Great place. Will definately stay again. Very clean and nice rooms. Hotel staff very nice.

"Inn at Charles Town front desk staff disorganized"
Upon check in the front desk staff was disorganized and not very customer friendly. We extended stay an additional day, second day room was not cleaned until 4:00 PM and we were out all day making room available for cleaning. Again front desk staff didn't respond appropriately, could have cared less and blamed on housekeeping. when I asked if my room […] was ready, front desk staff told me to go check. If you want to know who at front we are referring to give us a call. we were in room 246 on 8/14 & 8/15/2011. "Nice enough"
The hotel was very nice, clean, landscaping beautiful and immaculate. We liked the oversize shower, but was surprised there was no bathtub. If our kids had come with us, that would have been a problem. The walls are VERY thin, so I didn't sleep well. I do NOT like to hear someone next door urinating - grosses me out. The free hot breakfast was excellent. […] Not your typical DIY waffle maker. Eggs were cooked, sausage, hashbrowns, pastries, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.... "The Inn at Charles Town"
The most friendly staff ever ! Even the maids were very happy & pleasant when passing in the halls. the room was fantasic. We were soooo happy with the hotel, we book reservations when checking out for 2 weeks. We will not stay anywhere else but there !
