It took forever to find this hotel to start, the address does not have street number and we looked for about 40 minutes before we found it. Then we were confronted with a very rude and unpleasant girl behind the desk. She did not want to answer my 2 questions and when she did it was a huge bother to her and she was totally disinterested. Our room was […] one of the smallest I have been in, it was dark and dingy and yes it was cheap but we have been to plenty of budget hotels before but nothing like this. It was the type of hotel you do not want to go back to after dinner, there is no room at all just a double bed and the bathroom is the size of a one you would find in a small caravan (yes that small) The or St aspect for us was there was no heating at all and it as a very cold night. My husband went and told the girl and her attitude was the heating was the same through out the hotel and her heating in reception was the same as ours which was totally untrue, the reception area was nice and warm. We had air coming out of the air con/heater but it was neither hot or cold air just air ,so this did nothing. We had to turn it off when she would not do anything as it ended up blowing outside temperature air into room which was quite cold. We had to get under the blanket to keep warm. Stay was comfortable for what we needed, one night stop off. would use the again. Only thing that was disappointing was that there was no toilet brush to clean after use. being a clean person it was a bit disappointing on that point. But regarding the rest, satified. Regards Eamann.

I thought this was a no smoking hotel! The room stank of stale cigarette smoke, gave me a sore throat after one night and a cough.

Non smoking rooms unavailable, stale cigarette smoke very unpleasant, especially when you have young children. Expensive beakfast, had to pay for the children aswell ''Gone of'f'' long-life milk for cereal, luke warm hot water for tea. Overall not a pleasant stop-over will not be returning.

couché à 1H00 du mat car on faisait une escale pour rentrer chez nous en Normandie, mais nous avons été réveillé à 9H par la perceuse... merci Première Classe ! A part ça, les chambres sont super mal isolées et le froid rentre par la porte (fermée) et les fenêtre (elles aussi fermées).

Hôtel bien situé, près du grand axe Reims-Epernay.Après ça se corse: des papiers par terre dans la chambre, un nettoyage succint dans la salle de douche... et mauvaise isolation phonique car du coup on entend beaucoup les voitures la nuit.Niveau accueil: très rapide mais surtout froid et expéditif!Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Les trous et les tâches sur les dras c était conclus dans le prix? Il faudrai dir aux personnel qu'un sol et les tables de chevet sa se netoye. Le seul confort c'était la télé!

Cet hotel doit être rénové en fin d'année. Tout à fait convenable en l'occurence. A voir après rénovation. Personnel très agréable et efficace.

Il serait judicieux de préciser le N° de la rue (2), cela évite de tourner pour trouver rapidement l’hôtel. L'avenue de champagne est très très grande. Petite chambre et très petite salle de bain. A réservé pour un court séjour. Très bon accueille.

Hôtel satisfaisant et correspondant a notre attente pour un Première Classe. Personnel très sympathique. Une situation géographique nécessitant son véhicule mais néanmoins à proximité du centre et des commerces.

Bonjour, Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans votre hotel, les prix sont corrects et accessibles pour le plus grand nombre de personnes..... La propreté est excellente et le lit grand pour un couple! Enfin, la télé, il y a Canal+ et nous avons pu voir un bon matche de foot!!! Le coin toilettes est très propre avec une douche ou l'on peut régler au […] degré près la température de l'eau! Het hotel (zeker zijn naam onwaardig ) lag beneden onze verwachtingen. Voor die prijs kun je natuurlijk geen grote luxe verwachten, maar na het eten s'avonds was er geen mogelijkheid om nog iets te drinken, geen bar! Het ontbijt was eveneens beneden pijl! Oud Frans brood met enkel confituur kon men er krijgen. Een klant zei ons dat er ook youchourt […] had gestaan, doch niet meer als wij kwamen (9u20). Kamers waren wel proper doch klein en donker.
