ANA Hotel Sapporo - Sapporo

We went to Sapporo for skiing & while there thought we should see the Ice Festival as I once in a lifetime experience. This was the only hotel in Sapporo with Non Smoking rooms left. Our room was typical of a 3 star property however the staff we so eager to please and the food was quite good the sky bar on the 26th floor was that of a 5 star hotel. […] The hotel is within easy walking distance to shopping & if you are on a budget I would recommend this hotel. Make sure you go to the Sapporo Bier Cafe factory its historical value is great and the food was good to. The taxi was $9.50 Australian each way which made it a great night out. Đọc thêm

Reception & service staff were extremely helpful providing us with maps & guidance when required. Hotel located near Odori Park as well as bus stop enabling you to reach dome where other ice festival activities take place. it's also on the route the bus takes from the airport dropping you at the door. Wonderful stay at ANA hotel, close to most shopping area and JR station which can move about easily to several other nearby tourist spots.

We like it that the airport bus stops right at the door of the hotel, and that the main Subway station has an exit right outside the hotel, and that the Sapporo JR station is also a convenient short walk away. The room is a little too small, even though we had one of the larger room at 35sqm. Otherwise, it is a perfect hotel to stay in Sapporo. Too espensive ~

We arrived after paying the additional guest charge but some communication issues between Hotel.com and the hotel means over 30 min of explanation. Hotel staff's English is not good and very few staff speaks English. Hotel location is good, close to subway and JR.

ANAホテルというネームバリューに多少期待しすぎた感が否めません。通常のホテルなら合格点と言ったところですが、ANAならばもう少しがんばって欲しいところ。 まず、ツインなのに部屋が狭かったです。二人分の荷物の置き場がなくて少し困りました。コンセントも洗面所を除けば、２口しかありません。お湯を沸かしながら、二人同時に携帯を充電することは適いません（ツインなのに！）。ちなみに、備え付けの粗茶が本当に「粗茶」だった。あと、テレビの写りも悪かった。 良かった点に関しては、朝食が豪華であること。とくにふかし芋がおいしかった。それと、スタッフのサービスが丁寧。くわえて、ロビーが現地のツアーの集合場所となっているので便利（これは本当にありがたい）小さいがコンビニがホテル内に併設してある。ホテル内のお土産屋 […] さんも一通りのものが売っている。あと、部屋はすごく清潔でしたよ。 要するに、ソフト面ではすごく良かったが、ハード面では残念な点が目立ったホテルでした。ハードがこの程度ならばもう少し値段を下げては良いのではないか？ Đọc thêm

飯店距離jr車站若是走地下街，需從21出口出來，對於冬天而言，是不太方便，因需自行扛行李上樓，走平面則是有雪難拉行李。但飯店離札幌地鐵站蠻近的。

先日2泊させていただきました。 チェックイン時の対応に非常に好感がもてました。 （可能な限りこちらの要望に合わせていただけました。） また、連泊してリネンの交換をしていなかったのですが、「交換はよろしいのでしょうか？」と確認もいただきました。 サービスは非常にきちんとしています。 難があるとすれば、ホテル設備が古いこと。 ドア鍵や、バスまわりは交換してもよいのでは・・。 ドライヤーなどは古い銭湯についている壁掛けのものでした。 それ以外は丁寧で、地の利もあり、コンビニも真下と非常に便利です。 なお、修学旅行、ツアー客などで時期によっては溢れかえるかと思いますのでご留意を。

千歳マラソン（フルマラソン）の帰りに宿泊しました。ススキのまで徒歩圏内でしかも札幌駅まで５分以内で大変アクセスの良いホテルだと思います。ホテルのサービスもＡＮＡの看板に恥じない良いサービスでした。次回も利用したいと思います。値段もこのクラスのホテルにしては安いと思います。もう少し値段を上げた方が客層が上がるのではないでしょうか？

駅から地下道で結構近くまで行けます。 外観は年季を感じますが、内装は綺麗です。 ダブルベッド派の私としては、部屋の広さとベッドのバランスがとれてて、窮屈さを感じない快適な環境でした。
