Nằm ở Thành phố Fes, Riad Arabesque gần Khu vực Nejjarin Fondouk, Đại học Al-Karaouine và Lăng mộ Merenides. Cũng ở gần đó là Tòa nhà Medersa Bou-Inania và Nhà thờ Hồi giáo Kairaouine.
Đặc điểm của khách sạn.
Riad Arabesque có hồ bơi ngoài trời, phòng xông hơi và 1 trung tâm thể dục. Có sẵn truy cập Internet không dây miễn phí ở các khu vực công cộng. Tại nhà khách ở Thành phố Fes này, khách có thể dùng bữa tại nhà hàng hay quầy bar/sảnh chờ. Khách sạn phục vụ bữa sáng miễn phí. Nhân viên có thể thu xếp dịch vụ cưới và các dịch vụ hành chánh, thư ký. Các tiện nghi bổ sung bao gồm bàn tư vấn/hỗ trợ khách, sân thượng/sân hiên, và thư viện. Phòng khách có quang cảnh núi, hồ bơi hoặc vườn.16 phòng nghỉ được trang bị điều hòa nhiệt độ tại Riad Arabesque bao gồm minibar và két. Giường có nệm Select Comfort và bộ đồ giường cao cấp. Có truy cập Internet tốc độ cao không dây miễn phí. 32-inch TV LCD được trang bị kênh truyền hình vệ tinh. Tất cả phòng ở có bàn và điện thoại. Phòng tắm có vòi sen/bồn tắm kết hợp, chậu vệ sinh và máy sấy tóc.
Ngoài ra, khách sạn còn cung cấp dịch vụ dọn phòng buổi tối hàng đêm và tiện nghi/dịch vụ theo yêu cầu bao gồm mát xa trong phòng.
Tùy theo chính sách riêng mà khách sạn có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau.

"interesting deco but that's prety much all you get"
This is beautifully decorated Riad located in the Medina not far away from Sofitel. But from room comfort and service quality point of view, it is quite far away from the adjacent 5 star Sofitel. Its room comfort level is maximum 3 star. (For example even the TV did not work in our room.) There was some construction work going on in parts of the hotel. […] I don't know if they were trying to control the heating cost or it was just the Riad did not have a good heating system, you felt cold in the hotel. The lady managing the hotel was in overcoat with a heavy scarf around her neck all the time. Her cold attitude did not help either. The hotel is accessible by car and has a parking lot in the back. "riad arabesques fes"
très belle architecture,terrasse au soleil le matin ,très agréable pour le petit déjeuner .Les chambres donnant sur le patio sont trop bruyantes et sombres et froides .Riad probablement plus agréable en été .Cuisine décevante ,mais acceuil chaleureux .
"Quartiere pericoloso. Da non andare"
Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato 4 polizziotti fuori ad aspettarci perche il quartiere e molto pericoloso (avevano anche il metal detector). Ci hanno fatto aspettare più di un'ora per darci le nostre camere già pagate che poi si trovavano in un'altro posto vicino chiamato da loro annesso, ma in realtà e un'altro Riad di qualità inferiore. Le camere […] erano sporche, senza risocaldamento e una di loro non aveva la chiave perchè la stanza era troppo vecchia. Il giorno dopo ci hanno spostato in altre stanze nel Riad che avevamo pagato, ma anche loro avevano delle cose che nn andavano (riscaldamento, phone rotto con i fili a vista). Visto che il quartiere è pericoloso praticamente si è obbligati a cenare in albergo....che è molto caro. Abbiamo presso la guida consigliata dall'albergo...scandalosa. Ci ha portato per voletti stretti e bui mentre lui si facav la spessa. Il personale veramente per niente professionale. Nelle sale dove si cenava c'era freddo..la gente cenava con il capotto e la sciarpa. Insomma non consiglio questo Riad a nessuno. A noi ci ha rovinato la vacanza. Đọc thêm
"A déconseiller!"
Nous avons séjourné du 30 décembre au 3 janvier dans ce riad. Certes très beau dans le patio et la terrasse au moins, c'est son seul point positif mais avec une gestion désastreuse aux conséquences multiples : notre chambre avait été relouée, nous avons attendu 2 heures pour avoir une chambre miteuse : sol en terre cuite sale (reste de repas...), 2 […] petits lits avec des matelas mousse alors que notre réservation précisait que nous souhaitions un grand lit. Après échange avec les autres convives du riad les suites junior souffraient toutes des mêmes négligeances, inacceptables pour le prix payé : saleté, coupure d'eau, odeur insupportable d'égouts, matelas mousse. Le couple arrivé en même temps que nous a même préféré partir malgré le fait qu'ils aient comme nous payé d'avance. Les suites ambassadeurs donnant sur le patio sont belles ainsi que la suite royale dans laquelle nous avons fini par être reclassés après être entrés en conflit avec la gérante. Les autres personnes logeant dans ce riad étaient écoeurés de tant de potentiel gaché. Le petit déjeuner est conséquent mais sans aucun intérêt gustatif : essentiellement différentes formes de pain, avec un oeuf à la coque et une miniscule portion de confiture. Le personnel est obséquieux, jusqu'à vous mettre mal à l'aise. Il est en nombre insuffisant pour les périodes de vacances scolaires. Quant à la gérante elle a été jusqu'à vérifier devant nous que nous n'avions pas consommé un diner sans le régler au moment du départ. Le riad est situé en périphérie de la médina et dans un quartier mal famé : impossible de sortir le soir sauf pour aller à la porte la plus proche prendre un taxi et aller ailleurs, ce qui reste la meilleure option (ne dinez surtout pas sur place, vous trouverez des adresses plus authentiques et moins chères vers Bab Boujeloud). Un service de sécurité a même du être mis en place pour le réveillon. Nous avons fait l'erreur de passer le réveillon à l'hôtel et d eprendre le repas proposé par le riad : b Đọc thêm
