the room did not have a clean feel to it, stains were all over carpet even some sticky spots if stepped on, the sofa had several big spots on it and we were afraid to sit on it, the room would have been good had not been for dirty floors and upholstery. The grout in bathroom floor was completely black except where you could see edges and it was white. […] We will stay somewhere else next time. Fit our needs perfectly. Comong back from skiing, kids swam, rooms clean and comfy, good breakfast and relaxing before final 6 hr. drive

For the most part the stay at the Comfort Inn @ I 40 east was comfortable. I rested well. Very quiet. The pool was great. The exercise room was ok. The treadmill was inoperative though. The hotel is clean, I am not quite fond with the lay out of the room, but it's comfortable for family of 3-4. I love the hotel's location, made us easier to look for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

For the price charged, I would expect a more standard and quality hotel. Hardly any furniture in the bathroom. Large, empty room with booming sounds from neighbouring rooms and corridor. I missed the exit junction from I40 when looking for this hotel, as they don't give indications in their address on which exit they are located on. The Hotel along with the staff was great but unfortunately our car was broken into. The hotel said that this was the first time it's happened but we're still left to travel 10 hrs back home with a broken front window. Other than that, we were satisfied.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. We have two young kids so the extra space/couch was nice. Overall our stay was very nice. Our first room's dead bolt lock would not lock. Our second room had a huge stain on the couch. The airconditioning sounded like a semi truck and the ceiling fan was off balanced and ticked all night.

Room was great, pool was small and over-chlorinated. The breakfast area was overwhelmed and understaffed, but it was a Sunday and quite crowded.

The hotel itself appearred to be nice. When we got to our room it was a different story. The bathroom was extremely dirty, it smelt like urine, the toilet seat was disgusting. The carpet was stained and had a musty smell. The bed was moved over for whatever reason. When I went to move it back to the correct location. There were Dorito chips underneath […] it. Out of the 3 available vending machines 1 was broken, the other 2 were sold out of everything. Not very convient if you just get done traveling for 9 hours on the road. Actually very frustrating. it is a nice, quite, and clean hotel. good for the price!!! but they could do better on the breakfast. only a few choices. no yorgert, ony 2 cereals. and they could have a flat panel tv's. but that is just beeing nickpicky!!!
