects. We had a large room with a view of the aqueduct, the staff was very congenial and helpful, the breakfast buffet was beautiful. For someone on a driving tour from Madrid this hotel is a must stop. Segovia is a gem and it is in close proximity to other gems like Avila and Salamanca.

Great hotel - decent sized rooms, all amenities, quiet and comfortable. Only very minor niggle would be no radio stations via the TV, but that's really being picky! 세고비아 관광을 위해 묵기에는 아주 좋은 시설이었다. 우리가 묵은 방은 창문을 열면 아름다운 로마 수도교가 바로 보여 시시각각으로 변하는 수도교의 모습을 마음껏 감상할 수 있었다. 객실은 충분히 넓었고 시설도 깨끗하고 훌룡했으며 직원들도 친절하였다. 그러나 하루 주차비가 꽤 비싼편이었다. 근처에 마땅한 다른 주차시설도 없었고 세고비야 시가지 내에서는 주차할 공간을 찾기도 쉽지않았다. 하지만 다음날 체크아웃하고 세고비아관광을 마칠때까지 자동차를 호텔 지하주차장에 안전하게 주차할 수 있게 해주어 주차비를 낼만은 하였다. 편안하게 묵을 수 있는 숙박시설이었다.

주변관광지에서 가깝고 객실의 청결함도 양호하고 관리도 잘되어 있어요 주차도 가능하고 다른데 보다 주차요금이 저렴하고 다음에 또 세고비아 찾으면 또 한번 쉬다가고싶은곳 추천~!
