Terrible location. The only reason to stay here is if you have some kind of transit layover involving Shinagawa Station. Otherwise - avoid. The room are well appointed and clean. The concierge was helpful. The service at breakfast needs much much improvement. Lamentably, the chef things eggs Benedict is made with the eggs poached hard.

This is truly an excellent hotel. The rooms are very nice and quite large. There are a huge variety of restaurants within walking distance to try out. You are literally steps away from the JR line. There is nothing left to want for while staying here, so you are free to simply enjoy the time you are in Tokyo.

The hotel is in a great location with the train line nearby. Rooms are not as big as expected but the hotel is overall a nice and modern place to stay in! The staff are friendly as well. For those with more budget, i would recommend staying here!

This is a very excellent hotel. The location is perfect since Shnagawa railway station gives you easy access to Tokyo and other cities. The Metro has connection to all your favorite Tokyo destinations and the the trains run in 5 minutes intervals. You also have access to long distance bullet trains (Shikansen). The rooms have air conditioning, the beds […] are comfortable and you have free WI-Fi in the room. I also enjoyed using the gym with its spectacular view. The final extra special touch at this hotel was when the porter took our luggage all the way to the turnstile of the Narita Express train, as we set off for the airport. I also appreciated the vegetarian menu in the In-Room Dining Menu, which though not extensive was very tasty.

My kids wanted to swim at the hotel, but they didn't have a swimming pool. Too bad... Overall the hotel is really nice. The room is very clean and we can see a nice view from a window. There is a small aquarium near the Shinagawa station. They have a dolphin show and a sea lion show. We enjoyed them very much. 品川駅からのアクセスも良く、お天気の悪い日でも快適に到着できました。ホテルも近代的で隅々まで手入れがよく行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。機会があればまた利用したいとおもいます。

１２歳の息子と二人で１泊しました。移動の利便性を考えて駅から近いこのホテルにしましたが散々でした。まず、息子は１２歳なのに赤チャン用のアメニティが用意されてあったり、さらに受け付けで彼が大人なみの体格であることを確認しているにも関わらず部屋はダブルに案内される。アメニティも大人１人分しかなく、その後の追加も打診されない。結局私はソファに寝ましたし、最悪の１泊でした。

ホテルのスタッフの方々みんな笑顔で礼儀正しく感じがよかったです。ラップトップを忘れて帰ったのですが、ゲストサービスの方が保管してくれていてホットしました。成田からリムジンバスで到着し、ホテルから雨にぬれずに新幹線、電車に乗れるのでとても便利でした！！海外に住んでいますが、このホテルは日本に帰ったときぜひ滞在したいホテルのひとつです。

東京タワーなどの夜景を期待しましたが、残念ながら部屋から見えたのは目の前のオフィスビルでした。金額からして、もう少し期待があったのですが、部屋も広くはなく景色も今イチで、品川の立地からして仕方ないのでしょうか。値段分けしていいので、部屋からの景色が選べるといいと思いました。

駅からは（特に新幹線口）アクセスがめっちゃいいのだが、ホテルの場所、特に入口がちょっとわかりにくい。 フロントは対応もよくテキパキしている。 室内は清潔感があり、上品な感じでいい。 しかし、部屋がなんか変なにおいがするな～と思っていたら、下水からにおってくる入浴剤の臭いと判明。　悪い匂いではないが、慣れるまでは気持ち悪かったのでちょっと減点。 窓際のカウチソファーもシミがついててちょっと気持ち悪いと言えば気持ち悪い。 ソフトバンクのiPhoneでしたが、電波状態が不安定でちょっとストレスを感じた。（ホテルのせいではないですが） 総じて居心地はよかったですが、また泊まるか？と言われるとちょっと考えるかもしれません。

les chambres de l'aile moderne de l'hôtel sont minuscules (environ 10 m2). On ne peut pas y ranger une valise. Le système de climatisation est bruyant et mal réglé. Il se coupe lorsque l'on quitte la chambre, ce qui vous vaut une température de 17° (ventilation en plus) quand vous la regagnez. Cette nouvelle aile a visiblement été faite pour des congressistes […] qui ne viennent pas chercher le confort que l'on peut attendre lorsque l'on vient passer un week end. Pour un 5 étoiles il n'y a pas de baignoire mais uniquement une douche (non équipée d'un porte savon). Seul le prix est à la hauteur des étoiles. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus que 3 étoiles (et encore j'en connais de meilleurs). La mise à disposition d'un peignoir ne permet pas de transformer un hôtel insuffisant sous bien des rapports en un 5 étoiles. A signaler que l'aile moderne est desservie par un seul ascenseur qui est tombé en panne durant notre séjour. Il a donc fallu emprunter l'ascenseur d'une autre aile, puis terminer à pied par l'escalier de secours. Je recommande aux touristes d'éviter cet hôtel. Il est surement possible de trouver mieux à Amsterdam. Đọc thêm
