Very run down with bath towels as big as a face cloth. One of our rooms had a dead cockroach. Doors were not secure. Had a coat hanger for interior door lock. Walls paper thin. This is an older facility and has seen a lot of wear. The staff was very friendly and helpful though, and it was located on a bus line, which was something I needed for this trip. All in all, it was a good place to bunk down while I was in town at a decent price. The room met my expectations... It's a cheap hotel, I wasn't expecting swank. Pros: microwave, mini fridge & freezer (grocery store across the st), balcony, pool, friendly service. The room was not to our satisfaction. we would have preferred to pay more and get more quality such as Best Western, etc.

It was a horrible stay, checked out early. They took an old shady motel and slapped the new name on it. Very, very disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn while on our wedding and honeymoon. The customer service was top notch and we really appreciate the staff for making our stay pleasant. We would like to thank the managers for their hospitality :)
