My husband and I celebrated our 24th anniversary at this hotel and were very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is more like a resort and the art and interior decorating is amazing - like a gallery. We would love to return sometime in the near future!

Outdoor infrastructure requires more maintenance. Rooms are nice, service is good, food also good, gardens are nice. Tennis court lights were broken, kart track had no karts, little children areas unkept and dirty.

The only positive side in customer's service that I saw was during the check-in. I happened to use the towels and was told that I had to turn in the wet ones if I wanted another towel. The hair dryer was almost catching on fire and needed a replacement, I called the front desk and after waiting 25 minutes called back and asked for an update on my request; […] was told that there were no extra hair dryers in the hotel and they were looking for a good one from a vacant room. If I wanted to use the gym, sauna or the Jacuzzi I had to pay $250 pesos per person but not even the steam room was working. I called the front desk in the morning of my check out and requested local information trying to make a reservation, after one hour of going back and forth with Stephanie, I gave up and based on my experience not to come back to this hotel again. On the down side: 1) The specifics of my reservation were not attended (I got a double bed room instead of a single king size one), 2) The elevator to my floor was not working on arrival, (It worked the rest of my stay) 3) What they charge for the breakfast buffet was far too expensive and made consider eating else were, On the up side, the quality […] of their services and the beauty on the sorroundings by far outweighted these inconviniences. The true highlight of our stay was the SPA, a really marvelous place, full of peace, warmth, spectacular installations, personal service, really really outstanding. I would recommended anytime. Excelente. Mi único comentario sería con respecto al Spa de su hotel que lo siento muy sobrio. Conocí y tomé tramiento en el Spa del Hotel Rancho San Diego y excelente servicio aparte de sus instalaciones de confort. Sería conveniente que se le hiciera una remodelacón al mismo, empezando por quitar la alfombra en el área de descanso del spa y poniend […] más detalles al mismo... Ojalá y puedan checar el qules comento y tratar de brindar mejor servicio, quelo vuelva más competitivo. El ruido en la habitacion es insoportable si estas en una habitacion en el piso que da a la alberca. Los niños corriendo por los pasillos hacia la alberca se escuchan como si estan en la misma habitacion. Y se escucha demasiado el ruido de la habitacion de arriba. La habitacion tenia pesima acustica. Se oia todo el movimiento de los cuartos contiguos. Las almohadas pesimas! Y el restaurant en el desayuno totalmente insuficiente y ruidoso. La habitacion que nos asignaron exactamente enfrente de la alberca cuando se especifico que eran dos adultos. No es un hotel para descansar y relajarse

La estancia en general me parecio buena, sigo sin entender porque un hotel de esta categoria, cobra por estacionamiento, pues ya la cuota cobrada creo que es mas que suficiente, maxime que los alimentos sinceramente son pobres en calidad y sabor, pero caros. Se me hace exagerado, que te cobren por una botella de agua de 600 ml, treinta y dos pesos. […] Pues de donde es o que tiene? tiene un gran problema de aislamiento de ruidos, todo se escucha por las noches¡¡¡ todas las pisadas de huespedes y en los pasillos, el sistema de aislamiento de ruidos es nulo. Probablemente sea por el tipo de pisos, pero también se escuchan los ruidos del piso superior. El buffete extremadamente caro¡¡¡¡ para lo que es.
