At the end of a month of traveling, this hotel restored us and prepared us for a 7 am flight back to the US the next morning. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The airport shuttle was very efficient, the staff very helpful, the lobby area was beautiful and the room clean and well appointed. I had a drink and sandwich at the bar and they were excellent. My only complaint was that wi-fi was not free and when I tried to pay for it, I still couldn't get it to work.

You definitely pay for the convenience of being right at the airport where you can walk into the terminal from the hotel. Hotel is a typical business class affair with plush and expensive amenities. Clean, safe, convenient and they get away with charging a bundle because they are the only option for on airport accommodation.

Loved the ability to checking whenever and leave 24hrs later.. As u are so close to the airport you just checked out of the hotel and 5min later checking in at your gate.. Most conveninet hotel (location wise) if you need to spend a night between connecting flights at Bangkok. You can either walk to the hotel via indoor walkways or take the free shuttle. Either way, you will need less than 15 minutes to reach the terminal. You can also walk to the airport train terminal and take a very easy and fast trip to the city. We have now stayed in this hotel for 3 times, less than 24 hours each time. This allowed us to go to the room, freshen up, take the train to the city (1 hour),and then be back to rest up and catch an early morning flight out of Bangkok. The hotel lobby is nice, very open, quiet, well lit, the light immediately freshens you up after the long flight. The rooms are nothing special, they are clean, quiet and comfortable and just right for the transit, although I wish they provided some better coffee than the instant coffee pouches, it is an expensive hotel after all by Bangkok standard. The restuarant in the lobby is good enough for such short stays, liked the Thai food there. Overall very convenient and comfortable stay.But it is definitely very pricey by Thai standards and if I have more than 1 night to spend, I always go to the city for better hotels and more activities as there is nothing in and around the hotel other than the airport. The great thing about the Novotel at the airport in Bangkok is that they have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes . It's free and they take you directly to the airport, which is really a terrific convenience ! The hotel had several dining rooms from more formal to informal, the food was reasonably priced and we're really happy we stayed here!!!

A great place to stay for a long layover. This place has everything you need, a clean pool, nice restaurants, a lifting facility, and the location is a two minute shuttle ride to the airport.

The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport appears from the lobby to be clean well serviced hotel, the rooms though not small but ok for an overnight transit/lay over had stained carpets and a strange smell to them. I would only recommend this hotel as a one night wait between flights.

Premium room excellent, check in/out efficient. All staff from luggage attendants to restaurant staff courteous and welcoming. Compared to similar Bangkok hotels a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience and service.

After a very long flight, it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful hotel at the airport . After going through customs, we went to the Novotel counter where we were escorted to a very nice shuttle and taken to the hotel. Everyone was gracious and kind. We did have to wait for a non smoking room, but they were so apologetic and worked on it […] until a room was available. Since check in and check out are on a 24 hour basis rooms are released and cleaned at all hours. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and bath products. Very nice accommodations, great lobby area, immediately next to BKK airport to unbelievably convenient. My only beef is that I booked a non-smoking room with King bed, and when I showed up, reception told me that the only thing available for non-smoking was a room with 2 Queens. I accepted, then got to the room and quickly realized it was a smoking […] room, not only by smell but by the cigarette burn in the carpet. I went back down to reception and asked for another room. Reception then "upgraded" me to a non-smoking room with King bed, which is what I had booked in the first place! Fortunately, this room was fine. I believe in fact they had reserved the whole wing for some VIP, as I overheard a conversation referring to "VIP" and found a ton of security getting to my room. It was really strange.
