Great stay overall...stayed 2 nights and went to Bahia de Las Aguilas one of the days of the stay...The only blemish to the stay was that the Air Conditioner at the room freezed several times x night, stopped cooling and we had to wake up to turn on and off...my bad that we forgot to report it at the lobby...other than that hotel and service was gr […] eat! One of the best experience I had in Dominican republic hotels. You have everything what you wish, from the beautiful spa to the canopy private tour. Very nice place, nice and professional stuff. You need at least a couple of days to fully appreciate your stay.

A beautiful destination that requires some trekking to get to but it is worth the trip. Gorgeous rooms, fully equipped, just steps away from the infinity pool or bar/restaurant. Spa services available are very good and reasonably priced. The only 'negative' is that the restaurant is just so-so when it should be as magnificent as the rest of the property. […] But we would all (two couples) return in a heartbeat because the place is just that nice. Excellent hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Food was ok. We did the zip line in the back of the hotel. Close to the main highway to go places during the day. The only problem was no cable tv and the Internet signal was bad in the rooms. If you don't watch tv then it is not a big deal.

Had a wonderful time.Staff were so eager to meet our every needs.The drive was a challenge as some of the roads had just been washed out from a recent hurricane.Also there were very few road signs.But once we arrived after our 5 hour drive it was wonderful.Beautiful views,lots to do and very relaxing.Would definitely go back.

Structure charmante avec vue imprenable. Personnel adorable. Petits désagréments: le lavabo de la salle de bain s'écoulait mal, le climatiseur envoyait l'air conditionné à la tête du lit et le chemin d’accès à l’hôtel (en gros cailloux) était peu praticable avec notre petite voiture de location .

Très bel endroit, bien entretenu, une piscine de rêve, un service au petit soin et très sympathique. Beaucoup d'activité proposées par l'hôtel (tyrolienne, balade à pied ou en voiturette, ....). Un cadre sauvage, le sud ouest étant peu touristique et donc beaucoup de tranquillité. Je recommande.

Cet hotel est situé dans un véritable petit coin de paradis. L'hotel est magnifique et sa vue splendide. Au niveau de la restauration : Le restaurant de l'hotel est de très bonne qualité et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. restauration de très bonne qualité pour le déjeuner et le diner. Toutefois il est à noter que le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout […] à la hauteur. (2 toasts / confiture / jus d'orange gazeux.). Concernant, la qualité du service... tout reste à faire. Seul le manager de l'hotel (pas accueillant du tout) parle anglais. Les personnes ne parlant pas espagnol, auront beaucoup de mal à se faire comprendre. Service très lent et peu réactif. Les prix pratiqués sont des prix parisiens, on s'attend en conséquence à avoir un niveau des service adéquat, or ce n'est pas le cas.
