Reception and breakfast was in the adjacent hotel. Room quite small but fine for a short business trip.

I stayed in the Bakfickan, which is part of 3 of Frey's hotel in the vicinity. The hotel is actually in a building next door on the 4th and 5th floor. Checking-in after 11 PM is a harrowing experience. But I loved the place, it was very near to downtown and 300 meters from T-Bana. There are no telephones in the rooms.

Best thing about this hotel is the location and the breakfast. As Stockholm is an expensive city, I was pleased to find that the breakfast's here were fantastic. Although we did struggle to find the hotel (we walked from the central bus station) once we had our bearings we realised that it was centrally located. The only "bad" thing was we found out when we arrived that we had to share a shower with the fifth floor. However this was not an issue as neither me nor my friend had to queue. The water was hot and the showers were cleaned daily. In conclusion this was a very nice hotel especially for the price we paid in such an expensive city. Đọc thêm

I guess I should have anticipated my experience was not going to be good by the fact that no one seemed to know where the hotel was located or heard of it when arriving in Stockholm. To be short...the description of what the room would include (shower) was inaccurate along with having any internet capability. Cleanliness was an issue and the room was […] hot - with only a tiny fan as an option. I had a reservation for two nights, but left the next morning. I was unable to get credit for only staying one night..The person at the desk when I checked out appeared completely clueless as to why I was leaving when told of my concerns - nor did they know what the hotel charges would be!! I enjoyed my stay at the Bakfickan. Great location for exploring Stockholm, 15 minutes walk to central station and few minutes more to main attractions. If you plan ahead, you can easily walk from central station to hotel with wheeled luggage; other than 5 minutes with a slight incline, It's manageable and easy to navigate. Taxis are expensive. There […] is a 7-11 and restaurants very close to the hotel. Not a traditional hotel entrance but after the first couple of times you get in and out it'll seem normal. This place feels more like university dorm housing than a hotel. Not necessarily a bad thing. Hotel is not staffed 24 hours so if you are arriving very early or late it is best to call ahead to receive your 4 digit passcode to enter, and make arrangements to pick up your room key. The lobby is located next door at another hotel but same ownership. I had limited contact with the staff but they seemed pleasant and spoke English. My room had its own bathroom with enclosed shower, everything was clean and spacious. Small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, bar of hand soap, and a dispenser for body wash was included. Kitchenette with fridge was convenient (stove didn't work or wasn't plugged in). TV had a few fuzzy channels available so don't expect much. Free wifi internet in the room. No air conditioning controls in room but at no point did it get too warm or cold, a small table fan was included and the windows opened. Bed comfort was mediocre with extra pillows, blankets, and hair dryer already available in the spacious closet. Considering the prices of the nearby hotels, I was very satisfied with the cost to accommodations value . The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location is perfect, central, nice area and full of places for food and drink. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our room was massive with a lounge, bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The decor was very modern and fresh with black out curtains. The hotel was in a nice part of town and we walked there from the bus station. Just watch what exit you come out of and the hotel is straight up the road. Once you are used to all the access security it is a nice, quiet little place barely 10 minutes easy walk from the Stockholm Train Station although a taxi would find it easier. My room was spacious with comfortable bed and wall-mounted TV. I think it had been designed as a holiday apartment because there was sink/refrigerator/stove unit in one corner, […] although the Lilla Reception had to organise connection, which I didn't need. A modern clean shower unit/WC with nice hot water. There was a room phone to the Reception for any assistance. True the internet charges in the Hotel Lilla are expensive but they seem to be about the norm in Scandinavia. In the event I received a free breakfast but the quality was good and worth the charges if you are hungry in the morning. they will sell you coffee only from the Reception bar. Otherwise there are no shortage of cafes in the streets outside. Across my two days all the Reception staff were willing and helpful at all times and I was grateful to them. Absolut zu empfehlen. Ziemlich sauber, sehr ruhige Umgebung aber trotzdem sehr zentral, netter Empfang, bequeme Betten. Wir sind nach 23 Uhr angereist und die Reception war bereits geschlossen. Haben jedoch einen Code erhalten um den Zimmerschlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen, hat super funktioniert. Ons verblijf is zeer goed bevallen. Wij verbleven met 3 volwassenen in een familie kamer. Werkelijk niets op aan te merken. Ruime, schone kamer, met koelkast, fohn, leuke extra informatie over activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden op de kamer. Ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid!
