Overstated hotel. We stayed in one of the suites and the suite itself is a room. Why bother calling it a suite. Most luxury hotels have these so called suite as standard rooms. Room service was poor, the room was great and overall it was a really nice stay but nothing more.

The rooms were spacious enough for 5-6 people. The hotel food and shopping options are unparalleled, and we really enjoyed the other amenities that we had access to between the Palazzo and the Venetian.

The Palazzo is in a perfect location, it's so close to everything! The staff was very friendly, and the Bella suite is gorgeous. We had a blast!

After a vacation to several national parks (which tells you about our vacation priorities), we decided to stay on the Vegas strip one night to see what it was like. The Palazzo is very pretty, and (of course) completely artificial. Our suite was luxurious, but little details weren't taken care of: grime on molding, sticky fingerprints on the TV in the […] sitting area (and the remote didn't work), carpet by the bed hadn't been swept. Of course, the fridge was for hotel-provided liquor only, so we couldn't even put our Nalgene bottles in it. The hotel is connected to an indoor mall, which was fun to walk through once. After walking the Strip and losing a tiny bit of money, we were more than ready to head back to the wilderness. The Palazzo was an experience, but not one we will repeat---Vegas just isn't our thing. The room was amazing, very luxurious. The front desk staff were very helpful. The artwork and decor of the public areas was outstanding and we enjoyed the entertainment that was happening all around the property. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast service at "I love burgers" was not the greatest. We were the only guests in the place and the server was very busy stocking supplies to pay attention when our order was up, so eggs were not as hot as they could have been. Just took a 3 day mini vacation with my amazing fiancée. She is a return guest of the hotel and now I see why. The rooms are great and so is the service. Complimentary Valet parking was great. Check in was easy, friendly and accommodating. Got a room on the 40th floor with a great view. The only complaint I had was that the entire floor and section where my room was located smelled of marijuana, but that's not really the hotels fault.

Beautiful rooms, everything above par. Only gripe is when I pay this much for a room why the resort fee for things I don't need anyway. Best explanation is that everyone else does it. (actually not quite everyone)

We loved our room!!! The view was awesome!! We are planning to return within two months. The one thing that I didn't like what how rough your sheets were. They rubbed my skin raw on my knees and elbows.

Everything except the location/view from my room was great. It seems like the hotel always puts people who book outside of their website (like expedia, etc) get the worst rooms available? Rooms were a nice large size, and very well kept and decorated. I really felt like its one of those places you stay if you are trying to go all out. Casino is beautiful, so is the pool and the staff is very friendly. They could have splurged a bit more on the mattresses, but I guess if you are doing Vegas right you will pass out anywhere. Checked in with free valet around 2, but the room wasn't ready and when I checked again at 3, they moved things around and got my room. TIP: They will charge you $25/day for a resort fee, but I read the fine print and you can waive the fee. It also includes some coupons, but I didn't use all of them, but if you want to use the gym or spa you pay regular […] price, pool you just need to show your key. Got the luxury view room and it was PURE LUXURY, worth every penny! Only thing I noticed was that the wine glasses they provide had lip stains. The Palazzo & Venetian can't be beat. All suite rooms with great decor and every amenity you could ask for. What I like best is that there is so much to do, you don't ever need to leave if you don't want to. Staying at one hotel gives you access to both. With all the shopping, restaurants, clubs between them. Great pools, great service!!
