Yes room was clean and had alost everything you'd expect.But for a business trip not to bee able to have free wifi (or even wifi at all in your room) I think is not good enough. Besides that, yes you are close to the airoprt, but there's nothing else around where you could go walking and the food service is really basic. everything was great,food etc only problem was I got no sleep because the extractor fan in the bathroom ran all night,could not be shut off and was very noisey. apart from that the hotel could not be faulted.

a good place, clean, with good service and nice for spend a night. the only problem was that they said that the brakfast started at 4 am and it wasn´t, it started at 6 am... too late for our fligth

Hotel was convenient for a late flight into Liverpool as it was just 2min from arrivals by car. We were put on 4th floor and when we reached our room the noise from other rooms was horrendous until 4am in the morning. Aparnetly it was full of Liverpool supporters who were going to the game the next day. In General, the hotel and its location are good. Never the less, we faced bad service from one hotel employee when checking in, the room we booked was not available and the room given to us was very very small for 3 persons. Only after lot of talking and negotiation, the room we ordered was given to us (the employee said it was not available even though […] it was - only not clean) Recommend to check carefully before going to this hotel if the room you wanted is available over the phone Đọc thêm

Room lovely, staff lovely but breakfast was a bit of a nightmare! No plates, no cutlery, no juice, no milk, no food! People hanging around waiting for the next batch of food to come out. Four drinks cost £19.00 at the bar. Hopefully this may have been a one off and I would stay again as the price was very competitive.

So you are aware, the heating is connected to the main electricity that only works when your card is in the slot, i.e. your room will be very cold, breakfast starts at 4am and is in the entrance, check-out is at 11am, and you need a code to exit the car park. Hotel has a free car park and is convenient to the Airport but you would need to drive or take a Taxi if you have bags. Two points. Room heating was off so very cold.i moved rooms in the end.also website says airport is much nearer than it is.in fact a short taxi ride away but otherwise pleasant stay.

Don't eat at this hotel! The food is extremely poor and very overpriced. Breakfast was OK.

The Hotel was nice & pleasant convenient to the airport enjoyed my stay good value.

Good value for money only downfall was breakfast not a lot to choose from.

We didn't know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. The furniture and fittings were just right for an overnight stay with an early start. We were impressed with the slights over the bed and throughout the room. Thought the light for use in the middle oif the night was very discreet and well thought out. We sampled the fare in the restaurant/bar […] and it was good. The taxi we ordered was on time and started our day well.Let's hope it doesn't get abused in the months and years to come. We just stayed in this hotel for a brief sleep. We checked in late, around 11pm and we had an early get up as we were flying from Liverpool airport at 630am the following morning. When we got our room, the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was a wet towel scrunched on the floor, the other towels had clearly been used and the bed looked as though […] someone had been lying on top of it. The radio was also on when we walked into the room so my guess is someone had just been in it prior to us arriving! We were moved though as soon as we complained and the rest of the stay was fine. Stayed here for 1 night before early morning flight. I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. The night before I arrived at the hotel I requested an additional child be added to my booking. This was added with no extra cost to me. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

We saved a bundle in a trustworthy, comfortable place that was a bit of home the night before returning to the States. A little difficult to find, but mostly because the Brits don't mark their streets with reliable names.

Clean and comfortable, early breakfast included, about 10 minutes walk from terminal, good for an early flight.

This is my hotel of choice when staying in Liverpool; beside the airport / on one of the main roads into town / free breakfast & newspaper. Also very reasonably priced. Negatives are the double beds - they are very uncomfortable and I do think a slightly wider bed would be better (small Queen or Queen)

he location is good for people getting an early flight the next day. Breakfast is served from 4 am. A bit of construction work outside, so a bit noisy during daytime (so be prepared if you arrive early)...

Location ok family room small sofa bed needs to be upgraded very uncomfortable.

First I have to say that the night staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable, price was good. It was a bit noisy in the morning as some construction was happening. It was just an overnight stop for us but was very comfortable.

A Holiday Inn Express is the same wherever you go, Great for an overnight stay at an Airport in particular-you know what you are going to get-the Rooms are always spotless, the Breakfast perfectly adequate, and the Hotel is always bright and appealing, the one variant therefore being the Staff. This is everything you would want from an airport hotel that will not break the bank. The rooms area reasonable size, clean, modern and afforded a good night's sleep before a morning flight. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and was quite adequate before our trip. We felt we received good value for money and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was clean, accessibility to Liverpool by bus and train was really good. Where it fell down was the service. 3 nights and not one breakfast time were there knives out! You called reception for a code for the internet and they never called you back. For this reason we will not be booking for next year and trying somewhere else.

I found the hotel to be as expected- a modern, clean, efficient hotel specialising in a more budget conscious clientele but still affording a high standard. Be aware though that it is a new build hotel on the perimeter of the airport and as such has no restaurants/bars etc nearby. Most of the land around it is empty with a few other new build units. […] There is a large supermarket a few mins car drive away. It is a 20 min drive into central Liverpool so be prepared to drive/taxi into town if that is where you are heading. Car parking was easy in their own carpark adjacent to the hotel with plenty of spaces and no charge. Check-in was swift and helpful and the receptionist explained where the buffet breakfast would be next morning and the serving hours. She checked that they had got our room request as ordered. The hotel is set near Liverpool airport but not on the site itself. We could see the planes landing in the near distance so it looked a quick 5 mins to the terminal. We were not using the airport itself so am unsure of shuttles etc but did also notice a public bustop outside the hotel which may go to the airport itself. There was absolutely no plane noise and the hotel itself was very quiet. Our double bed room was average sized with the addition of a pull out sofa bed which made watching tv so much more comfortable. It was very clean, modern and well laid out. The TV had countless channels which was a welcome from many hotels I have stayed in and I even got to watch my favourite channel. The bathroom was average sized and had a wonderful feature of the bathroom door doubling as a privacy door to the toilet when in use, thus allowing the shower area to be used without compromising privacy to the toilet area. The towels were lovely and fluffy and all was well presented. The only downside to the room I can mention is that the base divan of the bed was not of a high quality and thus creaked a lot when moving in/out of the bed. The hotel was easy to find. It was clean and thestaff reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the first day we had a choice of bacon or sausages, the second day we could only have sausages, as I suffer from Coeliacs disease and cannot eat wheat and gluten there was very little I could have for breakfast which was scrambled eggs and an apple. […] When I asked for bacon I was told in a very short manner that I could only have sausages that day. This is perhaps one of the most dirty rooms I have ever stayed in- to the point I could not see in the bathroom mirror. I am not a fussy traveler- but this room was dirty. No excuse for a dirty bathroom. I arrived late and left early, so I regret I never got the opportunity to make a formal complaint.

DONT EAT THE FOOD IT WAS NOT NICE AT ALL. .THE BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR,SAUSAGES LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE COOKED TWO MIGHTS BEFORE
