I had asked for early check in but wneh I got there, they told me they would have anything until 3pm. However they did get a room ready 15 min after I arrived. My wife and I were vey pleased.

Service was very friendly, room was spacious and clean, very quiet. We heard no other noises that are usually heard in a hotel. Very close to where we needed to be. Very close to the freeway. They had washers and dryers, swimming pool and hot tub, and a place to get food and drinks.

This hotel should be rated 3 stars, not two. It's on par with other 3 star hotels. Room was super clean. Towels were clean, but a had bleached out stains. Other than that everything was totally fine.

My stay would have been great, except they gave me a queen bed when I specifically reserved & prepaid for a kng bed for me, my husband, & 2yo twin girls. It was really late when we got there & the kids were already sleeping, so I didn't bother to ask for a different room.

The savings in price wasn't worth it. The hotel is run down and reeked of stale tobacco smoke. There was no vent in the bathroom, and the mini fridge sounded like a tractor [except when it dumped ice and then it sounded like a bomb going off.] Next time we will go back to Staybridge. I am very easy to please, but this place falls real short of satisfying a traveler's needs. This is an extended stay property and should not be advertised as an over nighter. I booked for two nights. No maid service, no fresh towels or even replacement coffe packets. The room smelled of cleaner to cover up pet odor. Take this hotel off the list.

I was very pleased with our stay there on a whole. But I DID NOT APPRECIATE HAVING TO BE OUTSIDE FOR TWO HOURS DUE TO A FIRE ALARM GOING OFF. I ALSO DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING CHARGED AGAIN FOR MY ROOM. Glad for the low rate and convenience. Room AC was very loud. Tough crowd in parking lot but not threatening. Still, I'd not bring little kids.

Everything about this place was as explained. The pictures were a bit misleading about the grill and gazebo. It was quite small. They allow pets and when we checked in our carpet was wet from being shampood. Besides the wet carpet the room was clean and comfortable. They were booked so we couldn't get another room but the staff was excellent.

I requested a room with 2 beds we went in and there was only one bed, we asked for another room and that room had no pillows or bed spreads, we asked for another room and that one was good but we realized later that there were no wash clothes, bed spreads(what's up with that!) and the hair dryer didn't work. arg. Nice, quiet hotel next to a fantastic upscale Mexican restaurant. WOuld definitely stay there again. Good value although hotel can be difficult to navigate to the first time!

There were no towels in our room. There was no door handle into the bathroom. I was charged twice for the room and had to insist on having one of the charges reversed. Not a good experience.

Took my mom for a mother/daughter weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heater in the room was extremely loud - unable to sleep. Parking lot had not been plowed from the last snow, then snowed during my stay. Slippery and snow deep in spots.

Great hotel, here, we needed some items from the hotel store and come to find out they have a mini store of foods, drinks, and personal items which was great. The best part is that the do buisness strictly on the honor system which is impossible to find in the current world. The staff did not seem to care about the guests. My room was not cleaned one of the days. The entire 3rd floor smelled like Indian food and curry.. Very overwhelming... garbage was left in the hallways.. I would stay at a neighboring hotel next time.....
