Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs resort - Vùng Arenal Volcano

We stayed 2 nights at the Arenal Observatory Hotel for 2 nights before coming to Arenal Manoa and we really wished that we had stayed here all 4 nights and just taken a day trip to the Observatory. place was nice did not like the fact they charged us more for having 2 additional people for one night with us. When I booked the rooms it said you could have 4 people per rooM. When we got there they said you can only have 2.

It has the most amazing views of the volcano from all over the property. There are little houses of two connecting rooms set in the hillside. We are family with teenagers and we had wonderfull stay at Arenal Manoa. The hotel/ grounds are well maintained and staff is very helpfull and accommodating. We had an amazing view of the volcano from our room or seating outside on a deck. The breakfast was excellent with many food options for even most picky travelers.

We booked 3 nights here based on good reviews on trip advisor. It was a beautiful place, our room, 107, had a fantastic view of Arenal volcano. The front desk was always polite, but they, the restaurant, and pool bar personnel were not on top of things. We we ready for check in very early, but they said it wouldn't be ready until 2, that's fine. But […] when we went in at 2, we still had to wait. We had issues with the room safe lock and we called to have it fixed, no one showed. We had to call the next day and have someone come down. We wanted room service and called the restaurant to see if we could do it.o. The restaurant said they would bring us a menu and they never did. We got so hungry and tired, we just went up. At 2 in the afternoon the hot spring was not full. The hours posted were 10 am. Bu t no ne was at the bar. I went to front desk and Angelique said it was being cleaned. She said she would send someone so we could at least get food. He came out about ten minutes later. We asked why so late and he shrugged it off and said it would be anther 20 minutes. I went in and spoke with manager Eder. He said the springs pool was not full because a pipe had burst with all of the rain fall the night before. It's understandable, but why could they not post a sign that states that and still have someone out there for food and drinks?? We recently stayed three nights at the Arenal Manoa. There is so much to like about this place: 1. The rooms are charmingly decorated, with giant windows/sliding glass doors, and include a porch with rocking chairs and a view of the volcano. Service. Mario, Eddy, Giovanny, and Yuliana in particular provided excellent service to us at the pool, dining areas, and reception.
