Stratford Suites Inn - Airway Heights

Suites are very nice but mattress was poor quality and not comfortable. Hard to find hotel coming from Interstate. Few restaurants near hotel.

The room was nice and roomy for our girls weekend away. The location was only like a 10 min drive to Spokane, so very do-able. It was very clean, and cute. The only negative is that the office isn't open 24/7. So we were in need of more towels, and there wasn't anyone working to get them from. That was very odd. Other than that, our stay was great!

We only stayed one night and didn't take advantage of the full kitchen but we certainly intend to next visit. A two bedroom suite with leather couch and recliner in the living area for the price of what we're used to paying for a standard room....great for three or four traveling. Also chosen for its proximity to the casino (takes longer to find parking […] than to get there - 2-3 minutes.), we keep an eye on upcoming shows, and as I said - WE WILL BE BACK! Đọc thêm

2.5 star rating must be reflective of the cost because the accommodation and service is 4 star at least. A 2 Br. suite with full kitchen for the cost of a standard room suited 3 travelers perfectly. I came to Spokane for my father's funeral. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Stratford. They made a very sad time for me extremely peaceful. The accomodations were absolutely fabulous. It felt like home. By the time that I left, I felt like I'd not only had a very comfortable stay but I'd made some new friends.

This is our second stay at this location. I love it.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. It doesn't have breakfast but that is OK considering you have a kitchen to make your own.

This hotel is a gem on the outskirts of Spokane. The grounds are wonderful, the rooms are immaculate and the staff friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone.

The Stratford Suite Inn is a great place to stay. We went to a concert at the Northern Quest Casino. The location is easy to get to from Hwy 2 and Hwy 90. No swimming pool, but nice grounds and safe location. They have fresh cookies in the office area for free, too! We will stay here again at our next trip to the Spokane area.

Our main issue is that the hotel lobby closes at 9 PM and no one is there until the next morning. We didn't realize this and arrive at 9:05 PM just as they were closing. We don't know what would have happened if we arrive 5 minutes later! There was one TV in the living room area and we felt for the price we paid for the room there should have at least […] been one mor in a bedroom. Great TV in main room. They need to add TVs in the two bedrooms. The rooms are wired for cable, they just need to add Tvs! Other than that, all good.

This hotel was very spacious, new, clean and decorated very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was like staying in a small apartment. This hotel was conveniently located near the Spokane airport. The surrounding area has some shopping and a cinema. I would stay there again if I had to go to Spokane again. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was like a 2 bedroom apartment! The hot water runs out very quickly, so that was the only bad thing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stratford Suites Inn. The facility is quite new and our rooms were very clean, comfortable and luxurious--granite countertops, leather furniture, down pillows, etc. Our son was able to leave the base (just a 5 min. drive) and spend the weekend with us in a 2 bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The full kitchen was […] ideal for our cooking needs. We were particularly impressed with Kristen, the staff member that was in the office during our stay. She was very helpful in securing passes to a local gym, a shuttle to the airport (also within a short drive) and a helping hand when our son's pickup unexpectedly needed repair. I have stayed at the Stratford Suites my last for visits to Spokane. The hotel is desinged like your own private apartment. They think of everything from pots and pans to DVD players. What a lovely place.

The Stratford Suite is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We have 2 small children under 2 and the rooms are so comfortable and big, woth the two seperate rooms off the living room and kithchen. The staff is super friendly and we will defantly be back again and again.

This is a minimal service,long term stay facility. You only get house keeping after staying a week. Office is manned limited hours and not at all on Sunday. The room was very clean with adequate linens. Tiny 2 bedrooms with tiny closets would make for a cramped extended stay. I could barely wheel my average size suit case around the foot of the bed. […] Kitchen and bath are adequate, living room space very nice with huge TV. Bathroom is on opposite side of unit and requires walking across the kitchen/dining area. Would work okay for family relocating with small children or 1-2 business associates. I booked a queen and received two full beds in separate bedrooms. Not the romantic escape with my spouse that I expected. Rooms are in 4-plex buildings arranged in a horse shoe. Buildings are two deep with all the parking in the middle of the horse shoe. You may have to carry luggage well over 200 feet in bad weather, especially if you arrive late. You must have a cell phone to call the late arrival number to get your key from a lock box if you arrive after 8-9 PM or on Sunday, which they don't mention when making the reservation. Stayed at Stratford for our niece's graduation from Gonzaga University. We chose it because most of the other hotels were full. We were very pleasantly surprised at the suite's cleanliness, great kitchen, large bathroom. Great amenities. We thought 4 stars was too low for this place.
