Could not have been better! The hotel was clean and felt very welcoming! We were able to get an early check in and the staff was super friendly about it! We will be staying here again!

The room it's self was pretty clean and nice. But it was raining that night and the window was leaking causing an annoying drip sound that keep waking us up. Then when I went to take a shower the head was broke and sprayed ever where. For what I paid for a single night I expected much more.

It' was very clean and staff was very nice. You saw the manager out walking around during breakfast talking to everyone. They even took my plate when i was done. I was @ the hotel for the fiesta bowl and it was a short walk to the stadium. I would stay again no doubt.

Great location if you're attending an event at the nearby stadium or shopping at the outlets. Some good restaurants nearby as well. The room was large and clean, although the walls are a bit thin. Overall, however, I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in a lot of hotel rooms over the years that are "conveniently" located near concert venues but this one has got to be the best and the closest! Great service and great hot breakfast in the morning!

We were very impressed with the service. We were attending a concert at Jobing Arena and they shuttled us not only to the arena, but to the place we went to for dinner. They were very accomodating. Hotel was great for not wanted to drive home from westgate. However, the jacuzzi was cold and that alone may cause us to choose another location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. I usually choose Hamptons over other chains because I know everything will meet our expectatioins. I definitely recommend Hampton Inns over other hotel chains. They have dependable and courteous service, clean rooms, great amenities, and cool decor.

Two-night stay in February as stop-over from Australia to see ice hockey match at Jobing Arena. Very convenient to ice hockey - approx 600 metre walk - well-lit at night and excellent venue and food outlets inside and outside arena. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. If you are going to a Cardinals or Coyotes game this is a great hotel. It is within easy walking distance to both arena's. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good. Other eating options are within walking distance.

The smell in their hallways was dreadful and you had to hold your nose or else you would gag. The bathroom light was burned out in our room. The breakfast was okay. This hotel is perfect for sports fans visiting Glendale. The hotel is situated right across the street from the NHL hockey arena as well as the NFL football stadium. We had tickets to the hockey game on a Saturday night and the football game the next day. Even though both venues are within walking distance, the hotel has a shuttle van available upon […] request. It was rainy and chilly on Saturday evening as we were preparing to walk to the hockey game, so we stopped by the front desk to ask about the shuttle. The front desk clerk herself pulled up to the front door of the hotel in the van and picked us up - happily dropping us off within a few steps of the arena entrance! Their breakfast had a very good array of both hot and cold foods and even though the posted hours stated it closed at 10:00am, we stopped in after 11:00am just for coffee, but they still had quite a bit of food out. We had a king room which did not have a microwave or a refrigerator, which was a disappointment. But the breakfast area was open 24 hours and you can use the microwave, toaster, etc. at any time. The USA Today was outside our door in the morning. The room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly cleaned. This was a special anniversary weekend for us. My husband and I had tickets to a football game and wanted to be close to the stadium. We could not have more lucky then to find this amazing hotel. The room was huge and supplied everything you needed and do not get me started on the hotel staff. Very nice, great if you need to be within walking distance of Cardinal Stadium. Great Breakfast included. Feel I paid too much, justified it for the convenience of stadium. Staff was nice. For a non-smoking room it smelled like it had been at one time.

We went to Phoenix for a wedding and reception at the Renaissance across the street. We were very pleased that we stayed at the Hampton for almost a week because it was super clean and comfortable, had free use of laundry facilities, the pool was heated and nice, and they offered a free breakfast buffet. The other hotel was beautiful and had more amenities […] but their food wasn't the greatest, their rooms were dirty, and my family paid much more and got charged for every little thing. Everything about this hotel was great except the internet was extremely slow and undependable. They also charged my credit card $20 for incidentals which I don't know what they were yet.

Very good Hampton Inn. Very clean. Only problem was the walls are very thin..was on 3 floor of 4 and heard every movement of other guests above, to the side and below..I can deal with it, been in so many hotels but others might be bothered. nice breakfast..and GREAT if your going to NFL game because they let you park there during the game free.
