The motel was within easy walking distance to the train station to Paris. That is where the compliments end. The service was inadequate. The clerks were not helpful or friendly. "Poor Service in Good Location"
The Campanile Chantilly Sud - Luzarches is located in a very smart residential area with easy access to other eateries. Superficially it is clean and well laid out, but the problems start with the room. The rooms are arranged on two levels. We had a top level one which absorbed the heat from the sun. With no airconditioning the option is to open the […] bedroom window, but as there is a common balcony outside and there was no security catch on the window, we did not feel too secure with it open. On the second day, the cleaner only left us one towel and the coffee satchets were not replaced. On both days most of the breakfast items had been consumed and not replaced. "Décevant!"
La chambre quadruple réservée était tout juste une chambre triple exiguë dans laquelle avait été rajouté un lit d'appoint entravant alors l'accès à la salle de bain. Serviettes de toilettes pour 2 au lieu de 4! Confort médiocre: prises de courant en nombre insuffisant, pas de minibar, chambre sombre (appliques murales hors service), joints carrelage […] salle de bain décrépits. "Hôtel Campanile Luzarches - bon accueil"
Malgré un hôtel vieillissant qui a besoin d'être rafraîchi (salle de bain, tablettes fenêtre), nous avons trouvé une équipe souriante avec un service à table convivial.

L'hôtel est proche des axes routiers (et d'un petit supermarché). Malheureusement pas de vrais restaurants à proximité. La chambre sentait mauvais mais était plutôt agréable dans l'agencement : place pour les valises et étaler un peu ses affaires, grande salle de bain. Nous avons voulu manger au restaurant sur place et la même s'il y a de l'idée pour […] le menu, les produits n'avaient pas l'air très frais. dommage que lors de la réservation, notre numéro ne figure pas pour le personnel de l'hôtel. en arrivant à 22h on a bien failli ne pas avoir de chambre, comme ils ne nous voyaient pas arriver, ils avaient annulé la réservation !!!! on a eu chaud !!
