We had brief one night stay as we visited the Umaine Orono campus. The room was very clean and enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Prices are a little high compared to other hotels in the area but its was worth the extra price in my opinion.

After driving 6 hrs through a snow storm all I wanted to do was check into my room and go to sleep. When I arrived at this location @ 12:00 am there was no one at the front desk. This is the newest and nicest place to stay in the Bangor area. We end up in Bangor twice a year to visit family in the area, and this is the nicest hotel in the area. Trust me - I've tried them all. Even though it's listed as a 3-star hotel, it was nicer than the 4-star place we stayed the week before in NYC. This hotel was conveniently located...close to shopping and easy to get to from the highway. No issues at all with anything from check-in to check-out. After a long day of travel and shopping, it was really nice to be at a hotel that offered everything from dinner to drinks and entertainment in the same complex.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we checked in at 4 p.m. due to some on-going, in room maintenance. We stayed to be close to a testing center for an early morning exam. When our neighbors got to the room beside us and were loudly partying, we tried to switch rooms but no availability. The only problem I had was the bedskirts had rips and holes in them, I thought for the money that was really tacky, and the carpet had a few stains on it. Other than that it was great. We could gamble and have a few drinks did not have to worry about driving, because we walked around the corner and up to our room we could go. there was no tv schedule, resturant menu or other material normally found in a hotel room. I had to lift the toilet cover and jiggle the float in the tank to get it to fill and stop filling. The hotel was very nice, it was clean and the staff were excellent. We needed help with the HVAC and they were there and corrected the problem. my stay was great although i was booked into a queen and had to have it changed to a king as requested. also my husband left his shaving kit containing some topical medication and the person said she would send it out the next day as opposed to right away as it was still morning when i called. as of this morning, we have not received it.

Very clean and comfortable room -- but the location is nowhere and the hotel is located in a casino -- not my favorite vibe. For one night -- it's fine even though I found it pricey. Nothing for kids by the way - no pool - no facilities - no park - not a nice neighborhood.

The Hotel was great, however the same can not be said for the restaurant at the hotel. They have a buffet everyday in the "Epic Buffet", that you must pre-pay to get into.
